Finally a dentist that is professional and “down to earth”! My daughter always fights me on going to the dentist. This time she agreed because her tooth hurt. My daughters second visit, she called me to remind me we had to be “at HER dentist” the next day. Dr. Patel did a review of her status and then gave us a break down of the time, cost for the insurance and our out of pocket would be. I have to say the prices shocked me. Other places wanted almost 3 times the amount ! Dr. Patel and her staff also stayed after hours to take care of my daughters cavity that was hurting her and made the time to start her treatment that day to prevent more pain! I will be taking all my family to see myDental now.

I have anxiety with dentist visits and unfortunately had a toothache that just would not go away. Came here and found out I needed a root canal. I felt like crying and throwing a fit like my toddlers. Noooooooo!!! But, silver lining, everyone from the dentist, the assistants, the hygienist and the front desk workers treated me with such kindness and care. During the 3 visit procedure, they gave me plenty of breaks, suggested videos to watch or listen to on their TVs in the operating rooms to calm me, and lots of positive encouragement and shoulder patting. I got follow up calls after each visit to check on how I was feeling, and all the financials and insurance coverage was explained fully. I 100% recommend MyDental at Tech Ridge and Dr. Patel did an excellent job on my root canal and crown placement. 

Norwood Plaza location in Austin Texas :The best dentist I’ve had since I was a kid ! The dentist Jinal Patel and her entire staff including Selena at the front desk were extremely helpful with getting the paperwork completed along with explaining to me ahead of time what my deductible would be for each procedure. I had deep cleaning and fillings performed on separate days. Honestly I never had a dentist that put so much heart into her procedures and explaining to you what needs to be done and why. Every one of her assistants were great during both procedures. Please consider this location for anything you need done. I highly recommend them.

The staff is so wonderful at this location. Everyone was patient and kind with all 3 of my children. They made sure to explain why a certain procedure needed to be done, or was being recommended. The best thing of all, is that my children all enjoy going to the Dentist, whereas before, they didn’t care for those visits at another dental office we were using. Thank you once again for all of your wonderful hospitality.

This dental office is so amazing!!! I brought my children, Dr. Patel has so much patience specially with kids, we all know how difficult it can be, on top of that Madai the dental assistant was so sweet and helping with both of my kids. Dr. Guidroz took care of my other son and she was amazing! I can only say good things about this dental office!! My home to all my families dental needs!!

Wow! I had an emergency tooth extraction on Saturday as a first time patient – and I couldn’t be more pleased and appreciative of the staff at myDental. They fit me in right way and ensured I felt ok, unembarrassed, and understood everything that was happening. I havent been to a dentist in years for a myriad of reasons and was very nervous and embarrassed about my teeth – but all washed away with the kind understanding of the doctors, nurses, and staff! I am returning for more work soon…and am excited (for the first time in my life) to work with the dentists at myDental! Thanks!

This is by far one of the best dentist I’ve gone to. I needed to come in for an emergency visit and I was seen immediately! The office is very clean, and tidy. when I entered, I was greeted and offered refreshments (which is rare at dental places) this is hands down a great place! Dr. Patel listened to my concern with my tooth pain. I’ll def be coming here for my dental upkeep and appointments.

I hadn’t been to a dentist in years after a really excruciating experience. I was dreading going to the dentist, but a painful abscess made me finally go. The process at MyDental at Techridge was painless, and the technicians and dentist were wonderful. No lectures or judgements. Just a caring and calming atmosphere and staff. I was put at ease immediately. They laid out a plan on how to fix all my issues and made sure to explain every step. Will definitely recommend this place to anyone.

Great place to go. The staff was really friendly and helpful.  One of the ladies there helped break down my insurance cost for me. They also stayed open late on sat so I can get cavity filled. They normally close at 3 but stayed open late for me. And when I was done the lady at the front gave me a gift card to the movies after she heard me saying I was going to a movie later that night. Thank yall so much

Me and my sister come here to get our cleaning done and the people are really nice and sweet.They do a really good job and do everything right.There’s also a small living room at the entrance to wait there and a small room with toys for babies to play.I recommend coming here because over all they deserve a 5 star for how good they work.Make sure to come and visit them!!

My experience at myDental has been amazing. The scheduling is awesome, when I am in pain they get me in the same day. The staff is friendly and kind. The environment is very clean and well organized. The Doctor is very caring, she informs me about the procedures that are going to be done and the staff always follows up with me to inquire my experience and see how I am doing even after getting a cleaning!!! Overall my experience at myDental is great! I will be coming for all my dental needs.

