I loved my experience! I always HATED my teeth. I had what I called “vampire fangs,” and my bottom teeth were completely crowded. Unfortunately my insurance didn’t pay for my braces so I was paying out of pocket. I thought that meant braces would be impossible but they gave me a free consultation and different  options for a payment plans. I was happy because now I could finally have straight teeth! And to my surprise the Invisalign and the metal braces were the same price so of course I went with the Invisalign. I’m extremely happy I went with Montano Orthodontics because tall of the staff I’ve seen were very knowledgeable and explained everything I had questions about. They were also extremely nice! I truly recommend coming here if you’re looking for braces!

Dr. Montano was able to help our daughter achieve the perfect smile she had always wanted. We are thankful for his education and experience because fixing our daughter came with medical challenges that normal patients don’t have. Initially we went to Thurman Orthodontics, as his office was very popular with the high school students. However, Thurman refused to help our daughter as he was not confident enough to accept the challenge. Dr. Montano not only accepted the challenge, but did a great job without surgery. Our daughter was supposed to have a horrific surgery. I prayed and prayed. Our daughter was committed to doing her absolute best, and she did. Working together our daughter and Dr. Montano created a miracle as our daughter was healed with an expander and braces alone. Dr. Montano is a blessing to the residents of Bakersfield.

My son got his braces off today and we could not be more pleased with the results! Dr. Montano and his staff have been awesome to work with over the last few years but even more so during the last year during this pandemic. The office is very clean and has been updated to protect patients and staff. Everyone in the office are kind and helpful. I would definitely recommend Montano Elevated Orthodontics to everyone!

From when I first got my braces to when I got them off, the service was amazing . If I had a broken bracket or loose bracket they would be able to put me in the following week or early next week, when I came in to get my braces off I met Melinda L. She was doing her job and having basic chit chat with me until I started cracking jokes with her, that’s when she started to act more as a friend then an employee. When I got my braces clipped off and my glue was being removed, Melinda dissappeared for the rest of the session while the main doctor was talking to me and telling me that I’m going to get my x-ray and retake pictures of the aftermath of getting my braces off. Then when everything was done I walked outside and saw my car was broken into and I also saw Melinda walking away with my dog. P.S. The last part was a joke me and Melinda made.

My son got his two year treatment with Montano and we are so happy with the results. A friend recommended us and we saw the great results from past patients. The staff was always so professional and friendly. This place is always clean and well maintained. The process was stress- free and fast. Everytime he had an appt. It was fast and they updated us with the process. My son got his braces off and he is so happy and confident with his new smile.

I I recommend Montana elevated orthopedics , my daughter would’ve had her braces for 4 years but she had only had them for 2 years, we are so proud with the results. Thank you Montana elevated orthodontics

I just finished my Invisalign journey and I couldn’t be happier with the end result. Dr. Montano and his team are all extremely kind and professional.
