First of all, I would give 4.5 because it is expensive. But because the great service and staff I will round up. By far the best dental experience I’ve ever had. The hygienists are very skilled and are super empathetic to any type of sensitivity. I thought at first it was the first hygienist I had, Vickie who was the best tooth cleaner I could ever imagine. Years later I had to reschedule an appointment and got a different hygienist. And she was just as awesome! They always get you in right away. They are personal but not overbearing.

Vicky was absolutely tremendous! She was engaging, professional and did a fantastic job on my teeth. Dr. Blake visited me and was very polite and knowledgeable. Specifically, I really appreciated him taking the time to go over my x-rays and explain things to me. The great service started even before I arrived there thanks to Kayla who booked my appointment :-). Overall my visit was nothing short of phenomenal!

I love going to My Dentist! I have been going there for years! They take very good care of me and it’s like they are a part of my family! Dr. Pinnavaia and Dr. Blake are the best dentists ever! But my favorite is my hygienist Vicky! She and I the best patient/staff relationship in the world! She takes very good care of me every time. She even called me the day before to ask if I would like an earlier time slot. She is Awesome! But then again they all are at My Dentist! Patrick D.

The staff are very personable and caring about your needs, from the receptionist, to my dental hygienist, to the service scheduler and Dr. Blake! I have moved to Shelby but will continue to have my bi-yearly exams here because of the comfort I feel! Considering that this is dental and not normally an enjoyable experience, speaks volumes of the staff here at My Dentists!!!

Definitely a five star experience!!! I had a broken wisdom tooth that caused a lot of pain. I thought it would be hard to get an appointment during covid-19 pandemic. I got my appointment the next day after calling. The whole staff is great. The front desk ladies are sweet & friendly. Dr. Blake, Lisa & Kalia are amazing! Such a friendly place. You should definitely come here, if you need your teeth checked out!

So wonderful! I never write reviews but they definitely deserve one. I’m from out of town (like most in Charlotte) and I’ve gone to the same dentist my entire life. I was nervous about going to someone new and put off going to the dentist for over a year. I just so happened to hear about them through work and finally sucked it up and made my appointment. One of the best decisions I’ve ever made!! Everyone in that office is so nice and personable. They made me feel like I’d been going to them for years. They really do care about you as an individual and I’ve already set up my next 6 month appointment! No need to look anywhere else 🙂

Jeannette was awesome! I had a Groupon for my dad to get his teeth cleaning for the first time and She treated us just like any other customer. She didn’t try to get us to commit to their clinic but informed us of why we need annual cleanings and how to maintain healthy teeth. She was so sweet and down to earth.
