Everyone here is great! From the moment you walk in, you are greeted by Susie and Jennifer, the friendly front office staff. We love Lisa the dental hygienist. Dr. Gaxiola is so gentle and does everything she can to make you feel comfortable. I was so anxious about getting a filling. Dr. Gaxiola and her dental assistant, Shelley took their time and made sure I was comfortable the whole time. My family and I are so thankful for all of you!

Narrows Family Dentistry is the sweetest group of ladies. Every time I have been in there they have been so kind and helpful to me. They all make me feel so comfortable. It sure makes going to the dentist a pleasure! Thank you for being so kind!

My wife and I have been seeing Dr Gaxiola for several years. We are both very satisified with Dr G and would not hesitate to recommend her to anyone. Susie is her office manger?? / receptionist??/Insurance Administrator?? and Whatever in addition to doing some Hygenist work. She is GREAT and is extremely knowledgeable about interfacing with the various insurance companies.

I love the people here! The staff is truly amazing and I love how fun they are. My wife and i have been patients for about 8 years. They are great people who care about the folks they serve. Despite moving to Montgomery, I continue to come back for Dr. Gaxiola’s care- and even brought my husband too! I am very pleased with my experience at Narrows Family Dentistry as a first time patient. The ladies at the front desk were extremely friendly and I had a very nice, informative conversation with Dr. Gaxiola. Shelby, my hygienist, was kind and gentle during my cleaning. She was willing to work with me to ensure I had a pain free experience. She also provided education on how to best treat my teeth. My teeth feel great and they appear much more white. I’m actually looking forward to my next appointment!

Best dental except ever! Prompt, friendly, professional!! Office is wonderful! I sat in a massage chair for my cleaning! X-ray was ultra friendly with no cardboard in my mouth! 65 years of dentist visits and this was the first one ever that was relaxing!!!

I wish there was a place to give you ladies 10 Stars on a 5 Star Rating System. You really give A Plus Quality Customer Service and I recommend that you start doing training classes on the side for other companies to see the way that things should be done! I cannot say enough great things about Dr Gaxiola and her team members. I would suggest that everyone start using Narrows Family Dentistry for all of their dental needs. Thanks again!

I love Narrows Family Dentistry! They truly make you feel part of the family every time you go there! I’ve been going to them since I was 16 and now I’m 22. They individually know each and every one of their patients. You aren’t just a number! You are apart of the Narrows family!

I have never in my life been treated like these wonderful people. They went out of their way to be, not only accommodating but treating me as extra special! I had some problems (not of their doing) in fitting a partial denture …and it took several months to get it right. But get it right they did. I felt so much better and am very pleased. They have my whole-hearted endorsement. I recommend them without reservation!
