Best dental experience from start to finish. I have been extremely cautious about going out with covid and all my worries disappeared the second I stepped foot in the door. The office itself is spotless and the extra precautions to keep things sanitized did not go unnoticed. I really appreciated the patience of the front desk in working to meet all of my billing needs! Will definitely be returning and bringing all of my friends and family!

Amazing office, amazing staff, went above and beyond for me which I am super grateful for. Not only do they put the patient first but they are very informative and present all of the information to you that you need to make the best possible choice for yourself. I highly recommend them!!!

Over the past two years, I’ve visited four dentists (after doing online research), looking for a new dentist.  None compare to the obviously knowledgeable dentistry team at Moores Mill Dental.  Since I’ve had to pay extra attention to my gums over the last 10yrs, I was very familiar with what to expect – re diagnosis.  I had a deep cleaning and extraction yesterday. They were very professional, efficient, service oriented, and most of all competent. I’ve gone to the dentist regularly since I was in grade school and I can comfortably say that this team is one of the best out there!  They are a little more expensive than others I’ve been to, but it is well worth it to have a healthy mouth and not have to return to fix mistakes.  Definitely recommended.

I travel from Ohio 7 hours whenever I need to get any work done. Dr. Nancy and Eric Ferrara were lifesavers when I needed implants from my teeth. I came back for a full set veneers and crowns and I love my smile. People ask me about it all the time because it looks so good. I love the hygienists and other employees and they treat me very well, like I’ve known them forever. This is a great practice and I will always come back.

The office was clean and everyone from the receptionist to the dentist was incredibly nice and informative. They walked me through ever step of the process and made sure I was comfortable the entire time. They will be my new go to dentists dentist’s office in Atlanta.

The staff at Moores Mill Dental provides outstanding customer service. They are so down to earth and all are subject matter experts in the “dental world”. My son and I have been patients for 8 years and I can tell you first hand, we are NOT leaving!! If Dr. Nancy leaves, I’m packing up and following her! She continues to keep my smile beautiful, which BTW, I receive so many compliments on how pretty my teeth are!! Let me not forget, the practice is state of the art with a nice ambiance! I highly recommend her. I guarantee, you will not be disappointed.

Moore’s Mill Dental is the best Dental office ever! They provide top notch customer service, they treat their customers like family and they are very particular about their work. My Mother’s front tooth split in half, right before my Bridal Shower and she had to have it extracted. This was devastating news to a singer! I recommended her to Moore’s Mill Dental and they did a phenomenal job! They gave her so much more than just excellent dental work. They cared about her, they informed her, they replaced the tooth and even returned her confidence. Her smile is now in tact and she can even form her words correctly. So much so that she surprised me and sang at my shower! It was priceless to have that moment knowing that my Mom felt beautiful standing there next to me, as Mother of the Bride with a full gleaming smile. Thank you Moore’s Mill dental for blessing my Mother, for doing excellent dental work, for providing amazing customer service and for making her feel at ease throughout this entire process. You all change lives, and I am forever grateful.

I have been going to Moores Mill Dental for over a year now, and I must say that the staff makes you feel like you’re family. I am always met with a smile and promptly attended to. Ms. Marlene is such a sweetheart and always providing the best advice. I recently also worked with Sayan and she was very nice and comforting during my appointment. Cori who works in billing is super nice and always willing to work with you regarding information about your insurance plan and other billing questions. Overall, if you aren’t going to Moore’s Mill Dental for your dental needs, you absolutely should be!

Easily the best dentist/doctor office I have ever visited. The entire staff is easily the nicest and most helpful group of people I have ever encountered in the medical field. From the minute I walked in the door I felt welcomed as a person and valued as a patient. I was devastated when my previous dentist retired. I never thought I would find a dentist I liked as much as her. Now that I’ve been to Moores Mill Dental and met with Dr. Nancy and her team, I’m only sad that I haven’t been going there for a long time! Stop what you’re doing RIGHT NOW and make an appointment. I promise you won’t regret it!

I love my dentist office because the staff is very friendly and the service is fast. They remodeled a few years ago and the decor is nothing like any dentist office i have ever been to. It’s very modern and home like, there’s a huge teddy bear plush pillows and all types of seating. Also you check in a computer and fill out forms electronically, which is a plus as well.

I’ve never encountered a staff and dentist like them! They’re so, so nice and I feel really taken care of here. The space is clean and organized, the waiting area is comfortable (though I’ve never had to wait more like a couple minutes), and the check out process is quick and easy. I can’t recommend this place enough.

