I’m very thankful for Mountain View Dental Associates for getting me in the same day I called about my tooth that was bothering me, most dental offices will schedule you out a week or so. They are very good at what they do and take the time and correct steps to figure out the problem. I feel comfortable when I get my teeth cleaned every time.

Every staff member, from the lovely ladies that greet you in reception, to the hygienist, to the dentists, is so thoughtful and polite and caring. I genuinely feel cared for and they always go above and beyond to make me feel comfortable. Plastic-wrapped neck pillow for a long filling – you got it! And they are very clear with what your insurance will cover and what will be out of pocket for your expense. I wouldn’t want to go anywhere else!

I have been going to Mountain View Dental for over 20 years. They have been like a family to me. I trusted them 100%. So, then Dr. Runnings retired and Dr. Anis and Dr. Aous took over. I was very worried that the family atmosphere would be gone. They have taken all that Dr. Runnings built and maintained the wonderful service and connections I have always valued. Great experience! It was my first cleaning since the COVID-19 pandemic started. I like that their staff wears a mask and people not being treated also are asked to wear a mask. The place feels safe. Everyone was friendly, I love their on-line services: you get texts to confirm your appointment which also get added to your calendar, you even fill out your patient forms on-line! My X-rays were taken with a lady that knew what she was doing technically, whle being attentive to how I was doing (she provided something for my lips when she saw they were dry, and would check if I the x-ray mouth contraption was not terribly uncomfortable or hurting, telling me when I could release tension given the beeps of the machine (much appreciated). I’ve been to people that are somewhat careless when doing the cleaning, thus was the opposite: a thorough but careful cleaning. I loved that my doctor is getting ahead of problems that he see might come up in the future, doing prevention medicine, not urgent care. Great experience overall.

As a chronically ill patient, I have several needs that can make dental appointments complicated. But the team at Mountain View Dental not only accommodated my needs in every way, they even anticipated things I hadn’t even thought of! Dr. Aous has the best bedside manner in any medical professional I’ve worked with in 20+ years. Shanie (the hygienist) could have lectured me on flossing, but instead listened to me explain the issues with my wrists and gave recommendations. Madison and Erica made me feel incredibly comfortable and answered all my questions about logistics. It truly is a team environment and I’ve already been recommending them to friends and clients. I didn’t know it was possible to like going to the dentist!

Honestly, I’ve been Dentist hoppin’! LOL! I have NOT liked a dentist since my regular dentist of almost ten-years closed his practice. But Mountain View Dental Association was amazing! From the front office staff to the dentist, they were all so friendly, informative, & made sure I was comfortable my entire visit. My Dental Assistant deserves a special shout-out; I just love her! She’s like the fun Aunt you only see on holidays. She made a lifer out of me.

I’ve been going here since I was a kid and I’ve never had any complaints! I feel like it’s about time I leave a review. I highly recommend this dentist, everyone is very friendly and makes it easy to understand what’s going on inside my mouth, then they clearly explain what my treatment options are in an unbiased fassion. I never feel pressured to get some procedure done unless it clearly benefits me. Highly recommend!

You all are the best!! My daughter and I came in for our cleaning to the most friendly, professional, and accommodating hygienists ever! Not only did they do an amazing job, but they made my 3 year old feel like a princess during her cleaning, and kept her busy (and thrilled) while I was getting my own teeth cleaned! ….I have been going to Mountain View for over 10 years, and I will never choose a different dentist!

I had to have an emergency visit to Mountain View Dental on Friday before the Memorial Day weekend. Thursday evening a permanent bridge I had had broken. Since the start of Covid19 my regular dentist had retired and sold his practice to 2 brothers. Dr Ause. I was able to get a late morning appointment and was i.pressed with the staff. From the receptionist, hygienist, dental assistant, office manager and Dr. Ause himself everyone was fantastic. I had the new bridge placed yesterday, June 14th and had xrays and a cleaning. I am a life long patient. They also offer some great plans for people without insurance. Highly, Highly recommend.

I’ve been a patient here for 13 years. Today I brought my 15 year old daughter to the practice, who suffers severe anxiety at the dentist. The staff went out of their way to accommodate us to help her feel comfortable. After her cleaning she said, “That was the best experience I’ve ever had at the dentist. It’s the first time the dentist cared that I was scared and asked me about it. I think I can go back!” Thank you! Birgitte M.
