First of all, I would give 4.5 because it is expensive. But because the great service and staff I will round up. By far the best dental experience I’ve ever had. The hygienists are very skilled and are super empathetic to any type of sensitivity. I thought at first it was the first hygienist I had, Vickie who was the best tooth cleaner I could ever imagine. Years later I had to reschedule an appointment and got a different hygienist. And she was just as awesome! They always get you in right away. They are personal but not overbearing.

Vicky was absolutely tremendous! She was engaging, professional and did a fantastic job on my teeth. Dr. Blake visited me and was very polite and knowledgeable. Specifically, I really appreciated him taking the time to go over my x-rays and explain things to me. The great service started even before I arrived there thanks to Kayla who booked my appointment :-). Overall my visit was nothing short of phenomenal!

If I could give 100 stars I would! I have a serious phobia of dentists and dental visits in general. From the moment I walked in the door, my fears were put at ease. I was informed about everything they were doing, treated respectfully, and given information every step of the way. I’ve found my forever dentist!!!

I love going to My Dentist! I have been going there for years! They take very good care of me and it’s like they are a part of my family! Dr. Pinnavaia and Dr. Blake are the best dentists ever! But my favorite is my hygienist Vicky! She and I the best patient/staff relationship in the world! She takes very good care of me every time. She even called me the day before to ask if I would like an earlier time slot. She is Awesome! But then again they all are at My Dentist! Patrick D.

The staff are very personable and caring about your needs, from the receptionist, to my dental hygienist, to the service scheduler and Dr. Blake! I have moved to Shelby but will continue to have my bi-yearly exams here because of the comfort I feel! Considering that this is dental and not normally an enjoyable experience, speaks volumes of the staff here at My Dentists!!!

From the moment that I walked into My Dentists I felt welcomed. The staff is extremely friendly. The doctor and hygienist were instructive, but not patronizing. And my teeth feel super clean! The Groupon was a great deal, and I will definitely continue using My Dentists in the future, and refer everyone I know!

I hate going to the dentist. So, I was very nervous and anxious. Turns out I didn’t have to be. The staff and dentist on Billingsly Road we’re wonderful. They took care of my problem, talked me through the appointment and kindly answered all my many questions. I could not ask for better care and understanding. Thank you all.

Everyone in the office is very friendly and takes their time to provide excellent service. My children always loved to go there for routine dental check ups because the experience was so positive. Now they are adults and they are surprised to discover that not everyone loves to go to the dentist as they do!

Definitely a five star experience!!! I had a broken wisdom tooth that caused a lot of pain. I thought it would be hard to get an appointment during covid-19 pandemic. I got my appointment the next day after calling. The whole staff is great. The front desk ladies are sweet & friendly. Dr. Blake, Lisa & Kalia are amazing! Such a friendly place. You should definitely come here, if you need your teeth checked out!

Dr Blake and his team are amazing! I’ve had severe dental anxiety for many years and he’s helped me through the process. So wonderful! I never write reviews but they definitely deserve one. I’m from out of town (like most in Charlotte) and I’ve gone to the same dentist my entire life. I was nervous about going to someone new and put off going to the dentist for over a year. I just so happened to hear about them through work and finally sucked it up and made my appointment. One of the best decisions I’ve ever made!! Everyone in that office is so nice and personable. They made me feel like I’d been going to them for years. They really do care about you as an individual and I’ve already set up my next 6 month appointment! No need to look anywhere else 🙂

Jeannette was awesome! I had a Groupon for my dad to get his teeth cleaning for the first time and She treated us just like any other customer. She didn’t try to get us to commit to their clinic but informed us of why we need annual cleanings and how to maintain healthy teeth. She was so sweet and down to earth. I highly recommend My dentist 🙂

I have been a patient with MY Dentist since forever! My daughters and I started seeing Stan in the early 80’s, and I am a grandmother now! Even though my girls have moved away, I wouldn’t dream of going anywhere else! Everyone there is the best…especially Jeanette! We always have so many laughs together! Great people! Great service!

I loved this place! Definitely, my new dentist office. Dentists give me a lil anxiety, and I was not wanting to go…I actually left this cleaning feeling great, and my teeth look amazing. I owe my great visit to Vicki, my hygienist, who was phenomenal. I absolutely loved her personality; she was very calming and professional. Thank you for my checkup. I’ll be giving my business to this office from now on, based on this appt.

Very friendly staff, Dr Blake was also very friendly knowledgeable and gentle. I am one of the many people who fear the dentist but I experienced no pain, discomfort and the process was fast but efficient and my tooth looks great. I wish there was time to do all of the work necessary today but I will definitely be back for the rest of my work.

Always, friendly and the staff go out of there way to make you comfortable. They treat you so well and honestly just make going to the dentist quick, easy, and hassle free. On top of making you super comfortable and being very friendly the work they do is top notch. Iv never had a problem or issue with any of the work done here, and it always holds up. They truly have the best dentist’s and the sweetest staff. Thanks my dentist you have my teeth looking good!

Been going to My Dentists for quite some time now and the reason is simple, because they give you the best comfortable treatment you could ask for. Not only are the Staff and Doctors wonderful, but they treat you like family which makes the whole experience SO much better. I would and have recommended their services to many of my friends and family.
