Dentist Appointment for oral surgery Monday March 4th 10:00am. Back at work 11:00am no pain. Two hours later still no pain. When I arrived home still no pain. Next morning no pain. I HAD PAINLESS ORAL SURGERY.. If you are in need of General, Cosmetic, Dental Implants or Orthodontics look no further. Dr. Khalifeh and his staff are amazing. Tell them Althea sent you, I promise you will never experience pain.

I’ve been with Dr. Khalifeh for over 6 years, and he’s amazing!!! 🙂 I’ve changed a lot of dentists in the past and was never able to find one who I was comfortable with until I met Dr. Khalifeh. I’m not your regular patient. I’ve had traumatic experiences with Dentists when I was a kid and didn’t like the thought of going in to see one and when I went in it was for an emergency! I’m very very sensitive and like the Dr to take it slow, be patient and help me conquer my fear and get over my bad experiences. Dr. Khalifeh was more than patient and understanding and very delicate when he worked on my teeth and that’s why he’s the only dentist I’ll see! Going into a dental office to me was a trying experience; having an office that is serene and calming is a plus for me, an office that is private and relaxing helps out a lot. The staff here are really friendly and very helpful from the minute you step in you feel that everyone here cares about you. and they give you really good service and personalized attention. I’ve since referred my parents, friends and family to Dr. Khalifeh and they’ve all thanked me for the referral. If you’re looking for a dentist, look no further Dr Khalifeh is as good as it gets!!

I have always been a dental chicken and quite frankly for many years I avoided going to the dentist out of fear. When I first met Dr Khalifeh i went in for a checkup (it was my first check up in years, but my back tooth had a big hole in it and my girl made me go get it looked at) he said it looked pretty bad and that I needed an extraction and root canal but I was terrified and told him no way, and I would just live with it. We talked about my fears and he took time to make me feel more comfortable and hear me out. He told me with laughing gas it would be very easy and I would be fine. I told him I was worried the laughing gas would make me panic or get sick (don’t judge I told you I’m a dental chicken) He went above and beyond to create a calm, peaceful environment and explain everything to me. So in that moment I said “okay just do it now!” Which was a huge step for me honestly, but I knew I needed it and I felt heard and understood. However we had only had a basic first meeting check up scheduled for that day. I told him please, is there anyway we can just do this now. He knew I may not come back so he rescheduled his whole day just to get the work done there in that moment. Throughout the procedure they made room for my girl to be in the room with me and took every step to make me stay calm and to work quickly and efficiently. Since that day I knew he would be my dentist for life. His care and compassion exceeded everything I expected. So about two weeks ago my wisdom teeth started to hurt. My old fear crept in hard and I told him I was terrified of being put under and was just going to deal with the pain. He told me we could do it with Novocaine and I could stay conscious. Again he took extra time to reassure me and talk through everything. He took out the 3 wisdom teeth that needed out using just novocaine and I didn’t feel any pain. His staff also knew I get nervous and were so amazing to me, and told me to raise my hand at any point if I was nervous or felt pain. They kept me calm and reassured me every step of the way. Also – once my wife had a crown break on a trip overseas and when we landed back in LA the Dr came in on his day off to see her asap. Dr Khalifeh and his staff truly are the best, I am probably the most difficult kind of patient due to fear of getting the work done – but they never have gotten impatient with me or made lite of my fears. I trust them completely and would highly recommend them to anyone – especially if you are nervous about the dentist.

Dr. Khalifeh has been my dentist for about six years now and I couldn’t be happier with him. The office is immaculate and stocked with what appears to be the very latest technology. Check-ups, cleanings, fillings, etc. are pain free and easy. Plus, you have the option to view Netflix on a giant TV during your appointment, so you can binge-watch zombie shows while people poke around in your mouth. That’s a win/win! As for Dr. Khalifeh himself, the man is an artist. He completely redesigned my smile in a way that felt advanced yet cost-effective (if that makes sense). The doctor took his time to evaluate/discuss every conceivable option with me and throughout that process, it was clear that he was carefully considering what was best for me over what was the most expensive. Also, the office staff is super friendly as well.…Oh, and it’s almost hypnotic how meticulously the office building’s carpets are vacuumed. Take a moment to stop and admire before your appointment.

Since 2003, Dr. Khalifeh has given me the best dental care I’ve ever had. He’s a brilliant, yet humble man with an incredible sense of aesthetics combined with knowledge and skill that takes dental work to the highest level possible! I’ve had major dental issues since childhood and have had many dentists before him, so believe me, I know how lucky I was to meet him all those years ago. I’ve had everything from crowns, bridges, root canals, fillings, extractions, veneers, grafts and recently a perfect implant from Dr. Khalifeh (so I’m really familiar with the consistently wonderful work he does)! He has the lightest touch I’ve ever experienced as well! I’m always astounded at how he can keep any pain to an almost non-existent level for me. And all this at very fair prices!! His office is comfortable, beautiful and immaculate. His staff is every bit as impressive as he is. They are always friendly and helpful and a true joy to experience! Seriously, I can’t recommend Museum Dental Center enough!

