I have had years of dental issues, yes mostly due my own fault. At any rate it was time to have the ten or so teeth that were cracked or broken finally taken out. I had went to other dentist and they kept trying to “save” them, by the time i would get back in again another was bad. I had enough of it all and just want to opt for dentures. Finally found a place that didn’t want to milk my insurance until there was nothing left to actually do some meaningful work. Within a couple weeks i was scheduled and the dentures made. The oral surgeon was awesome. Dentist were awesome, technicians were awesome. One complaint I might have is they have this check in system that is electronic. I’ve spent the whole time I’ve been writing this review trying to find out when my follow up appointment is, I would suspect there would be a way to access that from the web site instead of hanging on the phone for 30 minutes of elevator music but couldn’t find it. To me that’s digging to the bottom of the barrel to find a complaint. Overall ecstatic.

I’ve had a great experience with this dental group. They have the latest technology and all of the people that I dealt with were friendly and helpful. Dr. Callaway and Holly were very professional and kind and the front desk girls are wonderful. I had a thorough cleaning  done with some laser treatments and then I had a crown made while I waited. I highly  recommend everyone who worked on me and think they’re a great group.

I have neglected my check ups and cleanings for way too long and Dr Calloway made me feel SO comfortable and unjudged for this. Lisa did my cleaning and I don’t think I’ve had a better one EVER! They also fixed a crown that had come loose and then broke in A VERY timely manner. I have been going to this office for years (as well as my three adult children) and we will NEVER switch to anywhere else! I HIGHLY recommend them!!

I was new to the area, broke a tooth and needed in a crown. Went to a well advertised chain dental practice and after 2 1/2 hours left with my still broken tooth. I felt so uneasy there – didn’t trust them – not a good experience. A friend sent me to Dr Calloway’s practice and they agreed to see me. Less than 2 hrs later I walked out with a new crown and an appt for exam, cleaning etc. Very professional staff, through explanations provided and I felt safe that I was in good hands and everyone was very friendly!

First time at Montecito was a very enjoyable experience. I don’t know anyone who enjoys or looks forward to go see the dentist. After being at Montecito Dental I can safely say I will definitely be going back for another cleaning without any trepidation! I wish I could remember everyones names but the two people who stood out were the Dental Assistant Holley and Dr. Callaway. Both of them were extremely nice and caring to talk to in a place where you normally dont want to be. This was by far the best dental experience I had ever had. Montecito Dental has some really high end technology. My teeth didn’t need to see all the tools and tricks they had to offer but from what I saw once I entered the door they had an poster for Computer Aided Design (CAD) teeth for tooth replacements? I definitely didn’t see anything like that in my last dental office. Highly recommended

We’ve been coming here since late last year. The Tina and Lisa are there to greet and get you started. Dr. Calloway is fantastic. The rest of the staff take the utmost care and are concerned about your needs. They are concerned about your dental health and are ready to provide long term care. They are also willing to work with you. Taking care of the patient is the highest priority. My children do not dread the visit… Kids comfortable at the dentist office, what a concept!

This review isn’t for services done, since we haven’t signed up for that yet. But it’s for their kindness on a Saturday when we couldn’t get anyone else to get us in! My partner has terrible tooth pain that is keeping him up at night and when we called I asked the receptionist if they accepted walkins. She said they didn’t have availability today, so since some of these places have partnerships with other places I asked if she knew any other place that might be open on a Saturday. (I had called several places already and was running out of options.) She said no, but wouldn’t want anyone suffering so she checked with the doctor and they were able to get us in! She made it very clear that no work would be done due to timing but at least we could get an idea of what it is and some prescriptions. We didn’t care, anything at this point would help! So that’s exactly what happened. The doctor said he needed a root canal and crown. He needed to see that dental expert because she admitted she wasn’t a root canal expert. We appreciate the transparency. The receptionist, Angela, then let us know pricing. It’s around $2700. But we dont have insurance so if you sign up for their discount plan you could bring it down to around $2200 and they have interest free payment plans too. We haven’t booked it but he really appreciates this office. They care!

I came to Montecito as a new patient for a general check up and cleaning and I’m so happy I found this office. From the start of checking in the staff was nice. I filled out my personal information online before arriving so the check in was a breeze and it’s all digital so no paperwork and pen needed! The assistants were very clean and wiped and sanitized everything as we finished along with X-rays which made me feel very comfortable. Dr.Callaway was wonderful and took the time to listen to all my concerns and gave me the best advice with home care routines and products I use for my teeth. The treatment coordinator explained all the treatment I needed and CO pays in a straight forward manner and was super informative. I appreciated all the staffs professionalism here and the knowledge they carried. I will definitely be continuing to use this office for all my follow up treatment. Thank you Montecito!!

This dental clinic is military dependent friendly. They accept the United Concordia insurance. They set up your appointments which are also sent via email. A reminder call is provided a few days prior to your scheduled appointment. The staff is very knowledgeable and have great customer service. The clinic is well taken care of. Up to date systems, iPads for clinic check in and spacious for multiple guest. The children’s area is clean and safe. There is a play station with G Rated games. I really love this dental clinic ad recommend all military families residing in the north centennial hills area use these clinic. The doctors are always on time and never keep the patients waiting. They explain everything in regard to the patient to you and encourage you to ask questions. This place is worth the trip!!

Although the dentist is not a place that people consider fun, this office makes it as close as humanly possible. Be patient, no pun intended, they are working through a new check in system. The front desk staff is almost always friendly and very knowledgeable. The pricing is competitive. And they send specials, discounts on services. I particularly like the fact that there is a charity component in the office, like supporting a clean water project in a remote location. Specifically, my hygienist (Jenelle) is the best. She gives me advice on how to improve my dental health. And Dr Calloway is amazing! Both these ladies are gentle and take time to get to know you and make sure you understand the process/procedure. I can’t think of anyone else I would trust with my chompers. Kudos!
