I don’t usually do this, however, I am compelled to give my highest praise to “Ms. Jessica” at your Hereford location. She provided the best customer service I have EVER received. She answered all of my questions, and anticipated information I needed pleasantly and with grace and expert knowledge. She had a smile in her voice. She is a gem and an asset. I congratulate you for employing her. Your entire staff was excellent! Very pleasantly surprised. I found a dental home; and I have told everyone I met about your office.

Today is my 4th day in the chair in the span of a month for a journey of restorative dental care. I have a long history, at 38 and after 4 pregnancies, of dental trauma, stemming from very porous teeth. I started needing root canals from the time I was 13. At the end of August, 2 problem teeth became severely painful and I knew I couldn’t put off care any longer. My husband found Momentum for me because I was in so much pain I couldn’t do the work myself. What I found when I arrived was better than I ever could have asked for. The expansively diverse, mostly-female, Black-woman-run practice is full of the most kind women and I have felt so abundantly cared for every step of the way. My dentist has been gentle and kind, the hygienists and assistants are nurturing and comforting. This morning they spent time in their morning staff meeting looking for a way to fit me in, knowing I needed one more visit and today was the last weekday I would have reliable childcare for a while. I am a patient for life.

Until I came to Momentum, I have had horrible experiences with dentists. This place is fantastic. Everyone who works there is wonderful, and the work they do has given me a new feeling about dentistry. I feel like I can actually smile now and not be self conscious about it. I highly recommend to anyone who needs work done.

I really enjoyed the visit – weird thing to say about going to the dentist, right? But this was my first visit, and the first time I have EVER been taken on a tour of the facilities. I really appreciated that! And talking me through everything that was going on with me. Thank you for treating me with value.
