Dr. Stearns and the rest of the staff at Natick Family Dental were very knowledgeable, took time to explain each step of the process, and were very personable. I appreciated Dr. Stearns’ minimally-invasive approach to dentistry, a quality that is very important to me. The brand new office is very clean, modern, and utilized cutting edge technology. Really enjoyed how easy it was to schedule the appointment online and even complete all of the paperwork virtually. COVID precautions were also taken very seriously. I’m glad to have found a local, excellent dentist. I will definitely be attending my 6 month follow up appointment with Dr. Stearns.

My two boys were really nervous before seeing the dentist, but Dr Robert made their experience so interesting and educational! He even provided a giant friend (a set of teeth) “Mr Gary” to teach them how to brush their teeth properly and thoroughly. Highly recommended for family with little kids.

Amazing amazing amazing! Going to the dentist can be this pleasant. Where do I start? How about on time appointment…. Pleasant and friendly check in, amazingly modor decor and top in class facility and equipment. Dr. Stearns is super friendly, made small talks that makes you feel comfortable and get settled in, cleaning was done efficiently and yes the dentist himself did the cleaning not some hygienist. X-Ray check up was thorough and Josh took his time to explain the findings, which was nice. Billing was covered by major insurance. Everything was spot on

Dr. Stearns is by far the best dentist I have ever been to, hands down! He is kind, patient, and talks to you throughout your procedure. Best dental experience of my life! I had an unexpected day off and I wanted to book a cleaning last minute. The receptionist got me in the same afternoon! When I showed up, all I had to do was full out a quick intake form! My hygienist was equally amazing, making me feel right at home and doing a fantastic job with the cleaning. Finally, I met Dr. Stearns, who was an absolute professional, giving me explanations for everything she saw going on with my dental health, making pointed recommendations, and ensuring I had everything I needed to systematically improve my oral care habits. This office has been our dentist for a while now and he has been amazing! The offices has treated me for wide range of issues; cleaning, fillings, crowns, whitening, pulling wisdom tooth, and all of them have been great. The dentist is skillful, likes to educate its patients, and has a great personality. He is also very enthusiastic to keep up with new technology related to dentistry. After having a terrible experience with another dentist in the city, I was afraid to go to a new dentist. But after reading lots of reviews I decided I might as well see how it goes. The office is brand new, very clean, and just so nice compared to other dentists I have been too. The entire staff, from reception to the dentists themselves are very pleasant and warm. They ask you if you want to listen to a specific type of music, I believe on pandora or if you’d like to watch something on Netflix while you are having your cleanings, which is something I’ve never been offered anywhere else. I have had two different dental hygienists and each were very warm and welcoming, they really take into consideration people are uncomfortable when they come to the dentist and try to make that a lot easier. Every cleaning has been very pleasant, they check in with you to make sure you are not in any pain. The dentists and hygienists seem to have good relationships and great communication about your needs. Overall this dentist group is one of the finest I’ve been to, the staff are all very friendly, and the office it’s self is very clean. I would highly recommend to anyone looking for a new dentist.

The staff at Natick Family Dental are awesome. They are friendly, professional, and excellent at what they do. Dr. Robert Cardales-Stearns was very thorough and explained everything he was doing. I told him water pressure hurts my teeth and he used a different method for cleaning. He performed additional tests that most dentists I have been to don’t perform. He was gentle and careful. Highly recommended! I have been going to Dr. Stearns for almost 5 years and keep enjoying it every time. It’s very common to dread going to a doctor appointment or getting a dental procedure, but it’s quite the opposite with Dr. Stearns and his team. Had to get my first post-vaccination cleaning (and subsequent filling) and chose the brand new dental office I saw every day passing through downtown Natick.
