From the first time we walked in and they had my daughter’s name on the entry wall to welcome her, we always felt welcome. I appreciated the tour of the office they gave her so she would see just how things are sequenced. They gave her a shirt and lots of other incentives for being responsible. When given the outcome of my daughter’s exam, Dr. N. suggested waiting a while to decide on treatment as my girl was transitioning into her early teens, and growing. There was absolutely no pressure to start treatment, just thorough information. They really do put clients/patients first.

Nalchajian Orthodontics is so UNIQUE! Not only is the work of Dr. Nicole and Dr. Greg perfection, the staff is gifted and super knowledgeable. The reception staff is genuinely delightful and over-the-top pleasant. My children have been patients here and all three have had an impressive experience with their braces. With my special needs daughter, all the Nalchajian employees were SO accommodating! She was given unbelievable treatment… they put her braces on while she was sitting in a regular, upright chair and once put on a new bracket and wire while she was standing because she was upset! The staff treated her like she was a princess 🙂 My rating is not 5 stars – it is a 10+!!!!!!!!! Nalchajian Orthodontics RULES in all categories 🙂

We loved, loved our experience with Nalchajian Orthodontics!! We primarily went to the state-of-the art Clovis office. We have four kids in various phases of treatment including one who just finished. Dr. Greg and Dr Nicole were fantastic, approachable, friendly, and got great results!! The front office was great and always worked to get us the appointments most convenient for our family! We never had a wait which I really appreciate! The RDA gals in the back were fantastic, always worked seamlessly together, and truly feel like friends. Everyone always went the extra mile, even meeting us in the Clovis office on a day they weren’t scheduled there to deliver a retainer before a holiday. Truly great people and a great atmosphere and they delivered results! We will miss going once our other three finish treatment! Thank you, Nalchajian Orthodontics!

I was with Nalchajian orthodontics for 3 and half years getting my teeth into place! Now that my braces are off, I could be happier with my results! Another thing that is great about them is they allow you to stick with one girl that you’re comfortable with and that you feel the best with! My lady was Christy and she was just amazing. I had a painful journey with my teeth, and she made it as easy as possible! She’s very gentle and sweet and was very easy to talk to and I’m so grateful she was with through out my whole time there!

I just got my braces on a week ago. The staff are very nice and try to conform to your needs as much as possible. I would definitely recommend this orthodontist. They were very helpful in the financial aspect , and they definitely helped us to be able to pay for them. I love being able to get ice cream after and having coffee right at the front. I must say that I do like the Clovis office better. But, in all, I love nalchajian and can’t wait until my next appointment!

We love being patients at Nalchajian Orthodontics! The doctors and staff are professional and friendly.  Their goal is to have us walk away with the most beautiful and healthy smiles.  I have 3 children, two of which are more complicated cases.  The doctors at Nalchajian Orthodontics have taken the time to make sure the right measures are in place, to give all three of my children breath taking smiles.  We are so appreciative for this office and highly recommend it!!!

We have had three of our five kids use Dr. Greg and Dr. Nicole for their orthodontic needs (three down, two more to go!). We absolutely love both of them! They have been able to address many different needs (overbites, crowding, etc) and produce a beautiful result in each smile. But what is more important to me is that they saw each child as a person and they were each made to feel important in the process. The staff members are all amazing, patient, and friendly…and HALLELUJAH for them opening up the Clovis office (think coffee for the parents and iPads for the siblings who are waiting). Such a great location for Clovis families! Just a hop, skip and jump away from Clovis High/Clark making it super convenient. Dr. Greg and Dr. Nicole and their staff are simply the best in town!

My daughter and I are both satisfied customers of Nalchaljian Orthodontics. We have been going there since April 2014 and I am most impressed with the the practice’s professionalism. Every staff member we have come into contact with has treated us with the utmost respect and kindness. Not to mention our teeth look great now! Worth every penny!

I have taken my 2 kids to see Dr Nicole for 3 years. I am constantly impressed with not only the care Dr Nicole gives but her amazing office a staff. My kids LOVE the video arcade and ice cream. They actually ask to go see her! Last exam, she sat down and spoke with my son regarding his poor brushing technique. I really appreciated it and it made a big difference. I would recommend Nalchajian orthodontics to anyone.

They got me in same day for an Invisalign consult after I left an underwhelming experience at Thurman Orthodontics. Dr. Nicole recommended a simple approximately 10 week treatment with Star alingers, a cheaper alternative to Invisalign. I also received a full exam from her, she sat down and answered all of my questions and discussed the differences between the treatment options, the complete opposite experience of Thurman Orthodontics (who recommended a 14-16 month treatment. The office was clean, modern and the staff was wonderful and punctual. Heidi the treatment coordinator was incredibly helpful, answered all questions and can customize your treatment plan to fit within your budget. I ended up signing up the same day, I am so glad I sought a second opinion and found Nalchajian! (Photo of my teeth for reference, their treatment plan sounds much more honest and realistic compared to the 14-16 month treatment I was first told I needed!)
