I had tons of teeth work to get fixed. I couldn’t afford it because it was so much work. I was in possible trouble of kidney and liver issues from decay. Multiple cavaties and root canals. Possible implant surgery. My father left me a little money thank God RIP Dad, and I was able to afford getting all my teeth fixed over a period of 3 months. I was able to apply for Aetna Vital dental savings plan which thank God Tajik took! And omg he is a such a loving soul to have taken this insurance because I saved so much money and was able to get whole mouth of teeth fixed with my budget and it was going to exceed my budget and be about 20k+ withoput this insurance being accepted! I came to Dr Tajik with my mess of a mouth. I had perfect teeth until 30 and then everything caught up with me in my 30s. This man and his Angel team of assistants fixed EVERY problem in my mouth. I have perfect teeth now and not one of them feels anything but natural! It is a MIRACLE!! I have no issues with chewing or things getting stuck in my bad teeth like before and now I actually kind of enjoy eating again! Dr tajik is a gentleman, a scholar, and a true genius! This man can do the entire process from cleaning to difficult dental surgery in one place! No waiting to go to different Dentists and Dental surgery specialists who charge you outrageous money and bill you behind your back. NOT Tajik’s office! Total integrity! Thank you Dr Tajik and your amazing Angel team. I am so grateful it is hard to put into words! See you soon!

I could not have been happier with my experience here. Dr. Kasra did a phenomenal job repairing my chipped front teeth. He addressed all of my questions and concerns beforehand, something that is very rare in the world of dentistry, and he really took the time and care to do an incredible job on the cosmetic work I had done. The office staff was also very thoughtful and helpful, making sure that my teeth are in good health and I’m educated on what I need in the future. I’m happy to have found my new dentist.

This is without a doubt the most important review I have ever written. I have had a fear of dentists for 15 years. I mean intense phobia. I have been having a really bad toothache for weeks now. I went and visited Dr. Tajik and his amazing staff. They could not have been kinder. However, I made 2 appointments and bailed on both of them. Well, to day at work, I am a teacher, I bit into a walnut bread..the pain was beyond excruciating. The tooth crack leaving the nerve exposed. I have never, I mean never felt pain like this. It was like someone was sticking the drill in your mouth hitting the nerve. I could not walk or talk. I called my husband and he drove me directly toModern Smiles. No appointment nothing. I was in a ball sobbing. Dr. TAJIK took me in and immediately numbed my mouth. It was heaven. I needed a root canal ASAP. He was booked up but skipped his lunch to take care of me. On top of that, he said to come in every 2 hours if I needed to be numbed again. Then…the root canal. You do not understand my level of fear. Guess What? Not one single ounce of pain. He is amazing. The oral hygienestwas amazing, the front desk was amazing. I came out dancing! Now I can get all my teeth done . This has been a crippling fear, I mean crippling! I never thought this was possible. Big fat hugs to all of you. My entire family is now your clients. T

When I walked into Dr. Kusdon’s office, I needed a ton of expensive and invasive care done. I was full of fear and anxiety about both the cost and the procedures. I will not even be able to put into words the kind, compassionate and informative care I received from every single person in his office. My on going experience with this office and the extraordinary, over the top care I receive here blows my mind. I’m so grateful to have found a dentist and staff that is the best in their field and the best kind of people one could ask for to care for them.

I have been coming to this dentist for as long as i can remember. I can honestly say that every single visit is very welcoming and efficient. Every single staff member is nice, attentive, and personable. They always explain what your procedure will entail, and if anything is wrong/unsatisfactory their more than happy to make any adjustments to perfect your experience. I live in bakersfield and make the drive every single time i have an appointment just because i know i wont be dissapointed in my experience. Overall would recommend to any one and everyone!!!!

I inherited Dr. Kaz from Dr.Kosdan Sr. and Jr!  I really was hesitant about the transfer and didn’t know what to expect after being with the Kosdans for so long.  I was first introduced to Dr. Kaz through Dr. Kosdan and thereafter Dr. Kaz cleaned my teeth.  He was the best!  He has introduced me to procedures ad treatments I never heard of.  Yesterday he not only cleaned my teeth again, but he cleaned my son’s teeth as well.  Great personality, easy on the eyes and all should give him a try!!

I would give Dr. Tajik more than 5 stars if I could. Along with great care and expertise, he also has an exceptional staff. I met Dr. Tajik when he was a student at USC School of Dentistry. I was his first patient during that time and continued to be loyal to him all these years. He’s an amazing dentist that takes his patients seriously. Over the years he has done amazing work on me and still is….I can’t stop looking at my teeth on how pretty they look. Definitely recommend Modern Smiles!!!

Great! I moved to LA about a year and a half ago and saught a new, regular dentist in Modern Smiles. I have not been disappointed yet. Younger staff than I have experienced at other dentists (not that it matters, but some people may assume age equates experience), but they are all knowledgeable, nice, comforting, understanding, helpful, and skilled at what they do! They have lots of technology in their office too, which makes for a more informative appointment in my experience.
