Incredible staff and service! Dr Mashhood and her team are nothing less than amazing. Starting with the office assistant Eli, who made me feel welcomed and comfortable. The dental assistant Shauna who also made me comfortable and had assured me that i made the right decisions in choosing Dr Mashhood. And finally Dr Mashhood herself! Honest, transparent, efficient, and professional. I can tell you, if youre someone that cant handle the truth then Dr Mashhood should not be your dentist! And the fact is if you want the perfect smile, but arent born with it, YOU WILL HAVE TO PAY FOR IT! Me being from NY i appreciated Dr Mashhoods honesty and professional recommendation . I let her do the work under complete trust and in the end she handed me a $1100 bill and i was MORE than happy to pay it after looking at the end results! Dr Mashhood and her team are true professionals and if you live in the area id highly suggest you make her your dentist. She will absolutely be mine going forward! Thanks again Dr Mashhood and team!

Such an amazing environment. I dread coming to the dentist because of how tedious everything is, not to mention the pain as well. I recently discovered Dr. Mashhood through a friend’s recommendation and I’ve been non stop pleased ever since. Ellie at front desk was just the best. She was helpful and anytime I had any questions she would be insanely attentive. Dr. Mashhood’s office is very clean and organized. Her office resembles her personality. She is easy to talk to, fun, knowledgeable, and charismatic. I came in for a root canal and it went as smooth as possible. Truly an easy experience and that’s all I truly ask for when coming to the dentist. Book an appointment!

I love, love, love my dentist, Dr. Mashhood!  I’ve never written a review like this and especially about something (a profession) that I’ve had so many challenges with over the years. First, I want to tell you that I am super critical and have never been completely satisfied with how my teeth looked after previous dentists had done their “best work.” Upon meeting Dr. Mashhood, I felt that she clearly had an interest in my complete oral health and not just the cosmetics (which I was totally focused on).  She took the time to explain everything to me so that I understood why she made the recommendations and allowed me to make the final decisions – just as it should be! More importantly, she is a perfectionist.. …just as I am.  She takes her time, even with multiple appointments, to do the job right.  I never felt rushed or pushed into anything I did not want to do. The results have kept me smiling constantly.  My friends have made comments about my teeth and that confirms that what I see in the mirror is great work. She is an amazingly skilled professional who takes pride in her work.

The characteristics of a perfectionist are too profound for you to miss. From start to finish, Dr. Mashhood and her staff have been a class act. I should start off by saying that I have a long history of cavities and sometimes a revisiting case of gingivitis. She reiterated to me how vital brushing the correct way so that my enamel does not erode. Numerous amounts of people brush in a way that is quick and aggressive to which I noticed in my own way of brushing. Dr. Mashood explained to me that being gentle goes a long way and by applying less pressure through circular brushing motions, you find yourself in a more effective state of brushing. The cleaning went as good as it could go. Given the fact that my gums bled profusely, the pain and discomfort could and have been way worse. She recommended an anti bacterial toothpaste to help fight the gingivitis. She also explained how the plaque on my teeth had cultivated a home for the gingivitis. I took all of this to great thought because of the way she explained it to me. Without her guidance, I probably would have continued my unhealthy habits. I definitely recommend Dr. Mashhood.

What compelled me to write a review of my experience was purely what I took away from it. Dr. Mashhood knows the fundamentals as to how to run and operate a Dental office. The pristine condition of her office overwhelmed me to a state of comfort and security. The front desk was impeccable and served any and every question I had. They were quick to accommodate my needs and concerns. I visited Dr. Mashhood for a quick cleaning that I was in dire need of. She looked at me from above with her kind green eyes and explained to me that my style of brushing is eradicating my enamel. The motion as to how I am brushing is slowly but surely eroding my enamel away. She explained that subtle and circular motions are what make the weighted difference. Ever since then I have been acting out the acquired advice she has given me and it has made the world of a difference. I truly thank her and her staff for changing my perception of Dental offices. Do not hesitate if you are considering booking an appointment with her!

