He genuinely cares about his patients and the process they go through like a root canal. I have always had bad experiences with dentists, but Dr. Pham is an exception. I waited too long to get a filling and scheduled an emergency appointment. Dr. Pham and her staff were able to squeeze me in and performed a root canal. I was nervous, but her staff was reassuring and gentle. In fact, they even called me back the next day to make sure I was feeling well. I eventually came back to get the other cavities filled and she did an excellent job each time. Considering it was our 3-year old daughter’s first dentist appointment, my wife and I had no expectations but only hopes of everything going well.
