I was so pleased to find this dentist. As a new patient, I got an appointment right away for routine cleaning & X-ray. And I mention that because at my previous dentist office, I would’ve had to book it 5 months out. I was impressed by the modern equipment & careful staff. The cleaning was so quick! (At my previous dentist, they would’ve been scraping & scraping &…taking too long.) Later, I had a tooth extraction (always frightening) but the procedure was quick & painless. I was so pleased! Dr. Rizvi is a sweet & personable lady, as well as being so highly skilled.

I had my 1st dental appointment a few weeks ago. The staff was so pleasant and they made it a point to make you feel as comfortable as possible. I could also tell they are all pretty knowledgeable regarding what they do and the suggestion that was made to replace my filling was the best decision.. it turns out the previous job from a former dentist was poor.. I was with a previous dentist office for over 15 years but my dentist retired.. if I would have known the difference in customer service I would have switched long ago. 1st impressions are everything and I’m very satisfied.

I have been going to see Dr. Rizvi at My Dental Care Center for about 10 Years. Dr. Rizvi AND her staff are all very caring and kind. They take their time to treat me and other patients I have seen there, with great care. I’ve always been treated like a valued patient but it feels more like family. Kristin (front desk) always has a smile on her face. Lorena (dental hygienist) is always looking out for the overall best interest of my teeth! I have also brought my son to Dr. Rizvi over the years. I am impressed with the growth I’ve seen over the years with her facility constantly offering innovative ways to improve that doctor/patient experience. I had my crown fall out last week and I called Dr. Rizvi’s office for an appointment and they had an appointment for me the very next day. When I first had the crown put in, a temporary crown was put in until my permanent crown arrived a few weeks later. When I was there last week, Dr. Rizvi now has a state-of-the-art precision machine that makes the porcelain crown while sitting in the office!!!! It was the most amazing thing to see! Dr. Rizvi took images of my tooth and then once the images were on the computer, she then rounded out the tooth’s images on the computer so the new crown would fit perfectly, then hit a button and VOILA! In less that an hour, a new porcelain crown was made just for my tooth! It was an extraordinary sight to see and it was truly the most unique experience I have EVER had at a dentists office!!!! I HIGHLY recommend Dr. Rizvi and her staff for ANY of your dental needs! I wish I could give more than 5 Stars on this review because they are a class act!

I have never been so comfortable at at Dentist office or felt that the care of my family was of the utmost importance as I have here. All the staff has treated us extremely well over the years. They have worked with our changes in insurance and have even offered in house coverage that we paid less and got more covered than from our work insurance. I would high recommend if you are making the transition from a pediatric dentist to a family dentist with young children. I moved my teenagers over and they adjusted very well to the change. This is a great place to have your family taken care of by a dentist.

I have been a patient of My Dental Care Center for over 5 years and I am extremely pleased with the care that I always receive! I have had the need for some pretty advanced cosmetic dentistry including a partial to replace teeth that I had lost through the years. I was told by other Dentists that it would be very difficult if even possible to create a partial that would work or stay in place since I was missing all back teeth on right side. Dr. Laila Rizvi put together a plan that she was very confident would work and implemented it to the ending result of a wonderful smile that I never thought I would have again as well as many compliments from family, friends and even strangers. Dr. Rizvi explained what she is doing every step of the way which made the process very calming and comfortable. I hope to always be a patient at this office. Dr. Rizvi and her staff are very friendly and professional. I never feel as if they are rushed to move on to the next patient. The office is very comfortable, peaceful and design perfect. I have been coming to dr Rizvi for 3 years now and can not recommend My Dental Care center enough. Many dentists I have dealt in the past will just want you to buy as much as possible and this is definitely not that kind of place. When you are here they are looking after your best interests to keep your teeth clean and healthy. If you are on the fence about using this place for your regular dentist just come in for a basic cleaning and you will be surprised how well you are treated.

This was the best dental experience i have ever had. I was traumatized as a child and never liked to go to the dentist. Unfortunately i had a tooth that needed to be extracted. Dr. Rizvi was awesome she numbed the area with a cream before giving the injections. I did not even feel the injections. She had me so numb i did not even feel her pull my tooth. The best dental office in town! This is Kristen’s dad. She is the office manager at My Dental Care Center for over a decade. It’s amazing how sincere they all are!!! For them, the bottom line is providing great patient care!!! This is a wonderful single dentist owned practice providing state of the art dentistry. Attached is the computer operated porcelain grinder, forming my new crown to the exact shape needed. No impressions needed for this process … just multiple digital scans of the teeth. These scans provide the computer with all the information needed to generate a 3D design which instructs the grinder. Total time from in the door with a fractured molar that lost its gold crown to a completely restored tooth with porcelain crown … 2.5 hours ! Need I say more ?
