First time patient. Satisfying COVID protocols. I felt very safe. My visit was to fix 2 broken molars, and get a cleaning. Very professional, personable, thorough and gentle. I found the rooms to be warm and cozy feeling, and the X-ray was a super easy panoramic (didn’t even have to bite those slides that dig into your cheeks.). I would recommend. Only negative, is that they will file for insurance, but patient pays upfront. They told me in advance, so I was prepared.

My first experience with Kevin and his staff was because a previous Dentist that I had gone to for several years couldn’t squeeze me in for several days for an emergency procedure with a broken tooth. When I called the office it was closed but Kevin answered and told me to come in immediately. He even delayed his weekend travel plans to be there for me. Nine years ago I needed much dental work as I was losing parts of several molars due to a severe overbite. Dr Muench inserted crowns on my molars and performed procedures to eliminate my overbite problem from affecting my other teeth. I have had no issues with my teeth since then, I don’t feel the crowns at all and they are still working perfectly. I go semi-annually for cleanings, which are thorough leaving me little doubt than my teeth are perfectly clean and totally free of plaque. Dr Muench and his staff are not only professional but very friendly and they take the time to fully explain the procedures.

I don’t trust anyone else with my teeth and I have always been happy (as happy as one can be going to the dentist) with Dr. Muench and his staff. But let me tell you, ever since Crystal joined the practice as the hygienist, my teeth have never been so clean! As lovely as Crystal is, sometimes I wish she was less thorough! Words are not enough to thank Dr. Muench for helping my daughter Ally resolve her long-term headache pain! Without his help she would still be suffering today. We were recommended to Dr. Muench for an occlusal evaluation after more than a year of finding no relief from various specialists or with medication. Dr. Muench spent hours with Ally to get to the root of her pain and to make an appliance to correct her bite which was causing her the pain. After 19 months of living in agony, her pain was gone after one week of wearing the mouth guard. I cannot recommend Dr. Muench strongly enough!