I made an appointment last week and at first I was skeptical about having a doctor work on my teeth due to past experiences. The staff followed up with me in advance before my appointment to see if I had any questions, worries or concerns. As soon as I walked in the receptionist Jasmine was very nice and informative about what to expect. They have a nice clean waiting area and I am GLAD I didn’t wait long they took me back in less than 5 minutes. Dr.Patel came in with such a huge smile excited to see me, you don’t see that a lot with dentist. She informed me I had 2 cavities , and needed a basic cleaning. The thing I was impressed was that they showed me my X-RAYS on the tv screen which was a first. Overall pretty smooth experience and will be coming back for my 6 months checkup

I was recently in for a comprehensive exam and a cleaning. The front desk there was very friendly and was nice enough to offer a water. After I completed my new patient paperwork I was taken back by an amazing dental assistant that took my x-rays and later seated me with Dr. Patel. Everything in the room was high tech and had a tv right in front of me to watch so I didn’t have to sit staring off into space. The doctor and the assistant were very clear on describing what procedures I needed to get done and how I could take care of my dental hygiene without being too harsh. Over all, this was an amazing experience and I highly recommend to anyone. They see children and adults! Please check them out, you won’t be disappointed.

Dentists make me very nervous bit right away these wonderful ladies put me at ease. I was welcomed with a smile and there was complimentary coffee and bottles water in the waiting room. I got my consultation and was able to get my deep cleaning in the same visit. The breakdown of my treatment plan by Vanessa was very thorough and Dr. Patel was very attentive to my needs. Thanks My Dental for making this nervous dentist goer see a different perspective.

As this was my first routine checkup in this particular clinic I may still need to go for more checkups to get a better feel for My Dental. Here is an account of what I saw and how the checkup went, in general. My first impressions: The receptionists and the assistants there were friendly and nice to me. They were able to quickly get me checked in. . In addition, I found that the clinic is well equipped (including the exam rooms) even though it’s a relatively ‘new’ dentistry as far as I am aware of. So as for the checkup, the cleaning was smooth, like most routine dental checkups go (not fun but a necessity imo). Overall, I am pleased with the service I received and hopefully, it will continue to garner service to patients with Medicare/Medicaid insurance

My experience at myDental was great, they make you feel comfortable. I came in to get a set of partials and I am walking out with them today very happily! Dr. Patel was amazing, she’s very caring and made sure my partials fit perfectly. Gloria and Vanessa always took care of me, made sure my appointments were short and quick. Everyone of her assistants were great also during both procedures. Please consider this location for anything you need done. I highly recommend them. I just moved from Houston and I can honestly say they are far better than any dentist I’ve been to in Houston by a long shot !

I was looking for a dentist, to get a wisdom tooth removed​ and a few things I needed done. I had a ” not so great” experience at my last dentist. I was nervous and did not want to spend the time searching, again. My boyfriend told me about “MyDental.” It’s a 30 min drive from my home vs the 5 min to my previous dentist, but I trust his judgement. The girls were reassuring and made me feel like they truly cared about how I felt, the dentist was probably the most attentive dentist I’ve ever met. I’m a big baby with dental stuff and she explained everything and always made sure I was ok…I mean, no one really likes going to the dentist, but it’s a must. I’m grateful for Mydental and their amazing team.

I have been a customer at myDental for about a year, and I trust the dentists, assistants, and front desk helpers with whatever I need. I feel welcomed as soon as I walk in the door, and I have never waited longer than 10 minutes. Both, Dr. Patel and Dr. Guidroz are very kind, and they truly explain anything you ask very thoroughly making sure that you leave the appointment with everything you need to know. I don’t dread coming to this dentist, and would definitely recommend coming here.

Painless and AWESOME! I had a lot of work that needed to be done, including 2 extraction, and 5 cavities that needed to be done. Also a cleaning and a crown. The most painless part, was that my insurance covered every penny! All the staff very professional and kind! I have an appointment lined up for 6 months from now, and not letting myself have this many problems again! The dentist herself made sure I was comfortable as possible and we’ll satisfied, and I definitely am well satisfied! I have even got compliments on how nice my teeth look! Thank you so very much! I have never met a more caring , flexible, and kind staff. The quality of the work and the patience with children is outstanding. The facility is also extremely clean. Unlike most dentist, they offer extended hours on week days and on Saturday. They are very reasonable in cost as well.

OMG….let me tell you about My Dental at Tech Ridge…These Folks are phenomenal!!! My Dentist Dr.Patel is so Compassionate and professional at the same time….All and I’m mean all her Staff are so Caring and Sweet…I love these Folks….especially my Dentist cause she Is Bad to the Bone literally speaking…Lol…I sincerely reach out to all you Babies like me that are afraid to ho to the Dentist to come here…I promise you will be Happy you did!!!

I had a wonderful experience at myDental. Dr Patel understands that going to the dentist office can be difficult for some people, but she was polite and gentle. I received a deep cleaning and I can tell my teeth have been properly cleaned. I can truly feel the difference. Dr. Patel gave me great advice to keep my teeth clean and white. I will definitely be coming back! In addition, The receptionist was extremely considerate of my time and gave great assistance for my upcoming appointment. I highly recommend coming to myDental; excellent service
