I made an appointment with Dr. Gati the night before and it was confirmed within the hour through email. I was then called the next day to confirm I would still be coming, which I thought was great. Dr. Gati was very upbeat and made me feel very comfortable. He was very friendly, took his time to explain his recommendation and the procedure I will be having in the future. I did not feel rushed at all. He was great and recommend him to others.

Very kind and thorough! He undid the misdeeds of my previous (apparently rather negligent!) dentist with ease and care, and I feel excellent. He’s also quite good at explaining what’s going on and how things work–I learned more about my teeth than I usually do in dental appointments, and felt extra informed as to what was going on with my mouth. I really really like Dr. Mug, and I’m excited to have him as my dentist now.

I am the kind of person that only feels compelled to write reviews when I’ve received absolutely exceptional service somewhere and my visit with Dr. Mug was absolutely that. So professional and caring. He was waiting for me as soon as I walked in and offered me a bottle of sparkling water. He took time to talk with me and make me comfortable and clearly explained everything he was going to do. He was very straightforward and did not pressure me into spending any extra money on anything unnecessary. He gave me Beats headphones to put on and I enjoyed an episode of Friends on a big screen TV while he carefully worked on my mouth. Such a pleasure really. Highly recommend him!!

Dr. Mug was the best! He has such a terrific bedside manner and is so attentive. I was late for an evening appointment, but he was incredibly accommodating and took his time explaining everything in a lot of detail – which I find super rare. He’s a skilled and knowledgeable dentist and really knows is stiff – you can also tell he loves his job, also a rarity. His offices are warm and modern with nice little luxuries such as a bottle of pelligrino when you enter, a little brush and toothpaste goodie bag when you leave, and your choice of Netflix programming while your teeth are being cleaned. Highly recommend!

He is honestly great for everyone, even the introverted or those who had a long day. He will turn on Netflix for you so you can zone out as he works on you! You can really feel that he cares about your overall experience and comfort! Best experience with a dentist ever!
