I am a new patient at Modern Dentistry and this place is amazing. On the day of my appointment I did not even have to wait all but 5min to actually get taken back and get in the chair. (Only because I needed to fill out new patient paperwork) The office itself is so clean and such a relaxing environment. Once I arrived their office manager Athina made me feel very comfortable, she is so sweet and informative. She answered any questions I had about what was going to take place. (A little anxious seeing the dentist) Once in the exam room all the back office staff made me feel so at ease. I had my teeth cleaned and xrays to figure out exactly what work I needed done. I needed to be seen by a specialist for a root canal before they could fix the rest of my issues. Before I left Athina took the time to help set me up a referral to a specialty office close to my home. This was the best experience and I look forward to continuing my care with Modern Dentistry of Auburn.

GREAT customer service in addition to excellent dental care. I’ve had nothing but positive experiences with this office over the last year. Most recently, they were willing to go the extra mile to assist me when an issue came up (not at all tied to the services provided by Dr. Whitely or his staff, but rather a problem associated with a lab they also work with).  They were quick to act on my behalf as soon as I alerted them to the issue (after admittedly a considerable delay on my end) and ultimately were willing to go to bat for me with their vendor so that the problem could be rectified quickly and without additional expense on my end. It’s rare to find an office that still treats clients with such consideration, so it’s even more highly valued when you do. Would highly recommended!

So far, I’ve had a cleaning, a crown and a filling and I am very happy with Dr. Whitely and his crew. Everyone is very kind and polite. During the whole crown process, Dr. Whitely kept checking to make sure I was still doing ok which I appreciate, and Amanda was great, always ready with he needed before he even asked. Even the ladies at the front desk are very friendly! I hope I never need another crown, but I’m happy to say I have confidence that I’m at the right place. I will be continuing to go back to take care of my other fillings and for future cleanings and all my future dental needs. Thank you Modern Dentistry of Auburn!

I called Dr Whitley on his emergency number on a early Sunday morning with a tooth infection. I did not have an assigned dentist at the time so I was desperate and in a lot of pain. He responded Within the hour, and from the start sounded caring, kind and helpful. He helped me get antibiotics that morning right away and his office squeezed me in for an app. He got a me referral with root canal specialist who accepted my insurance and was very nice and caring as well. I’ve gone back for a filling and cleaning. Lynn the receptionist is helpful and respectful, and so is everyone else in the office. Highly recommend them. Having HMO plan makes it hard at times finding a good dental office.. so glad I found Modern Dentistry of Auburn.

Doctor Contreras is in my mind the best Dentist around. He did a full mouth restoration on me. 30 teeth total. My teeth were broken an wore down. He started in the back and worked forward. He brang all my teeth back to the rights size and gave me a perfect bite. All other dentist I went to said it would cost way to much and would take a long time. He hooked me up on the price with the best crowns and did them all in 8 visit in 2 months. I am a General Contractor and understand what a true craftsman is. Thank you so much Doc tor Contreras.

I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again, this is an efficient, kind, & skillful group of people. I have never left that office anything less than happy and impressed by the quality of their work and the fact that it is always pain-free. I don’t fear going to the dentist anymore (after years of practicing “avoidance therapy”.) In a time when I am afraid to make recommendations for anything, I can comfortably say…They are the best!

First dentist that I actually don’t have anxiety going to. They make you feel comfortable and are friendly. I believe her name was Dana (I am horrible with names) she just did my daughter and my cleanings and she was great with my daughter, talked her through what she was going to do and let her feel all the tools so she would not be scared. She was also very patient with all my daughters questions and running around while I got my cleaning done. Thank you!

I recently had a crown break off and called the dentist office– they were able to get me in promptly for an appointment. Dr. Whitley was a mouth magician with skilled gentle hands and excellent bedside manner. He was able to take out and replace the crown in less than an hour and a half. I am so impressed with this entire dentist office! Everyone is so friendly, attentive and accommodating. Our family is “at home” here and so very grateful to have such an amazing group in our sweet town of Auburn.

I have just started going to Modern Denistry this year, i chose them as my provider in large part due to stellar reviews. I am SO happy i did! I cant say enough about Dr Whitely is very pleasant, explains things clearly, and the dreaded Novacaine injection was pretty painless! Staff is very friendly, on time, efficient. Excellent practice.

I have had 4 visits to Modern Dentistry. Initial visit, a crown replacement, and 2 deep cleanings. These were my first dental appointments in 4 years. I am impressed with this dentists results and the skills of the hygienists. I am most impressed with the communication both in the office and electronic email to keep me informed of the status of his office as it related to COVID-19.
