10/10 recommend Dr.Perdomo at Milestone Family Dentistry. I had an appointment for lip fillers and they came out ABSOLUTELY BEAUTIFUL! There was little to no bruising & I have the results that I was looking for. Not only did Dr.Perdomo help me achieve the lips I wanted but while sitting in the chair getting my lips done she was able to fix a cavity I had on the very front teeth, for years my old dentist told me it was just staining and that there was nothing he could do for it. Within minutes Dr.Perdomo found the problem, filled my cavity, and fixed my smile. I walked out with a COMPLETELY NEW SMILE. I highly recommend Dr.Perdomo, her staff, and her practice.

My family and I are new to the area and was very unsure of what dental office would treat us with kindness. From the time we walked in the door we were greeted with a warm welcome . Not to mention the office was beautifully decorated with holiday decorations. And smelled amazing . The woman at the front desk was super kind , we connected right away and she offered us something to drink while we wait . I have never experienced that type of service coming from Florida . Then the hygienist cane out and said hello with a warm smile as well as told us , she would be right with us . My husband struck up a conversation with the doctor who gave us suggestion about the area . This was very helpful , being new to the area . Then when in the exam room , the hygienist made sure to let me know step by step what she was doing with me and my children. Also while I waited to start my cleaning , I was able to pick the movie of my liking on Netflix. What office does that . All and all , I would recommend Milestone Family Dentistry to anyone . Amazing service and I’m happy my family and I found a home . Thank you again .

WOW! I honestly felt like I was at a spa. When you walk in, you feel like you are on set of HGTV. I immediately felt pampered just in the waiting room. I was greeted kindly and didn’t have to wait long. Ms. Pat was my hygienist and she is so nice! She made me feel comfortable and really at ease. She made the x-rays totally non-scary. When Dr. Miriam came in, I instantly knew she was an awesome dentist because she talked to me first and got to know me. She was so unpretentious and easy to talk to. Then she showed me amazing, high definition pictures of my teeth and explained all of my options in detail, in ways that I could actually understand. I left knowing that I can trust her 100 percent!!! And I am actually looking forward to dental work! Oh, and did I mention the scented hot towels, Netflix in the patient rooms, and music choice? So impressed. Daphne Dentists, look out. Dr. Miriam has it by a landslide!!

Great practice, all of the staff are friendly, helpful and professional. Dr. Perdomo has all the latest equipment and technology. I am recently retired and not yet savvy on getting private dental insurance or going on a cash basis and Dr Perdomo and her staff helped me navigate this issue and find the best solution for me.

Great job today yall, you all are very beautiful and sweet, I couldn’t ask for a better dentist and staff, great dental at a great price, if you don’t go to Milestone family dental for your dental needs, why even go, they are the best, and will be bringing my daughter there soon, I have found my favorite place and Dentist, from day 1 I have felt welcomed there, they never judge you like others, don’t waste your time, call them, I promise you’ll thank me later!!!!!

I am thoroughly impressed with Dr. Perdomo and her staff. I, like most people dreaded going to the dentist until i found Milestone. I now keep up with my appointments and i never dread going. Plus i gladly drive from Orange Beach.

I just found my forever dentist! The whole staff was wonderful and very friendly. I have never partied like that at a dentist office! I am so thankful for the recommendation from a friend of mine to try them. If you need dental work you need to visit them!

This is a really great Dental practice with a fun, caring staff! I’m 68 years old and am a nighttime teeth grinder, it has done some damage and I had a lot of work done here. Dr. Perdomo is a very skilled professional and very nice too. When you retire and go on Medicare you will not have Dental insurance unless you buy it. For major work, you can be “private pay” (lower price) or buy Dental insurance and wind up with about the same out-of-pocket expense. Dr Perdomo’s staff led me through what would be the best option for me, thank you Milestone Family Dentistry, you guys are awesome! BTW, the end result of the work done on me is amazing, I’m very happy.

I initially found Dr Miriam in late 2015 when hunting for someone to do a job my regular dentist of 20 years was unwilling to handle. I was extremely impressed with her and decided she was going to be my new dentist. Unfortunately, when I wanted to see her again, she was gone. I was forced back to my future ex-dentist until I finally found Dr Miriam in 2016 at her new practice, Milestone. She began working very hard to save my teeth from the neglect of my ex-dentist who I trusted implicitly as she let my teeth go to ruin. Now, with Dr Miriam’s total dedication to the well-being of my mouth, my teeth are saved and I am thankful. Dr Miriam is kind and gentle, highly intelligent and well-studied on all the latest. She’s a very hard worker and has spent a great many long and strenuous sessions working on me. Working her fingers to the bone, so to speak. She does what’s best for me and not what’s best for her practice. She has become more than my forever dentist, she has become a friend. She is also someone who shares my passion for the hottest peppers on the planet. Her staff are great and they are very accommodating to my needs. When I have a problem that needs attention quickly, they always find a way to get me in immediately. Beyond that, they are a genuine pleasure to deal with. The office itself is very comfortable and everything is state of the art. Dr. Miriam and Milestone Family Dentistry are a class act and I am fortunate they take such good care of me.
