This is my third visit to Dr Phams office and each and every time has been the most pleasant experience you could possibly have at the dentist. Her assistants are amazing, explain everything they’re doing in depth, have patience and will give you extra tips on the best way to maintain happy dental hygiene. I’ve been guilty of not always doing my best with regards to my teeth. I brush, floss (the incorrect way) but through ups and downs in life haven’t always had the best dental Care available. I’m very glad I was referred here as this facility is top of the food chain when it comes to dental Care. I really appreciated everything you guys do there. See you very soon

Dr. Pham was amazing I used to get scared coming to the dentist , with the help of her staff the office visit becomes waaay smoother and give me less anxiety. They make you feel comfortable at all times. Came for my filling, which I was super scared of but it was such an amazing process.

I couldn’t ask for a better dentist than the talented, beautiful Dr. Pham. She extremely kind, answers any and all questions, and will make sure you are as comfortable as possible during any procedures.  When discussing a treatment plan, I didn’t feel pressured to have any unnecessary or costly procedures done.  If I have to go to the dentist, which I’m not a fan of, I hope it is always with Dr. Pham.

My mom recommended me to Dr. Pham’s office.  It was a very pleasant experience.  Dr. Pham and her staff are very professional and polite.  I am pretty much scared of needles, thank God she’s good with it.  The work done on my teeth were outstanding.  Thanks!

I simply cannot say enough about how FABULOUS Alicia Parkway Dental is and especially Dr Mai!!! He has been my dentist for several years and has always been the most caring, beyond competent, professional and all around amazing dentist. My issues have been across the board from easy fillings to more significant issues. And the best part of all, it’s always PAINLESS! He takes great care in making sure you are never, ever uncomfortable. His entire staff are all fantastically kind and efficient as well. Truly the best dentist I’ve ever had! I recently had a root canal done and was advised through the process by Dr. Mai. He was both sincere and informative. He genuinely cares about his patients and the process they go through like a root canal. He explains what he’s doing and takes time to make sure his patients aren’t in any discomfort and if they are he rectifies the situation immediately. The entire staff is wonderful and I will highly recommend Alicia Parkway Dental to all my friends and family. Thank you Dr. Mai for helping a very nervous patient through this process.

I was literally traumatized by going to the dentist as a child but I can honestly say that Dr. Pham and her staff have shown me the better side to going to “the Dentist” this was my 4th visit (considering u haven’t been to a dentist in over 15 years) everything’s awesome and I’m scheduled for my cleaning in January 2018.

The office staff was wonderful at this particular dental office. I usually hate having cleanings done but the staff handled it well and my teeth felt spotless after. Referred me to additional services that I needed with thorough explanations and weren’t pushy about them. I definitely recommend giving them a try!

Personnel at the front desk is very courteous. She takes the time to make us feel comfortable. She’s very friendly and remembers our name when we come in. Dr. Pham is an expert when it comes to dentistry. Her soft voice, pleasant smile, and caring is an absolute must with her. She is very friendly, and not once did I feel any pain. The staff will go out of their way to help us stay comfortable. I recommend Dr. Pham as a highly preferred dentist!

I got in right away for a dental emergency. The dentist is so sweet and explains everything. Her and her staff are amazing and helping with my dental anxiety. We even always have a laugh about something. I highly recommend them. I’ve been going there for a few years and always have a good experience.

Since it was our first time, and we felt comfortable. They talked in a reassuring way so my daughter knew exactly what to expect. Mai Pham and staff are very friendly and patient, along with being very professional.

The staff at My Smile Family Dental truly go out of their way to make your dental experience great. It was my first visit at this location and I was greeted with a new customer welcome sign with my name on it. The staff continue to make sure to thoroughly explain what was being done in order to ease any anxiety I had. The cleaning done by Jenny was gentle and thorough!

Dr. Mai Pham was awesome! I came in with a bad infection and she was able to tell what it was right away. Not having insurance, she made it affordable to extract my wisdom teeth in less than half an hour with amazing bedside manner and dedication.

