I am a new patient here at Mt. Pleasant Dental care, and I must say that this is the best customer service I’ve ever gotten in this type of environment. The staff here is super friendly, super helpful and overall I just had a wonderful experience. You can tell that they really care about their patients. I really like that they gave me a little tour of the office during my first appointment. I can safely say that I will not be nervous or afraid because I’ll be in good hands. I used to be terrified of dental offices.

The staff at Mt. Pleasant dental is wonderful. They really care about there patients and actually remember them by name! It’s so nice and personable! The last few times I got fillings done the side of my mouth was sore for two weeks. I was also unable to put any pressure on them for a few weeks also. But I just had my fillings done this morning at Mt. Pleasant dental center and I feel perfectly fine a little gum soreness where the injections were administered but other than that no issues! I’m a very happy customer!

My family has been going to Dr. Croy for two years now and I can say we are very happy. The moment you enter, you will be greeted by Estephanie and she is very welcoming and nice. Myra, Lucille, Aurora, and Rex are all so friendly as well. Last but not the least is Dr. Croy herself, she is kind and patient. You will surely love her!

Dr. Croy is gentle with giving you numbing shots hardly feel the shot at all. Before she ever worked on my teeth i was scared of the dentist, not anymore, she has an awesome staff! Everyone is very friendly. They don’t ever do a rushed job they take there time. I have driven all the way from LA to SJ just to get teeth worked on thats how much i perfer Dr. Croy and her crew over finding a new dentist.

I & my kids have been patients to dr Croy for many years. The services rendered are above satisfactory. Recently I had issues where I neeDed to walk in without an appointment. Dr Croy made herself available to me without an appointment but held high regard to my concerns & handled my disposition with great care. Just want to show my appreciation for her practice & staff. Especially Stephanie whom holds the office down. Your very much appreciated as well.

I really like the dental service I get here. They are up to date in their technology and even show modern explanation videos. At my old dentist, they were still showing demo videos from the 80s! They also give you safety glasses so when they’re working on your teeth things won’t splash in your eyes, which I’m really grateful for cuz I don’t want gunk to be all up in my eyes! The staff here is very friendly and gentle. The first time I came here, I haven’t been to the dentist in a while so I had A LOT of cavities. They managed to fill them in in only 3 sessions. I used to be very afraid of the dentist because I had a bad experience when I was little. They were very understanding and worked gently on me when it came time for the numbing injection. Overall this dentistry is friendly, understanding, and I would definitely come back here for cleanings and fillings!

Dr. Croy is the best! Her and the staff are always friendly and welcoming with a smile. They make the dental experience as good as it can get. They are up to date on their technology and have informative videos that are recently made instead of in the 50’s. I go to school in Texas and I was only in Cali for one week and needed serious work on a root canal and veneer. They worked through lunch hours one day and another until 8pm and even offered me dinner. They never complained for the extra hours and never made me feel bad for it. They always go out of their way to help their clients out and make them comfortable. They are hard working and friendly. BEST DENTIST I’VE EVER BEEN TO! As for the new manager reviews, I got work done yesterday and didn’t even see this new manager out of her office. I talked to Bryan, whose super awesome. So whoever this new one is that apparently terrible you don’t really see her anyways so it does not effect the experience.

What a great place! My boyfriend and I came here because we got a groupon for teeth whitening. The front staff is so nice and willing to answer all of our questions. The dentist is even gave my boyfriend and I a free teeth cleaning, even though she didn’t have to since we had just paid for the whitening service. The lady who actually did our whitening let us kno exactly what she was doing every single step. We were the last clients to leave and they even staid longer for us. Our teeth are perfect now! Nice and white like never before! Well worth our money and time. We are even thinking about making this our dentist since they take our insurance. Great place to go.
