Not sure where to start… I’ve been going to Dr Bral’s office for years and honestly couldn’t be happier! I love how fast and detail oriented Dr Bral is. I have terrible teeth and trust me when I say, going to the dentist is not my favorite thing to do so having a Dr that’s fast and a perfectionist is heaven sent! For teeth cleaning – Sherry is my fav! She’s hilarious and always make me feel comfortable in the chair. The staff is amazing and so easy going! I love how we can communicate via text since calling, picking up my phone or returning a phone call is my strongest quality, sorry guys!! 🙂 I cannot recommend this place of business enough! You’ll not be disappointed in the services they have to offer. Oh, I can’t remember the name of the person that pulled out my wisdom tooth but he was amazing as well! I honestly think the tooth was out in less than a minute and I didn’t feel a thing. When the tooth was being pulled out I was blasting music through my beats while my eyes were closed because I was told the sound of the tooth coming out is worse than the pain. They had to tap me to let me know it was out and everything looked good. Again, this place is my cup of tea! Def come here to get your teeth checked, fixed and cleaned!

A good friend of mine had been urging me to visit Dr. Bral for a free consultation, but I was generally pleased with my own dentist and didn’t see the need to change. But I recently began experiencing some painful dental problems, and after my dentist was unable to resolve them to my satisfaction, I decided to book an appointment with Dr. Bral. Her office was able to schedule me for the very next day (after I mentioned the tenderness around one cracked tooth in particular). WIthin minutes of my arrival, I was taken in to an exam room and had complete DIGITAL x-rays taken of my entire mouth. Then Dr. Bral came in to go over them with me. She examined my problem tooth, reviewed the x-ray image, and explained why the tooth need to be extracted right away. Apparently, the pain I was experiencing was caused by a large abscess under this cracked tooth, and the jaw bone was losing density. The plan of treatment she outlined included extraction of the tooth, to be followed by bone grafting in the area under the tooth that had already been affected, and finally a procedure to place an implant, topped with a crown. I had the tooth extracted this morning (completely painless) and will be returning shortly for the bone grafting procedure. I am impressed with Dr. Bral’s professional manner, her attentiveness to my distress, and her clear and patient explanation of my course of treatment. It appears I now have a new dentist, and her name is Dr. Bral.

I recently relocated back to the Los Angeles area and was rather apprehensive about finding a new dentist.  A representative from Dr. Bral’s office visited my place of employment and gave a brief presentation about the services offered by BH Smile Care.  I made an appointment with Dr. Bral’s office and was immediately impressed with the time she took and the detail she went into explaining her recommended plan of action.  I have four extractions and two crowns.  I was anxious about the extractions since my prior dentist had indicated that I would need an oral surgeon.  Dr. Bral was a dentist of her word.  She was able to successfully remove the teeth in question with relatively little pain.  I had no down time and experienced no discomfort.  Her office even worked with my insurance company in order to minimize my out of pocket costs.  I would whole heartedly recommend her to anyone interested in finding a quality dentist in the Los Angeles area.  I do have one pet peeve though.  The office is located in a low rise office building and there is mandatory valet parking.  The parking rates are rather high and on street parking is very limited.

I know It might be a little pricy at the office but, Hey! the QUALITY is what you are paying for. She is very perfectinist and I really love her work. I love my new beautiful smile. I saw the irrigation review but that is for the bleeding gums, Now I floss more and I haven’t had to do the irrigation again because my pocket have decreased. I needed to change a crown, I got the best quality she offered me as an option, and now I can smile once again without the nasty ugly metal line around my gums. I highly recomend Dr. Bral and the staff is very nice, they call you a lot to remind you of your appointment but I usually forget so it works for me fine as a reminder. I change my silver filling because they told me that it has mercury and she only do white so I changed them. She also showed me in a camera, and they were cracked. ASK TO SEE THEM UP CLOSE WITH THE INTRA- ORAL-CAMERA SHE HAS IN HER EXAM ROOM!!! My insurance only covered so much So, I had to pay a little extra out of my pocket which I had no problem, I trust her work.

Dr. Bral has an amazing good eye, hand and knowledge when it comes to making sure you leave her office feeling like a star. Dr. Bral does things to help our family save money and save my teeth. I was just there today and Dr Bral could have put a crown on my tooth since the cavity was so deep, instead she said let’s wait and do something more conservative. Let’s fill it in and in 6 months we will take an X-ray and re-evaluate, let’s wait and monitor your teeth, she said. Dr. Bral never forced me to get the crown. I am very happy with Dr Bral. I have been dreading going to the dentist for over 15 years since I came to the US. I had a genuine fear of dentistry. Every year I said I would go, but never did. Eventually, with my teeth failing and having lost a full tooth through decay and with general bad feeling about my dental health, I decided I had to go, and asked everyone for advice of a good dentist I could trust and who understood my phobia. I had very unpleasant experiences as a young adult and did not want a repeat. My girl friend Ann pointed me towards Dr Bral. Dr. Bral saw me, spent time looking at my teeth, explained the issues for over an hour on first appointment. She didn’t push, but listened and gave me a recommendation of things to do. She also didn’t scare but also didn’t sugar coat things. I immediately felt comfortable and was able to commit to my dental treatment right away. I immediately went through a two hour deep clean there and then. The assistant was great and I felt confident. The next week I came in again for a review and then had three fillings. I was able to feel comfortable and confident to have this done. It took almost two to three hours. Next were two root canals. If someone had told me before I came that I would be able to come back and have this dreaded procedure done, after deep cleaning and multiple fillings and within a few weeks of each procedure, I would have laughed. I had a fistula in my gum for almost two years not realizing how serious this was. I am a very active person doing Muay Thai, running and hiking. I was always told that I should get my teeth checked out. I must have had this severe infection for over two years. Dr bral gave me confidence to have these two root canals done in one morning with the superb Dr etassami. Three hours for a root canal where even dr erassami couldn’t believe I had a 35 mm long canal to fill. I was able to have it done with honestly little pain. The following week, dr bral fitted me with a temporary cap. Today was my fitting for the final cap – another two hours, dr bral wanted to make everything was clean, spent time taking several x rays, and as of now the cap feels great. During all of the above, dr brals staff always greeted me friendly, and were always checking in with me after the work. They were also accommodating with my busy schedule. Dr bral was also understanding of my financial situation as my health insurance could only cover some of this work. The fistula has completely closed up after the work and amazingly, my fitness at sparring at Muay Thai and training has shot up. I must have been battling that infection for two years. I feel so much better. Fingers crossed! Long story short, if someone like me is able to go through all of the above after dreading a simple filling for fifteen years, and is now able to have a root canal and crown done, this is the dentist for you. I still have very bad teeth, but at least I have started a journey to fix them, and so far, my health really seems to have benefited. Hope to continue my dental journey with dr bral and team, I wish I had done it earlier.