The best dental experience you can get!  I’ve been going there for a few years and they are always accommodating to my needs.  From day one Dr. Mashhood has always been great and is super knowledgeable and professional – yet is able to build a personal connection with her patients. She made the process as comfortable as possible while still doing the best that she can do. She was telling me about how she was an engineer before becoming a dentist and that everything she does in a patient’s mouth needs to meet and exceed her expectations. She can also crack a few jokes too! The office manager always make sure the logistics of my appointments are always worked out.  When it comes to payment and insurance they always try to make it as stress free for me as possible.  They also do a great job of explaining potential procedures and answering any questions I have.

Dr. mashood has been my dentist for 5 years now and has completely transofrmed my mouth. I used to not be able to smile with my mouth open as I felt that my teeth were too short and too dark. I now have a beautiful set of teeth (veneers, crowns), get complemented on my teeth often and feel much more secure and confident as result. I have been to dentists all my life and have never encountered such a caring, inventive, innovative dentist who is also highly intelligent, honest and kind. She is the only dentist who has ever cared enough to be honest with me and provide me with a long term plan for my dental care. i now know that if I keep taking care of my teeth under her supervision, I will have beautiful teeth for the rest of my life.

Dr. Mashhood is the kindest and most caring Dentist I have ever been to. She completely changed my smile! Dr. Mashhood did my porcelian veneers on my 6 front teeth and I couldn’t be happier. I get compliments on my teeth all the time! My teeth had been chipped due to nightly grinding so she fit me with a nightguard that prevents me from grinding my beautiful new teeth. Dr. Mashhood also did my teeth whitening, and I continue to see her for teeth cleanings a few times per year. I have been seeing Dr. Mashhood for 7 years now and I have sent friends and coworkers there. Everyone has reported back a positive experience. She always remembers me and she takes time to ask about my work and family and makes the whole experience a friendly and comfortable one. She is very clear about the procedures and she takes her time to explain. I have never had trouble booking an appointment or waiting more than 5 minutes in the waiting room. I would highly recommend her!.

What impressed me about Dr. Mashhood and her staff was their ability to accommodate my needs and made an effort to go out of their way to assure that. She really takes her time and emphasizes on her perfectionist type tendencies. The front desk was wonderful and they carefully explained to me the steps that were going to take place. Unlike any other dentist I had, Dr. Mashhood explained to me in depth the mistakes I was making while brushing and taking care of my teeth. She reengineered the whole way I brush. Beforehand, I would rapidly and aggressively brush my tooth brush against my teeth. This resulted in the eroding of my enamel which is the foundation of the strength of your teeth. She made it really easy for me to understand various concepts of oral health. I left Dr. Mashhoods office feeling a rejuvenation in my care for my teeth. She really opened my perspective on teeth and the importance of them. This is something that many people my age should take considering!

I was extremely taken back by the whole procedure that Dr. Mashhood and her staff has conducted. I called in and the front desk was quick to accommodate me with my needs. The lady over the phone had a welcoming and pleasant voice that accompanied her diligence. I made an appointment with ease, 2 weeks from when I called. I walked in and was greeted with an exuberant hello and engaged in small talk with the front desk as she situated me. I had been lacking on my maintenance of my teeth so I went in for a couple of fillings. Dr. Mashhood is very knowledgeable and granted me a lot of useful information I needed to apply for my health teeth. She is very kind in her approach and it went as seamless as 3 fillings could go. I really enjoyed my time with her and we’ve built a strong and lasting trust and relationship. Visit Dr. Mashhood!

With my new insurance policy, I was on the scout for a new dentist who’s charisma matched their credentials. I asked around but this tactic did not do the scout justice. So i took it upon scouting online and came across Dr. Mashhood. The choice was optimal since she was so close to where I lived. I needed urgent care on my root canal so I scheduled an appointment which was seamless given my quick and urgent request. I was very grateful for this. I was dreading visiting her office because of my inherent hate for root canals but I dropped all preconceptions and went in. The experience was amazing from start to finish. The front desk enthusiastically greeted me while I waited and filled out some information. Dr. Mashhood happened to be very wise and offered me eye opening advice on how to take care of my teeth. She was great to talk to and very well fit my needs of a dentist. This is the only place where I don’t mind getting dental work done for they make the ride smooth and easy
