I had gone to Downtown Dental Studio from 2012 to 2014, after which I moved out-of-state and unfortunately lost access to a wonderful facility with a caring staff. Over that time, I had X-Rays, cleanings, and cavity fillings. Dr. Kasia Szary and Dr. Jackie had mainly serviced me, although other staff members had done quality work on my teeth in the past. They were always approachable, informative, and great at putting me at ease for dental work – which can be a little jarring for the mind. The staff had also been great at making me better work towards better oral hygiene. They are very thorough with the state of your oral hygiene and have been the best team of dentists I have ever had. It is a shame that I am no longer in Boston, but I definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a new dental office. Billing/processing insurance claims are done at ease with the staff as they handle the latter – another step of the ways to not worry about. For Financial District-based workers, the office location is very convenient, so I would also recommend them for people looking to get both great quality and ease of logistics in making it to the dental office.

Never before have I actually enjoyed going to the dentist! Everything about Mint is great: the doctor, hygienists, and receptionists are all friendly and professional; the environment is clean and comfortable; communication about appointments, insurance, etc. is consistent and convenient. I especially love that they use all natural products and that the office is fully female. I recommend Mint to all of my friends and coworkers who are looking for a new dentist.

They’ve got this down. The environment is airy and upscale. The staff is warm and friendly. My dentist, Kasia, is a perfectionist. Whether I’m there for a cleaning or restorative work, I’m always happy with the results. I’m frequently complimented on my smile. I highly recommend Downtown Dental Studio 24 to my friends and coworkers.

I was referred to Downtown Dental when my prior dentist closed his practice and have been thankful for that referral ever since. My dental needs have been significant over my years under their care and have included crowns, implants, and some creative dentistry along with plenty of TLC to make it all bearable. Fortunately the professionals at Downtown Dental have been up to the challenges that I posed and came through with flying colors. I have found my experience with everyone at Downtown to be exactly what I needed from a Dental office – from insurance to administrative to clinical. I don’t think I could ask for more from a dental office.

This place is great. I had two visits – one for a cleaning and patient set up, the next one to get a filling. Both visits were great: convenient location, courteous staff, easy enough to get an appointment for a downtown location and the most important professional doctor. Dr. Kasia is pleasant to communicate with, patient in explaining and does her job very well (at least nothing has backfired at me so far). I scheduled my second visit (to get a filling) during lunch break and had roughly an hour. I was a bit skeptical of my plan, but decided to go for it. 60 minutes was exactly enough to walk to the office, wait 5-7 mins to get seated and seen by doctor, get dental work done, pay for the service and come back to work. Amazing!!! And that’s keeping in mind that I didn’t mention even once that I am on a schedule.

I had my first consultation today. She’s very pleasant and made me feel very comfortable. Informative and straight forward about the cost and process. Didn’t try to sell me on anything. Wrote down everything I need to have done and prioritized the list. The office is beautiful and clean. Prices are actually very reasonable. I normally have a lot of anxiety about going to the dentist but I had a great experience with her. The girls at the front desk are great too and answered all my questions

Like alot of people, I avoided going to the dentist because of a bad experience years ago. A friend recommended Downtown Dental Studio, and she couldn’t have suggested a better practice for me to work with. Dr. Szary and her team have been the epitome of excellence. From the moment I walked in the door, I knew I had made the right choice. Every member of the DDS staff are friendly, knowledgeable, and truly want patients to have a healthy smiles. They are not pushy or dismissive, and will happily answer any dental question you might have. Knowing I was anxious about any potential dental work, the staff at Downtown Dental eased my concerns and have continued to work with me to achieve the beautiful, healthy smile I’ve always wanted. I can not say enough good things about this practice- they are the best! **Update** For anyone skeptical about this office, my smile says it all. My teeth are healthy, white, and straight- three things they weren’t when I came to DDS (the first one being the most important. My smile has been completely transformed, and all for the better. If you need a good dentist and want the absolute best care possible- this is the place for you!

Quality of care, attention to the individual, professionalism and humanity’. The people are what distinguish appointments at MINT from the ordinary. Kasia and her staff work hard to not only provide technical expertise in their work but they also inform and educate concerning oral health and it’s impact on overall well-being.
