Dr. Rousso and his team are welcoming, professional, and go above and beyond to deliver exactly what you need. They really take the time to get to know you as a patient and work with you to not only explain all of your options but to exceed your expectations. I came to Mountain Brook Smiles for Invisalign, and I’m beyond happy with the result. I’ve stayed with the practice for general dentistry now, and I love how friendly and comfortable my routine cleanings have become. Definitely recommend!

I don’t think I have ever had a better dental experience. For someone who really doesn’t enjoy the dentist AT ALL I will say by far, this dental visit was so easy and relaxing. It’s the little things that really make a difference. They had cookies in the lobby, a menu of amenities like blankets and neck pillows, relaxing gas. I’ve never seen that and I was amazed. Overall the best part is the staff. Everyone is so friendly and really takes the time to explain things to you and educate you on your teeth and mouth health! Best dental office and I would highly recommend them!

Before I found this fine establishment I truly suffered from canker sores, but now after a quick laser treatment I am pain free and able to go about life normally. Words cannot describe my gratitude!