So you haven’t been to the dentist in years? Had horrible experiences in the past?  Hate sitting in that chair?? Yeah, me too…through my whole childhood in fact….thank god, dentistry has come a long long way now…Dr. K  will make you feel good, this is professional modern dentistry at its finest! This guy really knows what he is doing and he’s super cool. I found Dr. Kalifeh about 7 years ago now which pretty much says it all… His office is very relaxed, and he and his staff have always made me feel comfortable and well taken care of. His procedures seem super well diagnosed and explained; his technique is gently, accurate and efficient. All the folks that work here just have a cool vibe and the Dr. is always up on the latest technologies, equipment and procedures. I’m really not a fan of going to the dentist at all, but I seem to always feel good about it after a visit to Dr. K. If you’re in need, I highly recommend.***TIP: look for free parking on Masselin St between Wilshire and 6th…the Museum center parking lot is pricey and they don’t validate…M

Three things: 1. If you have ANY tooth-ly anxiety (as I did), this is THE place to go.  I first came to Museum Dental Center and Dr. Khalifeh in 2011, when it had been an embarrassing number of years since I’d been to a dentist.  Instead of yelling, chastising, or giving me ANY sort of hard time, all Dr. Khalifeh and his staff did was take care of me, and make me feel instantly comfortable and supported.  Museum Dental only cares about one thing: that you came in and took the first step to a healthy smile. 2.  I’ve never encountered a medical staff as friendly as the team at Museum Dental.  Everyone in the office, from front of the house to the technicians and hygienists are kind, accommodating, and gentle beyond belief.  Every interaction is so pleasant, from scheduling appointments to dealing with insurance to the fact that they know the names of my nephew and cat…and ask about them every time!! 3. Okay, at the end of the day you’re going to the dentist for the goodness of your teeth.  And my teeth have never been as happy and clean as they’ve been under Dr. Khalifeh.  Museum Dental practices pragmatism and intensely thorough care, and my mouth is healthier because of their smart treatments.  Thank you, Dr. Khalifeh and staff!

Dr. Khalifeh and his team are the best! I was referred to see him in 2014 and decided to make an appointment. At the time, I wasn’t too excited because I had suffered many painful encounters with other dentists over the years, but I wanted to be open-minded. I’m so happy that I did! Although I came in with a variety of problems, Dr. Khalifeh always managed to walk me through the process and explain my options. He is very knowledgeable and compassionate. His entire team is always very lovely and caring every time I come in for an appointment. After all these years, I trust Dr. Khalifeh so much with my teeth that I continue to see him every 6 months for a check up even though I relocated 50 miles to Orange County. I highly recommend him to anyone looking for a qualified dental professional!

“Definitely, those are the nicest teeth I’ve seen today so far”. Those were Dr. Michael Seroka’s words when he asked me to open up my mouth during a routine physical checkup at Kaiser Permanente back in August. Yes, it was late in the afternoon and I’m sure by then Dr. Seroka had seen tens of patients. Dr. Khalifeh, THANK YOU !!! all the credit goes out to you. My family and I have been going to Dr. Khalifeh’s office for all of our dental needs since 1995. During all these years we’ve experienced nothing but professionalism, honesty and gratitude. Most of all, it’s the “You-Are-In-A-Safe-Hand” feeling you get once you lay back on that dental chair. WAY TO GO Dr. KHALIFEH. KEEP UP THE GREAT WORK !!

I love everyone in this office. I’m afraid of the dentist but not when I come to see Dr. Khalifeh; I know he and the team are going to take good care of me and be thoughtful about my fear. The office is really clean, my teeth always sparkle when I leave and I had some modern/ new technique for recent gum surgery and it did not hurt during or after; I was able to enjoy my favorite foods an hour afterward and it healed up beautifully. No one knew I had oral surgery; no nasty stitches or graphs. Best dentist in L.A.

AMAZING dentist and staff! The office personnel are among the friendliest and most helpful I’ve ever encountered; the clinical support staff are warm and funny (perfect for the nerves!) and are pros at their work – gentle and efficient; and Dr. Khalifeh is a masterful, gentle dentist who is not just looking to make money! He fixed the discolorations and cavities to 7 of my front top teeth, and the work is pure art. Other dentists have insisted that I get crowns or veneers, but Dr. Khalifeh took the time to do the least invasive work (and less costly) and I couldn’t be happier. The people here are gems.

