Dr. Aller is an amazing dentist. I went after going through a nightmare with my past dentist. I searched online looking for one of the best dentist that I could go to after that experience that I had and I found her. From the moment I saw her website and her great reviews it convinced me to make an appointment.  I received an appointment immediately. Since the moment you walk in the staff is friendly and truly amazing. You walk in immediately and they make you feel very calm and relaxed. You feel that feeling of trust that they will take care of everything. Dr. Aller explains everything in detail and looks for the best solution that will benefit us the patient best. I did not feel anything while she was doing my work and felt relaxed the entire time. She has magic hands and is a perfectionist in her work. She did an amazing work with me. I will be her long term patient and would not want any other dentist in Miami working in my mouth but them. Thank you for everything.

I have had my share of dentist due to fear. A friend recommended Miracle Smiles in coral gables, and hands down Dr. Aller at Miracle Smiles is the most honest and gentle dentist I’ve had. She is very understanding her office has the upmost state of the art equipment. The customer service is excellent and the most amazing staff. I   was extremely satisfied and happy that I found a dentist that was finally treating my dental condition and not my bank. I definately reccomend evryone give Miracle Smiles in coral gabbles a try you won’t regret it.

BEST DENTIST IN THE GABLES. I grew up in the Gables and by now (30 yrs old) have had many dentists. Like most people I dislike having to go to the dentist in the first place. Miracle Smile however is by far and wide the best practice I have been to thus far. The office is run by a very competent and accommodating women. My hygenist Melissa is amazing (very soft touch during cleaning) and Dr. Aller is wonderful, also very delicate touch during procedures. Unfortunately I have had to have all kinds of work done on my teeth, deep cleanings, fillings, and yes, even the dreaded root canal! All procedures went fabulously and without pain. As a young professional myself, I love to see this successful practice being run by women of a similar age and I love nothing more than to see Dr. Aller with new patients.

I love my dentist. I love my hygienist. I love the people at the reception, I love the assistants and I love them all. Sure, Miracle Smile is bit more expensive than other dentists I’ve been before, ven after insurance has kicked in, but you need your teeth, you wouldn’t want them to fail you because you failed them. Dr. Anna Aller has great bedside manners and explains everything perfectly from the first visit, so you have a perfect plan for your mouth from the beginning, and it is carried out with the greatest care. Melissa, the hygienist, goes above and beyond to make you comfortable… sometimes she makes you laugh so hard your cleaning takes a bit longer while you manage to re-open your mouth, but she does do a spectacular job. She sometimes makes going to the dental office the highlight of your day. The administrative team is also great. All the appointments are scheduled with care, so if you’re on time for your appointment, the drs usually see you right away. Not two hour from now, but now. They work with you and your insurance with no hassle, and even sometimes work with you to get payment plans going without hiccups. Valerie has always been helpful and nice, and the lady (I forgot her name now) that has helped me now that she’s on maternity leave has been equally nice and helpful. If any of you reads enough of my reviews, you already know what I mean when I say my only complaint is “Coral Gables”. For the rest of you: parking. Yes, there are spots with meters all over, but finding one empty is where the trick is. It is easier than in other areas of Coral Gables, but still a drag. Anyway, I recommend them with my eyes closed (and mouth wide open).

I originally found Miracle Smile Dentistry through Groupon.com. I had just moved to the area and had no idea where to find a good dentist. I received x-rays and teeth cleaning from the hygienist. The hygienist thought that I might need a “deep cleaning,” which would cost extra. I was really worried. But then when the dentist herself came to check my teeth, she thought they were great and told me a regular cleaning was fine. No extra fees. I was very pleased that the dentist was honest and happy that I didn’t have to pay anything extra. I have heard from family members and friends that newer, younger dentists are quick to insist on a “deep cleaning.” But, I had no problem here. Staff and dentist were wonderful. I haven’t had any complicated procedures like implants, crowns, etc. so I can’t comment on that.

I had a wonderful experience with Dr. Aller, which is saying a lot considering I was having a back, upper cavity filled. She took extra time (and my appointment was right at the tail end of their business hours) to replace the existing silver amalgam from my teenage years with white resin, and was incredibly personable the entire time. Even when I started nodding off in the chair! Thank you to all the staff for being so welcoming, even when I was running late. Be cautious if you are driving here during rush hour – the Gables is backed up in all directions. But parking is super plentiful in the evenings, and it’s on a quieter side of the Gables.

I had an emergency and called Miracle Smile from the moment they pick up the phone you can see how professional, but also the care and interest the have in resolving your issue. I had a filling that was done several times and kept coming off. It was a front tooth so I was stressed out it didn’t look right I called in I was seen immediately I even got my cleaning with Melissa who was truly the best. Let’s not forget the artist of the office Dr. Aller made my tooth look like new and the perfect shade. Thanks Dr. Aller for the care and attention and amazing staff you guys are the best of the best!

wow! This review is on my initial impression and help from Miracle Smile. I am floored by the amazing service of Carla, in the front office/ reception.  I called on a Sunday,  not expecting to reach anyone, but she answered and was helpful and reassuring. I had a bonded front tooth (since I was about 8 years old.. so plus 20 years), which i knocked against a mug and the bond fell out. Carla set me up with an appt for the next day! I recently moved to Miami, for a new job,  and got new insurance … I did not know my provider.  On the day of my appt, Carla called me back and went an extra  million miles by tracking down my provider and coverage info. I had tried to ascertain from my provider if miracle smile was covered, and couldn’t tell on my own, but I came to my appt with the mindset that if it was not, I would pay out of pocket,  because the reviews were great and Carla was already so helpful.  Happily it was covered! So impressed by the care that goes into the initial help from the admin staff!!!  I’ll post again after the appt, but so impressed with this initial help and service!!

I pretty much agree with every positive comment on here. I no longer fear the dentist. From the moment I called, the receptionist was sweet. I arrive and it smells majestic. My X-Ray lady was an angel. My dental hygienist has to be the most passionate dental hygienist in the world. Dentist Aller was so positive and did a great job explaining what she saw. Can’t wait for my next appointment in six months! Also, I went during a special they were having this month!

I have known Dr, Anna for a few years now, I truly believe that Dr. Anna and her staff are above a 5 star rating, no one ever wants to go to the dentist but her staff are top notch, they make you feel like family, Extremely helpful and wanting to please the patient’s, My wife and I travel close to 2 hours to see her because I/we TRUST her, she is going to tell you exactly what needs to be done and not charge for a bunch of extras that’s not required, if you are looking for an honest, trustworthy and an all around great dentist and staff you will be pleased to have her as your dentist!.

I came in today for a follow up treatment for me and for a cleaning with my two children. My treatment required anesthesia and a lot of drilling of an old cavity. It went very smoothly and painless. Dr. Aller has a gifted hand and her assistant Laura was wonderful as well! Every time I come, learn so much about how to take better care of my teeth thanks to Dr. Aller and her medical staff. They are outstanding!! Now my kids……they came totally apprehensive about seeing the dentist (first time with Dr. Aller for them). The hygienist and Dr. Aller did an amazing job with them. So much so, that my kids tole me they wanted to go to the dentist every day before school!!!! Now that is a 180 degree change. Very grateful for the personal and loving attention and outstanding dental care we received!!
