This has been the only dentist that I’ve ever known. Even though it had been a while and a shift from Dr. Monique to Dr. Kaycee, it still very much felt like home. This will continue to be where I come to have my teeth cleaned or other dental services provided. Super easy to set up an appointment, super welcoming environment. I go to Monroe Family Dentistry and I am very happy and pleased to say the entire staff is fantastic,friendly and professional to be around. The dentist is very skilled. He is also an Oral Surgeon. Very little pain when being drilled on. The dental assistant is very skilled also and personable. I feel like this dental office provides me with excellent dental healthcare. The water pressure washing cleaning feels cleaner than my previous dentist. The XRay machines seems very high tech. The photography of my teeth and build up is very helpful. I definitely recommend this dental office to anyone in the Charlotte area. The dentist and office personnel are exceptional from my visit having 11 cavities filled in a short amount of time. I will definitely be a return patient.

I was very pleased with the treatment my daughters received today. Both girls had to have extensive work and the staff helped calm not only the girls nerves but mine as well by their very pleasant ways! All staff are extremely friendly and eager to help in any way. Dr. K is very kind and patient with children. I am thankful to say we have definitely found our family dentist! One thing I especially liked is that there is more of a personal touch there. That’s something that’s hard to find! Keep up the good work Monroe Family Dentistry!

First time coming here and it was way too much waiting. They said I needed a deep cleaning which was not included in the $299 plan. It was over $1000, I have no insurance. After finally signing a waiver, I got what I came for a regular cleaning which is all a wanted to pay for. Catherine did an awesome job. My teeth look and feel great.

I have had such a wonderful experience with them from the first time I walked through the door.. The reception and technicians staff are sweet as can be.. Dr.K has been awesome with the work on my teeth and I am very comfortable with every one here, there knowledge shows through there work and organization and how well they all work together. They are very informative so your not guessing what’s going on, which I appreciate so much. I am switching my whole family here.. By far the best dental experience I have ever had..

Coming here with the new dentist has been a good experience! All the staff members are so welcoming and make me feel comfortable. The dentist is honest. Last time I went to the dentist, I was told I had 8 cavities. I never recieved ANY treatment. Today, I was told I had no cavities! Each visit has been great and affordable!

\I have been going to Monroe Dental for 3 years now. I have always been treated with respect and great customer service from everyone who works there. When Dr. Hudson was there and now Dr. Kaycee, they both have worked with me and have given me sound treatment plans for my dental care. They are very respectful of their patience by wearing the recommended face coverings. I would definitely recommend Monroe Dental Group to anyone.

Very friendly professional and organized. The hygienist explained everything she was about to do to be sure I understood what she was trying to accomplish. The dentist came in followed up on a couple of areas of concern and just provided advice as to what he thought the next step should be. I will definitely be doing more business with Monroe Dental care.

I recently moved back to the area and needed a good dentist. I looked at this one and figured I’d give it a shot. Bobbie gave me my exam and cleaning. She did a thorough job, that’s for sure. I’m looking forward to getting a consult about getting Invisalign. I recommend them, just from the cleaning.

Kathryn was AMAZING. She put me at ease by talking through everything she was doing and made sure the services received were covered by insurance and/or what the cost would be if she did provide a certain service. Kayce was also very kind and personable. I recommend them to anyone looking for a comfortable and friendly place!

Today was my first visit with Dr.K and crew! they were all so friendly and welcoming!! the dental hygienist did a wonderful job and was so polite, and helped with easing my nerves! had a bad experience elsewhere and have been afraid to go to a dentist ever since! but I’m pretty sure after today that I made the best choice!! and I’m actually pretty optimistic about my next few visits!

This is a great dental facility. The staff is friendly and courteous. Always a pleasant experience. And the doctor is excellent. Very knowledgeable of what he is performing and takes time to make sure that everything is as it should be. I would definitely refer anyone here that is looking for a great dentist and staff. On a scale of 1-10 I would definitely rate a 10.

Everyone was very friendly and Bobbi was great. I hadn’t been to the dentist in years, but she made sure I left with plenty of knowledge and home care advice. She really seemed to care about her work and her patients. Front desk was knowledgeable about insurance and helpful in providing estimates for future visits. No complaints here!

doing my lifetime I’ve only been to see a dentist only three times and that was the have three teeth pulled at the age of 53 I walked through the door of mfd and it was amazing Dr mjahed where friendly & professional ln all that they did and said mean to say his staff also so if you’re looking for a dentist your next & only stop should be Monroe family dentistry where you, re treated like family sincerely Chris Stover

I have a horrible fear of going to the dentist. I am 55 years old and still have horrible anxiety attacks when I go in to have my teeth cleaned. I went to Monroe Family Dentistry for the first time last month. I have had my cleaning, three fillings, and a crown replaced. This has been the BEST dental experience that I have had. They are very gentle and caring. I highly recommend this office for all of your dental needs. Thank you Dr. K and staff

We had an urgent need for dental care and were referred to Monroe Family Dentistry. The staff was wonderful to work with and so gracious with their help in an urgent situation. They worked us in and provided for us in many ways, in which we’re truly thankful. Highly recommend!