I have come off and on to this office for the past 4 years. All I can say is that I live now in OC and drive to see this awesome team here. They have helped me in a crisis with my gums and have been so fair in price!!!! I had to go somewhere else when I held a manager job a year ago in the OC ( I worked in a terrible hospital position as salary management that worked me 12-18 hour days 5-6 days a week couldn’t make it to LA) .Western dental omg!!! That place ripped me off so much. Thank the gods I finally got a normal RN job now and can come see the BEST IN THE WEST!!!!!!! He cares so much and is a teacher too!!!! His team is professional and will give you LA service with a fair price! They will work with you to get you what you need and NOT RIP YOU OFF like other dentist (I’m still so upset about western dental making me pay for unnecessary treatments that were not needed). So happy I can be back part of the family and get all my care here at Museum Dental Center!!!!

I have been coming to Dr Khalifi for 15+ years. I have changed jobs…changed apartment…but I will not change my dentist. The entire office is wonderful, professional, helpful and kind. I have had different dentists within the office and have never had any issues. I highly recommend Dr Khalifi’s office for all dental needs.

Dr. Khalifeh is a brilliant, caring and talented dentist that has taken on many major dental challenges I’ve suffered with since childhood. When I first went to him in 2003, he not only understood my lifelong dissatisfaction of my previously poorly crowned teeth combined with tetracycline stains from childhood, but offered affordable solutions to give me the smile I never had in my entire life. I never had a dentist like him (and I’ve been to many, many dentists before him, so believe me when I say he’s truly a “find”). His touch is light and his work is as painless as can be, not to mention very fairly priced! His equipment is as “state of the art” as it gets! Over the years, he has performed nearly every procedure I think there is; crowns, veneers, fillings, bridges, gum grafts, root canals, extractions and even a perfect implant (I told you I’ve dental challenges)! He’s also a university teacher! His staff is as consistently fantastic as he is. They are friendly, efficient and just simply wonderful to chat with. I’d go on, but I think I’ve made my point. Dr Mohamad Khalifa is very honest Dentist, I’ve been going to his dental office  for years. The treatment of his patients is very very professional and  caring. You will never be disappointed when visiting his office. He is soooooo Talented, Truly an amazing Dentist. His entire office staff is very courteous and helpful; they are the best!

The office staff is just amazing.  Very friendly, attentive, and organized.  I walked in to set up an appointment because I heard from my co-workers that they’ve been going there for years. I’m glad that I did.  They wanted me to come in the next day but I had a conflict in my schedule. Dr. Khalifeh removed an old crown without anesthesia and I did not feel a thing.  I felt so comfortable with him and his amazing assistant.  Walked out feeling no pain whatsoever.  Big plus that they have big tvs and netflix.  That was a nice touch.  My past dentists and their staff is nothing compared to Dr. Khalifeh. Before doing any work, the plan coordinator sat down with me to explain my benefits and how much I would have to pay out of pocket.  This was such a relief.  In the past I was used to Dentists telling me that my insurance would cover a certain percentage then a few weeks later I get a huge bill. So far I would highly recommend Dr. Khalifeh.  My experience today pretty much brought back faith in going to the dentist.  They need more dentists offices like this one. I don’t understand why people are leaving bad reviews.  They can just say no to additional work. It’s just like any other place, you should know what needs to be done and you can always say no.  I overheard that their equipment is new so no need to worry about that.** Update **I had to go back in the following day for 30 mins so that they can take 3D impressions of my teeth.  Dr. Kahlifeh knew I was a curious person so he showed me his cool 3d teeth scanner and showed me the images it took on his laptop.  He then took me to a different room where his high tech crown machine was and demonstrated how it worked.  He inserted the a block into the machine and on the LCD selected my name.  Then it started shaping my crown.  He explained what he does next and how he gets the correct tooth shading.  I was really impressed with the equipment he has and that he took the time out to show me all of this.  I’m a sucker for gadgets too.

I have been visiting Dr. Khalifeh at Museum Dental Center for more than 20 years and looking forward to the next 20 :-). The professional/family environment and high level of dental care made my routine visits a pleasure. What is impressive is the amount of technology Dr. Khalifeh invested into his practice which brings an new experience and insight to each visit. From the basic/routine cleanup to complex dental work or during emergencies, I always found Dr. Khalifeh and his practice a reliable source.

I cannot even tell you how much of a great dentist Dr. Khalifeh is!  One year ago, I had a terrible dental experience. I was completely traumatized after the other dentist had put me through so much pain, I thought I would never get my dental work finished. When I met Dr. Khalifeh all that changed, he has always been there to first calm me down, then fix the problem. Dr. Khalifeh is knowledgeable and very caring. He enjoys what he does very much, and it shows in the quality of his work and the time he spends to make it right. I would highly recommend him to anyone who has had traumatizing experiences with other dentists.  I honestly do not know why anyone would ever go to anyone else!