Love this place!! Dr. Pham is an amazing doctor. I have to admit–I’ve always had a fear of going to dentists but after I found this place, I am rest assured that I found myself a favorite dental place. Dr. Pham is very gentle, knowledgeable, and friendly. She’s a very good dentist and genuinely wants to see her patients have the best dental care! I highly recommend her!!

I have always had bad experiences with dentists, but Dr. Pham is an exception. I waited too long to get a filling and scheduled an emergency appointment. Dr. Pham and her staff were able to squeeze me in and performed a root canal. I was nervous, but her staff was reassuring and gentle. In fact, they even called me back the next day to make sure I was feeling well. I eventually came back to get the other cavities filled and she did an excellent job each time. I have dental insurance through my work and they calculated my co-payments properly each time. Dr. Pham is knowledgeable, listens to her patients, and provides excellent care.

Dr. Pham is amazing. She goes out of her way to insure her patients are comfortable. Her staff is very informative and will call you to see how you are doing after a procedure. I highly recommend My Smile Family Dentist!

This place is honestly amazing. Every personal is very professional. Dr Pham is super gentle. I have had a deep cleaning and fillings done and they were not painful. It’s definitely a lot different than any other dentists I had previously been too. Definitely glad I was recommended into her office. I would urge anyone who is looking for a dentist to come see her. Especially if you are afraid of dentists as I was. You will not be disappointed.

Dr. Pham was great explaining everything about my teeth and how I can prevent cavity and other stuff build up in the future. I went here to do deep clean and Chau did great job cleaning and doesn’t hurt as much as other places. Highly recommend for those who needs teeth cleaning! This is the spot.

Saw me same day for an emergency, was greeted by a wonderful staff. Doctor explained everything thoroughly and the staff helped me by answering all my insurance questions. Will definitely be a long term patient!

Dr. Pham and her whole staff were very kind and informative for myself and my husband. Already know we will be in great hands for our follow ups. Coming in I already assumed the worse from years of not having an appointment. But Dr. Pham was very kind in delivering the news of my minor cavity. She explained my issues of jaw pain and tears as well as what the recommended process will be. My teeth are in great hands thanks to Dr. Pham and her lovely staff.

Great Dentist! Took my 4 year old daughter in today. It was a great experience. Dr. Mai was awesome and his assistant was awesome. There was a Disney movie playing right when she sat down. They were gentle with the x-rays and while doing the cleaning the assistant was very calming, she counted with her until she was done. 🙂 Very pleased and they accept Denti-Cal! Amazing

Highly recommended! The staff and Dr Pham were all great. Very professional and efficient. I could hear the assistant in the next chair being gentle and warm with a boy who was nervous. The staff printed me an estimate for future work, and how much of it would be covered by my insurance. I felt that everybody was on my side and I look forward to getting any dental work done there in the future.

Both my experience so far here at My Smile Family Dental have been great! They have great customer service and are very friendly. The team makes you feel very comfortable and welcomed. They have became my and my families dental office.

Took my 2 year old to My Smile Family Dental for the first time and the doctor was good with him. The gals at the front desk was helpful and friendly. I actually switched to Dr. Pham and found her to be very thorough as well as detail in explaining what is going on with my teeth.

Considering it was our 3-year old daughter’s first dentist appointment, my wife and I had no expectations but only hopes of everything going well. We were hoping that our daughter would not be frightened to the point of not going through with the appointment at all, but Dr. Pham and her dental assistant were awesome and our daughter was ecstatic about the visit afterwards. We can definitely tell that they work a lot with kids and that they’re cheerful interaction with our daughter was natural. They knew how to trigger her happy side and Dr. Pham’s approach to everything made me glad we chose her out of the hundreds of other dentists here on Zocdoc. Our daughter even got a balloon hat in her favorite color on her way out! 😀
