I basically stopped going to the Dentist for about five years, and for the most part, I was doing fairly well until this last year. I had a couple of sharp chipped fillings, discomfort in a lower tooth, a several filling that were due to be replaced. I have now “settled in” with Dr. Garland, as his work so far has been perfect. His confidence in what he does well significantly lowers the level of anxiety I have regarding dental procedures. The main reason for this submission is to focus on Dr. Garland’s assistant, Holly (I don’t know her last name). Holly has proven to be a highly professional and effective dental assistant. She is one of the most skilled dental providers I have ever witnessed. She also is confident in her work. Holly continuously monitored me and almost completely mitigated all pain and discomfort from the procedures performed on me. I will continue with Garland and Johnson dental as long as Holly works there. Please pass my sincere appreciation to Holly for the level of service she has provided to me. Brian W. Huber Heights, OH

First of all I was welcomed with a professional manner and with smiling faces. My wait was minimal before going back. The professionalism of the nurses, doctor, and office personnel was top notch. The doctor gave me several options for my procedure due to me not liking needles. I will continue to give them my business.

Dr Garland and Dr Johnson are outstanding!! I am as scared as they come when it comes to going to the dentist. The entire staff is wonderful. Angela and Barb are my go to girls! Dr Garland has been my dentist for 10 years and I would go to no one else! I have never had to wait for my appointment time. They always run on time.

I absolutely love this office. Dr garland and dr johnson are the best dentist i have ever had. The staff is always so nice and helpful.  I have been a patient here for so many years and i dont plan to see go anywhere else. Garland & Johnson provides a level of dentistry and professionalism that is unmatched to any office in the area. The staff are polite, professional, and work hard to get things done quickly and competently. Sarah Jones in particular is my favorite hygienist – she is kind, adept, and attentive to any concerns and questions I have – Sarah is a wellspring of knowledge. I cannot speak highly enough about Garland & Johnson. Thank you!

I haven’t been to the dentist in years. The whole experience terrifies me. However, the staff here is amazing and definitely reduces my anxiety a lot. My hygienist Nancy talks me through each and every step before she starts and while she’s working. The front desk staff is super friendly and always seem to be happy you’re there.

We recently moved to Cincinnati (Mason) area. I feel very satisfied to have found Dr Robert Garland as my new dentist. All staff (Jodi, Courtney, hygienist, EFDA) make you feel cared about, from their friendliness to explanations of your dental care. The office is clean, comfortable and has the latest diagnostic imaging and techniques. Everyone performing dental work was gentle and unhurried. The 1st visit was a very comprehensive exam which included x-rays and photos of all teeth, exact measurements of gum recession of every tooth, cleaning, and exam by the dentist using lighted, magnifying glasses. He found several problems undiagnosed by my previous dentist. Dr Garland explained all findings (I could visually see any area of concern on x-ray and camera images.) A printed copy of the suggested treatment plan and cost is given to the patient. I had a cavity which was filled one week after 1st appointment and I have a tooth with old fillings that has a crack and needs to be crowned but they do not push you to have non-urgent work done. Dr Garland offers a Dental Savings Plan that includes yearly: 2 routine exam & cleanings and routine x-rays plus 15% off any additional needed services – all for $240 per patient or $464 for a couple, with plans for additional family members or needs (in 2018). Dr. Garland and the entire staff is great. Only dentist I will see for myself and my family. Updated Oct 21. Dr Garland cares about his patients and provides exceptional detailed care. Always look forward to my appointments and taking my mom to her appointments as well. Thanks to the entire staff for taking such great care of us!

i have to say my experience with Garland and Johnson Dental office was a very pleasant and friendly one. Their office is very clean as they are taking precautions for a safe visit. Their office staff is very nice and friendly yet professional. My procedure was painless and care for my comfort was reassuring. It was my first time there and will be spreading the word for anyone looking to change dentists. As a dentist office I was impressed. Shout out to Sarah, Nancy, Courtney, Michelle and Melissa!!

Four years ago I was in the market for a new dentist and coincidentally enough, my coworker was bragging in the upmost way about G&J in regards to how they always are going above and beyond for their patients after having after hours emergency dental work done. I decided to try G& J out and needless to say I have found my forever dentist! No matter where I may find myself in this world, I will always come here for dental care. I will always refer people here. Dr Garland and his staff are attentive to their patients and what is going on with your dental care and concerns you may have. You are heard and they listen to YOU and work with YOU to form a plan that works for you to be sure you’re getting the best dental care. Dr Garland is knowledgeable as it is but he definitely will exhaust all of his options to get you the appropriate dental care you need for you and your circumstances. Not to mention how personal the staff is, they remember small details about you and I adore that. It really makes you feel like you’re more than just an average patient. This truly is like a family. If you’re on the fence, give them a call, you won’t regret it.

Dr. Robert Garland is the most kindest, Professional, personable, caring and has the best personality. I believe the best Dentist in the area. He truly cares about how you feel when going to the Dentist. I have been to several dentists throughout my lifetime and Dr. Garland exceeds everyone of them. His staff is awesome and as personable as he is! I have had Nancy and Angela work on my teeth and they go above and beyond. The are very thorough. Dr. Garland and is practice is truly one of the kind and top of their field!
