This place is AMAZING for kids and adults! I moved here from Texas in July and need someone to take over my orthodontic care ASAP. Dr. Tomlin and the entire staff made me feel welcom from the start! Eddie (I think he is the office manager?) was one of the first people I met and he made me feel right at ease. He is very personable and knowledgeable! Dr. Tomlin was extremely nice and listened to my concerns which was what I looked for the most in my next orthodontist, someone to truly listen and address my needs. I changed from traditional braces to invisalign. I can’t remember the name of the lady who does the retainers with the blonde hair, but I just love her! She is quick and kind. I can’t say enough good things about this place! EVERYONE THERE IS FANTASTIC! I definitely recommend you stop your search for anywhere else and go directly to them!

My 5 year old son has been seeing Dr. Tomlin for 2 years now. He started very apprehensive about the dentist and wouldn’t even lie down in the chair when we first started going, but because all of the staff, especially Dr. Tomlin, is so patient and knowledgeable, my son now goes without having too much of an issue. It’s just amazing what a warm, caring, patient, and kid-friendly place this is! We are so happy with the treatment we receive there! Everything is so efficient and focused on kids and their well-being. Because the staff takes their time to explain things, I always know what to expect during our appointments, which makes things go as smoothly as possible. Although I still get nervous about seeing my son being worked on, (cue standard mommy-concern), I know he’s in good hands with Dr. Tomlin and the Mountain West Dental Specialists. I highly recommend checking them out!

We have had nothing but great experiences at Mountain West Dental Specialists! Dr. Keaton and Allison Tomlin have always been great with my entire family. The practice itself is beautiful, the staff is caring, and the Tomlin’s are excellent! As a Family Doctor in Las Vegas, I refer patients to their practice regularly, and my patients have all had wonderful experiences. Thank you for everything Dr. Keaton and Dr. Allison Tomlin!!!

Moving here from SC has exposed many obstacles. Feeling good about the orthodontist/dentist team I chose for my kids was not one of them. I have been beyond pleased with the treatment, kindness, and patience Moutainwest Dental has shown my 2 teens and I. Eddy is amazing and stayed on top of the insurance company working deligently to get the approval for continued care for my son’s “work in progress” approved. Now he is back on track with his braces and proper adjustments. My daughter was fitted with her expander today and is eager to start her next step of her treatment plan for a straighter smile. The staff is amazing at this office. Dr. Allison takes time to answer all your questions and Dr. Keaton is great at keeping it real with my 15 yo son in required oral hygeine for the best end results. Also October is the time to go visit, moms can treat yourself to a free scan and treatment options to better your smile too (restrictions apply). I am super excited to start my invisalign treatment. I can not can not say enough good, great, amazing things about this office and its staff. Thank you a million times for many wonderful appointments to come. Love love love this practice! Dr Allison and Dr Keaton are so patient and kind! Their office is stunning with a modern feel, TV and activity for the kids! The kids want to go to this office! Trust me! The bathrooms have changing pads and diapers! They also have a lactation consultant on site for new moms! They offer way more than your average dental office. Highly recommend and will continue to take my little one there for years to come thanks to the Tomlin’s excellent service and care!

New resident to Las Vegas and was referred to Dr. Allison Tomlin by a close friend. The office staff was friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Dental assistants were awesome and Dr. Tomlin impressed me from the start. They had to fix a retainer of mine and the consultation was easy to book and the procedure quick and painless. I found an ortho home at Mountain West Dental Specialists and look forward to working with them further for my ortho needs!

My 3 year old daughter decided to jump in the pool “backwards” and chipped all her front teeth and knocked one of them back into her gums. Naturally, I was distraught about the whole situation, but immediately knew who to call. I had heard so many positive experiences from other mothers and read all the awesome reviews about the Tomlin’s. The office staff was warm and welcoming. The office is absolutely beautiful, extremely clean and has top of the line equipment. it’s also awesome that they have a playroom set up to keep the kids occupied. Dr. Tomlin was extremely gentle with my daughter’s injured mouth, took his time with us, explained everything, showed us her x-rays and assured me that I wasn’t the first parent that this had happened to! I always tell my friends and family to have their children become patients of Dr. Tomlin at Mountain West Dental!

Absolutely the best Dentist and Orthodontist! The staff are awesome. They take care of all my babies from 1 year to 15 years old. They are very kind and patient with the little ones. My oldest whom used to get so nervous going to the dentist no longer gets upset and nervous having to go to his appointments. As a mother of 5 with insurance that didn’t cover braces I was worried about how I would afford to put Braces on 2 children at the same time. I was at a point where I was going to decide who needed them more, but Mountain West wasn’t going to have me make that decision. They helped me set up an affordable payment plan and both were able to get their braces. I’m so grateful to have found them. A true family atmosphere!

My daughter has been seeing Dr. Tomlin as her pediatric dentist for almost 2 years now. She just had her regular check up and cleaning yesterday. We had some concerns about her front gap and a tooth that’s been bothering her due to grinding her teeth at night. The doctor had recommended to see if we would like to get an ortho consultation to give us some options. We were able to be seen the next day by his wife Dr. Allison Tomlin who was as pleasant and professional as he was. Mind you my daughter is only 7 years old and was able to follow everything she had to do for them on this visit. The assistant was also gentle and super friendly specially with kids. We ended up starting her ortho records today and everything went smoothly. From the front office with their PPE to the back staff (doctors, assistants, and Eddie their super friendly and easy going treatment planner), they were all amazing. I would highly recommend anyone that’s looking for a top notch pediatric dentist or an orthodontist for children and adults to this practice. Very clean, professional, and they also take almost all PPO insurance. I also work for a dental office in town but if you would like your kids to feel at ease and have a comfortable, friendly, calm, and fun environment, I would definitely call them. You will not go wrong with this office.

Every detail that goes into this business is perfect for a pediatrics office . As well as the office staff being warm and inviting. The restroom has a lovely changing table that is not your typical one they go above and beyond. The other dentist and pediatrician are a couple who really put themselves in their clients shoes. Waiting room has multiple tv’s that can play different movies for the kids and a modern play area that has a lot to offer to entertain kids.
