I can honestly say mint dental is by far the best expireince I have ever had with a dental office. Dr. Han is amazing. The entire staff are friendly,  professional, and warm. Unlike other previous dental experiences, the focus at mint is on a long term plan for continued dental health. They have the latest technology, are clear about costs of procedures, never feel rushed, and all of my questions are always answered in a way I understand. My procedures have been pain free. I cannot recomend mint detal loft enough

I love Mint Dental Loft!   Everyone is so friendly and welcoming. Unfortunately,  I had been delaying work on my teeth because my previous dentist didn’t offer care credit or a payment plan. So, when I first came to see Dr. Han, there was a lot of work to do.  Dr. Han is the best. She takes her time and makes sure that her patient is comfortable.  She carefully explained my treatment plan, and I never felt rushed when I had questions. She and her staff do quality work.  I’ve never been so relaxed in a dentist’s office and been so happy with the results. I appreciate the payment options, digital x-rays, and current technology used in the office. Thank you Dr. Han and all the friendly staff at Mint Dental Loft!

It was my first experience going yesterday (went because of the high reviews on this website) and boy, I have to say the reviews on here are well deserved. I was super impressed. The office was one of the cleanest I’ve seen – well kept, and charming. The whole atmosphere was was that of smaller, but more caring business practice. Dr. Tran is just super great 🙂 The checkup was very legitimate – they took xray and close up photos, and Dr. Tran explained every aspect of what is wrong with my teeth. The cleaning was super thorough and didn’t seem rushed and crappy (like my last dentist who always seemed to finish check up and cleaning suspiciously fast). I don’t have much dentists “phobia” but nonetheless, she was very gentle and made sure that I was ok throughout cleaning. And finally, the best part! Dr. Tran went through the best strategy with me to prevent further decay and to avoid drilling out my teeth (unlike other dentists who would just drill and fill for the money). This is totally going to be my regular dentist’s office, and I promptly made another appointment! Here’s the solution for anyone who has had bad experiences @ the dentist. High recommendation for her and her staff 🙂

Definitely a great experience. Making an appointment reservation online and electronic reminders were so convenient and easy.  This office is definitely high tech.  You will know what I’m talking about.  Seriously leagues above other offices. I didn’t have to sift through a bunch of paper documents with a clipboard (yuck!).  The registration and completion of forms were done electronically and when I missed something, I can pick up an iPad and complete the section I missed.  Did I mention, it only took about 8 minutes to do this?  And most of all, I didn’t have to wait long!  I love this. All the equipment is brand new and felt nice to go to an office where everything, and I mean everything, is really nice.  The x-ray machine didn’t make any weird squeaking noises to add to my initial anxiety. Respect your time, appointment, and commitment.  Seriously, this cannot be emphasized enough.  Remember when you walked into a waitroom and having to wait forever?  Not this time around and it was greatly appreciated.  Honestly, it was awesome. The care and treatment were absolutely excellent.  Dr. Tran went above and beyond (attesting as others have reviewed) her care for me and my needs.  She answered all the questions I had and took the time to explain and help me understand my options.  I felt so relieved and assured after my treatment. Recommendation? You betcha! Not to mention, the interior and design of the entire office is like a trendy loft 🙂 It felt soo comfy!

I’m an out of towner…Dr Han is now my husband’s dentist. They had a $99 special offer for X-rays, clean, whitening….I thought I’d join him.  Am I glad I did!  I’ve never come across such modern and sophisticated x ray equipment.  I don’t think that any decay would squeak past it (inc a rather fancy pen thingy that homed in on individual teeth.  I have an ageing mouth guard (matching my ageing mouth….).  I thought this would be a very good place to have it upgraded and updated.  The most particular, thorough, sensitive and kind treatment from Dr Han and all her staff.  I needed to have a temporary crown refilled (it was already quite some years’ old, but my Vancouver dentist had overlooked it).  This was, necessarily, quite a long but totally pain free procedure.  I shall return for the crown and it will look and feel a lot better.  No one was settling for 2nd best of anything…if the cast didn’t look quite right…another was taken and I made sure I followed instructions to get it perfect on my part. The work was on a tooth towards the back.  I was certainly prepared for discomfort as it returned to life.  Next to nothing.  I was fine to eat and act normally come supper time.  Around 8.00pm my cell rang.  It was Dr Han…wanting to know how things were feeling.  Not an extra service I’ve ever known, expected or would expect again.  I really appreciated it this once though and know it came from a genuine caring place. I’d love this to be my forever surgery.  I have complete confidence in their priorities, service and professional practice.  We are both very pleased we received that flyer through the mail

I like this place.  I first met Dr. Han when she was at another dental practice.  But now this is her own dental office. They have great new equipment with the latest technology.  I did this vertical xray machine.  It looks like a MRI, but with minimal radiation. I didn’t have to wear a lead vest. They also have this cool tool where they take actual pictures of your teeth and they take the time to sit and discuss with you their areas of concern.  It’s a lot of preventative advice on what’s developing (cavities, gum recession, etc.) and how to stop problems before they even occur. Their staff is friendly and really knowledgeable in their areas of expertise and they’re great with children!  My 5 year old daughter was able to sit still while they captured photos of her entire mouth. Give Mint Dental Loft a try.  They won’t disappoint

I was first a patient of Dr. Han’s when she was working at a South Pasadena dental office a couple years ago and LOVED her!  She was incredibly honest and straightforward about the work she felt I actually needed, gave me different options & approaches (which ended up saving me hundreds of dollars in the end!!), and did an incredible job of rebuilding a partially fake front tooth that was in desperate need of repair.  She was very patient with all of my questions and was more than happy to take the time to explain what was going on in-depth. Fast forward a couple years to now (currently December 2015) and I realized it’d been a while since my last dental appointment, so I called the South Pas office I’d originally visited and was told she was no longer with them.  I was so disappointed, but absolutely determined to track her down, so I started searching for her online and called through a handful of dental offices trying to find her.  (I literally asked each receptionist if “this was the same Dr. Han who had worked at the aforementioned South Pasadena office”.)  Finally, success!  I discovered that she had opened her own office (Mint Dental Loft) and immediately scheduled a check-up. She’s just as wonderful as I remember and I’m going back again next month to get a couple wisdom teeth removed (something I’d been holding off on doing for years), but knowing that I’m in Dr. Han’s more-than-capable hands makes me feel a lot better. I guarantee you’ll love Dr. Han if you meet with her and get some work done.  Her new office is incredibly pretty, well-lit, and has windows that look out onto the mountains, and her staff was also incredibly polite and helpful.  Love them all, but schedule an appointment and you’ll be able to find out for yourself!

Best dental experience I’ve ever had! Everyone is so competent and genuinely friendly. Dr Han and my oral hygienist, Jose, explained every step perfectly which was very reassuring since going to the dentist has made me nervous in the past. I don’t think I will be nervous anymore 🙂 Jose did an amazing job and my cleaning was a smooth and easy experience. I really, really appreciate the care I received from every member of the staff that I met. Thank you!
