Still love this place. My favorite part about this is, is that my orthodontist and dentist are in the same building. Super convenient. They work perfectly in sync with each other so if you or your children need braces and dental care, come here. Both sides have amazing employees. It’s so easy to get a hold of either one and they always work with you to get an early appointment if you’re having issues with your braces or anything else. Even with as many clients as they have they always remember things from your last appointment and will ask you about what’s changed or how a specific event turned out, etc. So it’s also like a free therapy session. I also wanted to give a special shout out to Richard, he’s amazing and so patient with my 900 phone calls. You’ll never have a bad phone call with him. Also shout out to my orthodontics team for letting me show of my x-rays from my broken arm, my new puppy, and mission to make my boyfriend propose to me. This place is such a great one to come to, you get so much more than dental care. It’s a dedicated, funny, and great group of people who won’t judge your tiny jaw and when you cry because the x-ray square thing barely fits and makes your grown ass self cry like a baby. P.S. You get to spin a wheel at the end of your orthodontic appointment and earn points for rewards. Spin it fast or it gives you 5 points.

I’ve been a patient at this office for over 5 years now, and I have never really had a problem. Changes in my insurance, or lack thereof over the years, they’ve always been helpful in understanding payment options. Yes, sometimes there’s a wait or a longer than expected appointment time, but I’m pretty sure that comes along with every dentist office.
I was recently really happy with the office when I went in for my checkup and everyone on the staff I encountered smiled at me and greeted me. Both female dentists that I’ve been treated by at this office are incredibly gentle and warm, sensitive to the patient’s comfort level, that’s why I will stay with this office as long as I live in this area.

I found this place bc they were handing out “smile” fans at a Quakes game. They were so friendly, I decided to check them out. The office is very nice and inviting, staff are above and beyond in customer service and their equipment is state of the art.  I have been coming here a year.   My daughter loves coming here. Every single person is so friendly and engaging with her and make her feel so special and at ease. Today she lost her “clip on” earring and they took time to help her find it.  This was first time they were running off schedule. They kept me informed and were apologetic.  I did not complain bc it is not normal for them.  And they still gave my daughter and extra fluoride treatment to say sorry.   They are very thorough in explaining dental needs and costs according to your ins plan.  I also like that they schedule my next check up before I leave and send me reminders.  Your teeth are an important part of our health that we all to often neglect.  Well since finding this place… I don’t any more!!!! 😉

I recently Had a dental visit here. I Called over the weekend because I had a very big tooth ache. On Monday Morning I received a phone call from the receptionist. She seemed genuinely  concerned for me. She told me to come in right away. They were busy but i expected it because i knew they were accommodating me. The doctor I saw was doctor Aguilar. She was such a nice Lady. She reviewed my x-rays… wich i will say were pretty kool!!!! Digital!!!…. well she explained to me what I needed.   Once the lady went over my insurance I was a bit upset. I really Hate the fact that it doesn’t cover much. I loved how  they understood my financial situation and let me know all my options. Once I found what was best for me they got to work!!….   Same day dentistry!!.. Loved it. I was so happy to be getting out of pain and the fact I won’t have to take another day off work again.  I was in the office for a few hours but very much worth it. The whole office staff was so nice offered me a blanket and water and even food… They knew I hadn’t been able to eat very well.  I will be going in every 6 months now with the hygenisit and doctor. Don’t want to have another tooth ache.

Amazing staff and very thorough with the kids. Bryant was out RDA today and he coached my daughter through the whole process of B-day (braces day). Dr. Carlson is an amazing doctor and always friendly regardless the time of day. They understand that with kids and probably young adults that the dentist and orthodontics can be a intimidating place but they take that extra effort to make you feel comfortable. Walk-ins do not seem to be recommended since they are so busy, but they are very prompt with their appointment patients. There are some days that we come and you can see their busy schedule in action. It is summer right now and they even took the extra effort to decorate their office with a summer beach theme. It’s all these little things that show they take that extra effort to make you feel like they care for you as much as they would their brother/sister/friend or family member. Thank you guys for all you do.

I’ve had many dental experiences; some good and some terrible. But my experience here was by far the greatest I’ve ever had! I went in for an emergency wisdom tooth extraction that was hurting extremely bad. They fit me in right away and the oral surgeon and team made me comfortable (I was really nervous from a previous wisdom tooth extraction) and I was in and out in less than an hour!! The oral surgeon number the area and said he was going to just check the tooth and literally two seconds later he said, “okay you’re done!” I couldn’t believe it. I had to hop right on here to share how awesome it all was. The team all made sure I had no questions and went over post op procedure before and after and I was good to go. Definitely recommend this office!!

I can not thank this office w enough! I have been coming to this office for the past three years. I have been an ortho patient here for over a year. Through  my years of coming here I have never once had a bad experience, even in difficult dental situations this team has been able to handle. I’m not going to lie one employee in particular seems to have an attitude problem but thankfully there is no hands on patient contact involved from her. The orthodontists are phenomenal and work miracles! There are many good employees here but a specific few stand out in my head for going above and beyond their basic duties. I’d like to recognize Brian for not only having impeccable customer service skills but he has displayed the ability to handle difficult situations/coworkers like a champ while also keeping me as a patient happy and comfortable. Another gem in this building is Sylvia my hygienist! She received me as a pregnant pt with periodontal disease and has worked her magic so well you could never tell I had anything wrong!! And the best part is I look forward to going back and seeing her !!

Recently I brought my son for braces consultation. Best orthodontist ever. Dr. Carlson explained everything in detail and because of their Christmas in July promotion going on, we decided to jump in for braces. He was amazing, patient and always so friendly. My daughter who just got her braces off with another ortho began seeing Dr. Carlson as well. She recently lost her retainer and decided I to ask what would they charge to replace it. It was even cheaper than her original one. Staff is very friendly. Bryant was amazing with both my kids during the molding and prepping for braces. Highly recommend this office.

I used to be terrified to go to the dentist so I hadn’t been in a long time.. when I was there I was treated very well and everyone was friendly. I was scared to get my shots but the doctor and her team were very caring and helpful. They suggested I wear some headphones and it instantly calmed my nerves. They explained everything that was about to happen to me. They also made sure if I felt any discomfort to let them know and it really did help me get comfortable. I would definitely recommend.