When I needed to find another general dentist, I immediately contacted their office. I have been very pleased with my experiences at Moores Mill Dental. From my first phone call with the office manager to my latest visit, every member of the staff has made me feel welcome. They are very professional and do excellent work. I had a wonderful experience at Moores Mill Dental, and highly recommend. I recently moved to the Upper West Side, and decided to change to a dentist that was closer to home. The location was easy to find with plenty of parking. The facility was very clean, and super cute. Scheduling an appointment was very easy, and all of the paperwork was available online so checking in and out was a breeze. My appointment started on time, and I was out by the expected time. The dental hygienist, Sayan, was extremely nice and personable. I appreciated that she took the time to explain each step of the process. I went for a simple cleaning, but I appreciated the care she showed throughout the appointment. The staff was very diverse, which I personally value. Glad to have a great local dentist nearby.

I appreciate everything Moore’s mill dental is doing to keep the office clean and safe during the pandemic. Covid protocols made my appointment smooth and easy! Would recommend this office to anyone looking for a knowledgeable family dentist. The front desk staff was so helpful in the entire process from start to finish. Dr. Nancy really cares about providing her patients with the highest quality care.

I HIGHLY recommend this office for all your dental needs. Believe it!!! Dr. Nancy and Dr. Andy are brother and sister!! Dr. Andy is awesome with the little ones. He is very patient and always talks to the children with kindness and respect. He explains everything so your child will understand what is going on be comfortable.!! Dr. Nancy is Incredible!!! She is also very patient and very explanatory to help put you ease any worries and or anxiety. Her staff: Sylvia, Cshisa, Cori, Curcilla, Lynda, Sayan, Sarah and Marlene are so sweet and highly trained with the latest technology!! Very clean, efficient and friendly office!!

I came in for a cleaning and wisdom teeth extraction. The office is squeaky clean and has great decor. It’s in a great location and it’s easy to sign in. The hygienist, Sarah, was very professional and did a thorough, quick, cleaning. The equipment is state-of-the-art and made everything really easy. Dr. Nancy Ferrara came in after the cleaning and did a full oral cancer and wellness check, and gave me some future advice. Afterwards, I went back to the lobby for a few minutes until Dr. Eric Ferrara was ready. He took me back to the OR and was very methodical as he started my surgery. He explained everything that he was doing step by step (like the IV and laughing gas) and then I went under. I woke up and was very numb. They stayed with me and checked on me for about 30 minutes until I was ready to go home. They gave me very thorough instructions and sent me home with some goodies. Super easy procedure! The office was great and the doctors and staff were great! Highly recommend.

Moore’s Mill Dental was an awesome experience from the moment I walk through their front door. I was greeted with nice smiles and a warm welcome. Sarah my hygienist was very nice and informative on my appointment. Dr. Nancy came in with a warm greeting and gave me information for my follow up appointment. Sylvia handle the payment side and explained everything in depth. I am definitely making this my primary dentist.

I have been going to Moores Mill Dental for over 5 years and have always received top notch care. It is one of the best run practices I have ever used. The staff is very friendly and professional. Love love love this place.  I started going here in 2013 and wouldn’t dream of going any place else.  My insurance only covers 60% and I can easily go someplace that covers the full 100% but I choose not to because the staff as well as Dr. Nancy are wonderful.  Dr. Nancy even referred me to a great orthodontics you gave me the prefect smile, along with the whitening treatments I get from her office.

I have seen both Marlene and Meagan for my cleanings.  I was really impressed with both their caring nature and professionalism.  I also liked both Dr. Ferrara and Dr. Soteres.  They seem to truly care about me and my dental issues.  I didn’t have that warm and fuzzy feeling at my last dentist’s office.  Great updated office as well. Everything looks so new and clean!  I will send both my friends and family to see them!

I just had my annual cleaning. I was a little nervous about going with all the worry around Covid-19, but I put at ease instantly. The office and staff have adopted many new policies and procedures that made we feel totally safe. They are definitely doing their part to be safe, disinfected and clean. And, as always, everyone is friendly and professional. Great job!

I’ve had a great experience at this office. Dr. Nancy and her entire staff are extremely friendly and knowledgeable and great with children. The office is beautiful and very comfortable. There’s even a pediatric dentist on staff for those that want specialist care for their children.

If you want friendly, gentle, and thorough dental care this is the place to go! Everyone who works here is super friendly and does fantastic work. The office does an outstanding job at breaking down your treatment options and helping you make the right choice for your smile. The hygienists are excellent and cleaned my teeth pain free with no sensitivity or irritation. I highly recommend coming to see Dr. Ferrara.
