I literally just happened to see the sign and walked in off the street one day. Let’s begin with the front office staff. They are warm, kind, energetic, and very professional. They kept saying, “Don’t worry, we’ll take care of you.” They have family friendly videos so my 4 year old daughter loved the atmosphere as well. After her wonderful appointment, she was able to sit in the front office to watch videos, while I had my appointment. Next the dental assistants are fun, caring, and welcoming. If you are nervous about gong to the dentist, this is the place for you. They are very professional and informative as well. They really know their stuff. Loved the conversation. It was my daughter’s first time at the dentist and the technician played with her and let her see all the tools and really put her at ease. She had a great time at the dentist. Lastly, Dr. Park is super informative. He did a full inspection of my teeth. I am one who hadn’t been to the dentist in a while and needed to have ALOT of work done. He really took the time to come up with treatment and services that would address my most urgent needs, while letting me know which services could wait for more observation. He wanted to see if cleaning and care can reverse some of the less concerning areas, but will keep an eye on it in the future. The whole staff together is a well oiled machine that truly cares about making the customers feel good during services. They are professional, informative, and most importantly, work with your budget. I thought I was going to have to pay an atrocious amount of money, but the prices are more than reasonable. Thank you for such a wonderful time.

I’ve been coming to this Dentist facility for the past year and I have nothing but positive things to say about them. From Dr. Park to the entire staff, everyone is so kind and professional. Procedures and visits are always handled in a swiftly manner which I’m happy since I have to go to work.— Extremely important!! With this COVID-19 issue……The entire staff follows strict regulatory guidelines for the safety of their patients – minimizing the amount of patients inside the facility and everyone interacting directly with patients wear masks and face shields. Everyone else ensures to wear their masks. I felt very safe and comfortable during the procedures. Totally recommend this facility!

One of the best dentist I ever had! Got my final wisdom tooth pulled and had no pain / super quick recovery compared to my previous experience with another dentist that removed my wisdom tooth. The doctor is very knowledgeable and also very friendly. I told her that I have an interest in going to dental school in the future and provided great insight and advice, which was really nice of her. She even allowed me to shadow her during my undergraduate years which I really appreciate it. It allowed me to have better understanding of the field of dentistry. I love the staff here as well. I had my first appointment with Mission Grove yesterday. I’ve been to many good and bad dentist offices, but Mission Grove is by far the best office I’ve ever been to. As soon as I walked in the receptionist was very friendly and explained all of the first visit paperwork in detail. I felt very comfortable signing the paperwork. The x-ray technician was friendly as well! She took me back and for my x-rays taken quickly while answering any questions I had. Dr. Park then came to my room. She spent a long while with me discussing my history, my concerns, and what my expectations and fears were. She took time to get to know me as a person so she could better understand the kind of care she needed to provide for me. She’s very personable and kind. She explained to me everything she was looking at and why, and if she had concerns. She justified every recommendation for treatment thoroughly. I had a deep cleaning on half of my mouth. It was very reasonably priced and not that painful. Lauren was awesome! She makes you feel like a regular immediately. I’m so glad I came across this dental office on yelp. The good reviews were not wrong!

The downside to the services provided are as follows: Pricing is ridiculous. If you are not an experienced negotiator you’re going to. Pay full price. I will not mention names but there is one person there that entire job description is to upself, scare patients into getting treatment and charging as much as he/she believes the patient is able to pay. I’ve had a procedure done and paid $1,000 after haggling over the price from $ 1,400.  A frisbee of mine had the exact same issue bit too long ago and he paid the entire $1,400. The doctors are great though and I highly recommend this spot provided you negotiate pricing ahead of time.

This is my second visit to this particular dental office. As of now I have been very pleased with my care. I came in for a cleaning that was delayed due to COVID-19. When I came in I was glad to see they are taking precautionary measures. They took my temp, asked a few questions and I was ready to go. The Mission Grove Dentistry office recently provided me with excellent service in every way. First, the receptionist informed me of the COVID-19 precautions in the office. I felt reassured that the office inquires about recent travel and symptoms. Because I have quarantined completely except for the essentials, meaning I waited to return to the dentist, I was a little nervous. Nonetheless, the staff and the doctor made me safe and comfortable. Second, it was also a plus to know that the office also can explain everything in Spanish too. I will certainly recommend this office to my Spanish speaking friends and family. Finally, the actual dentist work impressed me. The doctor took the time to explain preventive care techniques, the ways to improve my smile, and encouraged me to ask any additional questions. Overall, my experience was exceptionally good, and as a new person in the area I feel fortunate to have found this office.

