I absolutely LOVE Dr. Baldy. We first started using her out of necessity with our handicap son because she specializes in dentistry for those with special needs. After seeing her a couple of times, all 4 of my children now use Dr. Baldy. She is a very caring and kind dentist. She cares about her patients so much that around the holidays she offered me a bike to give my son for Christmas. I fortunately was not in need of helping provide Christmas gifts but I was very impressed that she even asked to make sure we didn’t need anything.

My son whom is autistic had 6 teeth pulled today, Dr. Baldy and staff were terrific. They communicated with Ray letting them know what they were doing to him. Ray absolutely love Dr. Baldy and her staff as do I. If your looking for a dentist who is caring and shows she cares for her patients Dr. Baldy is who you want!

From Setting the First time Appointment to the Front Desk Clerk I had an Amazing Experience. The Staff is Wonderful, Caring,and Very Knowledgeable.. Dr. Badly welcomed my little 2yr old granddaughter with care and explained all that she saw. Very Honest and Nice young lady.. I definitely want her to see My granddaughter until she reaches graduates College…lol

Dr.Baldy and her staff are beyond amazing with myself and my kids. Me being a nervous parent they made sure I understood everything that had to be done before starting and made me overall comfortable. Dr.Baldy takes the time necessary to make sure your child is comfortable and happy. Amy at the front desk knows everyone by name soon as they walk in the door you’re far more than a number to them. The game room and toy area are filled with toys books and games to make everyone’s experience joyful. I wouldn’t trust my babies with anyone else.

Everyone is extremely friendly and always pays great attention to Natalie. My granddaughter has CP and is not always trusting of others…when Dr. Baldy and staff walk up to her, without a doubt she trust them because she lights up the room with her smiles! We would not go anywhere else!! It’s also very comforting to have them ask me to let them know when I think she needs a break…Thank y’all for everything you have and continue to do for her!

We loved Dr. Baldy and her staff. The office is cheerful and fun. The receptionist was very helpful regarding my insurance and scheduling. My kids are 5 and 3, and I wasn’t really sure how they would react to having x-rays and a cleaning. The dental hygienists were truly wonderful, and it all went so smoothly. I was amazed. Highly recommend.

I’m not sure if I have the words to express my gratitude for my experience with Dr. Baldy and her team. My daughter is 7 and has Autism Spectrum Disorder. We have searched high and low from Birmingham to Mobile for a dentist that would be understanding to her sensitivities and special needs and had yet to find one. All of the dentists I contacted told me they had experience with kids with ASD but I think it was just basic experience. Her first dental experience in Birmingham, I asked if if she could be put in a private room, if she could sit up straight in the chair and if they could avoid using suction and water. The best we got was a private room. This traumatized my daughter so much it was 5 years before we could see someone else. That’s when we found Dr. Baldy. She was amazing! Her assistant was kind and patient with my daughter. They put her in a private room and let her sit-up straight in my lap. She had her first teeth cleaning in 7 years and it went off without a hitch! Also, while her teeth were being cleaned, one fell out. They brought her a pillow and box that she is so proud of. After the cleaning, Dr. Baldy came in to check her and talked with us for a long time. She didn’t act as if she had somewhere else to be. She answered all of my questions and was amazing with my daughter. Now, I only wish I could find physicians like Dr. Baldy. I will be referring her to anyone I know! Thank you Dr. Baldy and team for the excellent experience and compassion you showed my daughter.

Dr. Baldy and her staff are very professional, knowledgeable, and wonderful with children. They go out of their way to make each experience pleasant and friendly. I also appreciate Dr. Baldy’s conservative approach. She will never recommend unnecessary procedures and respects the parent’s input. I have been bringing my son to her since he was a baby. He is now 4 and actually said he was excited to go to his last appointment. I think that in itself is very telling about the type of experience you can expect!

I’m crying tears of joy!!! Dr. Baldy Maureen and her staff are simply amazing. My son is 34 years old and have never been to a dentist (as soon as dentists heard autistic, nonverbal adult they all said no to me) but Dr. Maureen said “Yes”. My son was nervous and afraid when we first got there but the staff talked to him so calmly. Dr. Maureen is such a caring dentist and she was so gentle. My son’s fear melted away and he smiled and giggled for the rest of the appointment. God truly answered my prayers about finding just the right dentist for Vernon!!!!
