I wanted to give this place an updated review. I began coming here in 2015 when I first moved to western mass, and I have to say it’s one of the best decisions I’ve ever made. They’ve always taken care of me, made sure I’m comfortable, and have never had ANY issues with any aftermath of procedures. Everyone is SO NICE! I called them yesterday once I found a huge hole in my bottom tooth and they got me in the next day for a later appointment and did a root canal right away. No pain, they kept checking on me to make sure I didn’t need a break or that I wasn’t in pain. They’re so communicative about insurances/payments needed, breaking it down in terms you can understand. I ended up sending my husband there after he had another dentist in Westfield completely screw his tooth up, so the point where his whole face was swollen and his tooth basically exploded. They fixed him right up with no pain and never any other complications. I truly love this place and if someone is trying to find a new dentist and is reading this, 100000% go here!!!

Today was my first visit… I have never felt so comfortable at the dentist!! I’m a big baby with mouth pain and I didn’t even feel the novocaine needle!!! Very personable and professional staff!! When my son is born he will be a new customer!! I highly recommend these guys at Montgomery Dental!!

Very happy with the work of Dr. Durrani. The crownes look natural and no pain. Dr. Durani is gentle, cares, honest and very knowledgeable. I highly recommend him. Adding that with him is a good team that knows well this industry and warming and caring as well. They have my trust.

I chose this dental office after 7 years of not going to a dentist and I was very happy with the level of service and skill the staff performed with. The administrative assistants at the front desk were very helpful and knowledgeable, The dental hygienists are skilled and personable, and the dentists themselves are highly skilled professionals that are calm and very concerned for their patients well-being. I do not have words that can express the gratitude I feel for the staff here. You can not go wrong in choosing this dentistry.

What can one really say about the dentist. I can’t think of a single person I know that has ever been excited about going. It’s usually the most dreaded experiences one can have aside from maybe a colonoscopy. So why the five start review? Well I have been going to this dentist now for about 5 years. Every single person I have encountered at this establishment is not only kind and courteous but they go above and beyond to make sure you have a great experience. They always try and make me feel comfortable and like I actually matter. It has almost become like going to see an old friend. Of course my friends don’t stick their hands in my mouth and cause mild unpleasant pain. But close enough. If your looking for a new family dentist and live in the area give them a shot. I actually don’t live anywhere close but drive about an hour because I not only trust them but don’t absolutely hate going. I mean I’d rather not go to the dentist but hey if your going to go anyway better to find one where the people treat you the right way.