I could have not made a better choice than to bring my mother to Mission Grove Dentistry. My mother moved to a new city and was in need of a new dentist as she was experiencing some discomfort. I searched on Yelp and thanks to the great reviews that this business has it made me feel confident in making an appointment. I visited their website, made an appointment on Monday evening and by Tuesday morning I received a call from their office confirming my mother’s appointment. My mother and I arrived at their office on Wednesday day of her appointment. Office waiting area smelled pleasantly, it was clean, offered a little station to make yourself some green tea and had a tv to entertain patients while waiting. Alexis greeted us and helped us get started with paperwork and answered questions we had. She was just so sweet and helpful. I don’t remember the name of the young lady who assisted the doctor who was also so kind and very knowledgeable explaining procedures to my mother. Doctor was so awesome as I was there to witness everything. He was gentle and  took the time to explain the diagnosis very detailed and understandably. My mother is very satisfied overall. We definitely recommend Mission Grove Dentistry.

I just relocated from NY to CA and needed a new dentist. My insurance network listed this facility as an option but I double checked on Yelp that it had good reviews. I read many positive reviews and sure enough. Customer service was second to none. My initial check up was excellent; they took my X-Rays and prepped me for the Dr’s analysis of my teeth. They listened to my concerns and they provide me with their recommendations and plan of action. It was a through examination and afterward, I sat down with a scheduler to come up with a plan and follow ups. I am so impressed with how organized, friendly and professional everyone was. I totally recommend this facility. They have brand new equipment and a state of the art full mouth x-ray machine. Lastly, this is a one stop shop dentistry facility in case you need oral surgery.

Usually and generally speaking, when the majority of people have to go to their dentist and have some dental works done, they’re so nervous and not to mention they procrastinate it. I on the other hand love it truly and genuinely to go for my dental health and required works to the Mission Grove Dentistry. Dr. Park is an excellent and very knowledgeable dentist. She explains very throughly and informs patients about their conditions and offers the best options and advice. She doesn’t like to offer the patients anything other than what they really need to do for their dental health. She doesn’t like to advertise about any products/procedures that patients don’t need unlike few other dental offices in the area. The dental higenists , Alexis and Lauren are absolutely the best ones that I have ever had. I always feel so comfortable in their hands. So bright and competent. While undergoing the procedure, they always ask me about my comfort status and any need I have. I never experienced any discomfort under their care. Patricia and Mindy are very nice and kind and I like them so much. I love Heather the Office Manager who always Provides me with enough information and never neglects my concerns and calls me when I need her to help me to make the best appropriate decisions about the financial procedures. She is a Very remarkable, gentle, knowledgeable, kind, reliable, and most understanding office manager I have ever come to know. Becky who has joined this remarkable team recently, is so cute, very nice and very friendly and fun to talk to who has always greeted me with charm whenever she welcomes me to the office or answers my calls. The dentists and staff here are very helpful and patient with my 91-year-old father-in-law.  They have fixed his mouth so now that he can eat most anything… Before that only soft food so it makes him very happy. When my husband is unable to go, the staff will come out and help me get him out of the car and help me get him and the wheelchair back into the car.  They go above and beyond what most people do. He doesn’t have insurance so they make sure and let me know what the cost is going to be before making appointments for him. Their prices are also very reasonable.I can’t thank them enough for their kindness and patience.

I have been going to Mission Grove Dentistry for about 2 years now. They take my insurance and are affordable. The doctor’s are very professional and the staff is exceptional! They are SUPER friendly and I feel very comfortable every time I go. I got adult braces and my teeth are straightening out nicely and they take pics to document the progress. They treat you like family and I highly recommend coming here. Given the whole Covid situation they are extra clean and the assistants wear masks, face shields, and gowns.
