These guys are amazing! I was made to feel super comfortable and welcomed, everyone was super friendly and the service was outstanding! I’m not the type to write reviews normally but cannot recommend these guys enough. Dr. Brickey took the time to consider exactly was the best option for me considering my circumstances and then exceeded his own expectations in the delivery. More than pleased with the outcome. This included having a wisdom tooth out and with following their guidelines didn’t even take any pain meds for it! (maybe a stroke of luck there too but I’ll take it!) Thanks guys, you rock!!!

I have a very long history of working in the dental field (nearly 10 years total with 2 as a hygienist and the rest as an assistant). Though I no longer work in the field, I am very picky about dentists. This office absolutely nailed it. Everything from the way they are handling the covid pandemic, to their general protocols of care are absolutely stellar. The staff is very knowledgeable and friendly and Dr. Provine is thorough, thoughtful, incredibly talented, and most importantly trustworthy. I would highly recommend this dental group to anyone without hesitation

They are great with kids, amazing at working with insurance companies to get issues resolved and are the best at working with my overly sensitive teeth. I have been seeing Dr.Brickey for almost 10 years and I couldn’t be happier that I found his office when I moved to SLC. Dr. Brickey along with his office manager and hygienists have always been so kind, loving, and made me feel at ease and accepted in their office. As a part of the LGBTQ community I have always recommended Dr.B to friends because I know his office is open minded and I have never hesitated discussing my personal life with them when I have my checkups. I also love that Lori can fit me in to get a cold sore treated anytime I call. Love that office.

I came into the office thinking I was going to have to have a tooth extracted. The tooth was kind of an important one (as all of them are). Dr. Brickey saved my tooth !!! Root Canal !! It took longer than an extraction, so my time in the chair was taking away from someone else’s appointment. My time in the chair was like I was the only patient in the whole office. They ( Dr. Brickey and Britney)were so attentive and made sure I didn’t have any pain at any time. I would recommend this office every day of the week !! So pleased with the whole experience !

Here are the things I like about Dr. Brickey: 1) He’s very knowledgeable about both standard and newly emerging techniques of addressing dental challenges, 2) He wants you to receive the best care for your situation whether it’s provided by him or another dental specialist, 3) If he doesn’t already know a specialist who can solve your problem, he will do the legwork to figure out who in the area is best suited to handle it, 4) Unlike many medical providers, he always seems to have enough time to address your questions and concerns, 5) He welcomes constructive feedback and 6) He truly cares about his patients! And . . . his staff is highly professional and very caring. Discuss the options for major dental treatments with him on more than one occasion, or, if you only discuss it once, be sure to ask him how much coffee he’s had! 🙂 He may, at times, appear to overstate his enthusiasm for one solution.

Very good experience at Dr. Brickeys office. He sincerely cares about his patients and so does his staff. He makes sure you understand everything that is going to be done. Costs are addressed before the procedure. I would recommend this dentist to anyone who wants to turn over a new leaf and start flossing and brushing or those who already do take care of their teeth.

Dr. Brickey is one of those rare individuals that can make everyone feel like they are his favorite patient. He has taken care of my teeth for over 25 years, and my children as they have grown up. Dr. Brickey has taken an active role in coordinating with orthodontists for braces and oral surgeons for implants as the need has arisen he has made sure that every aspect of dental care was done with long term planning and superior results in mind. He is also very practical doing what needs to be done, by planning for the future and not doing unnecessary work that will have to be redone. I have recommended him to many of my friends who have become patients. I would not think of letting anyone else oversee my dental care.

After going through several awful dentists, I found these guys on my provider list. The business name is what originally caught my eye- it sounded so pleasant and friendly and warm… Hardly what you expect from a dentist. But I was really amazed at how professional everyone in the office is and how things like acid neutralization, whitening gimmicks, and fillings life-spans were actually explained to me for the first time in my life. I will definitely keep going back and 10/10 recommend them for anyone and everyone.

The staff at natural smiles was exceptionally cordial and professional. I have struggled with cold sores my entire life, so I was thrilled to find them and their special laser treatment! I have never felt anything less than happy and cared for when I’ve been there. No one likes going to the dentist, but somehow I do! Dr. Brickey, Dr. Provine and the rest of their staff are among some of the highest quality people I’ve ever met. And in regards to the LGBTQ comment, that’s just a rude thing to say especially since it’s completely untrue. Best dentist in SLC! When I moved to SLC I needed a new dentist (I’d been going to the same one since I was old enough to go to the dentist) and I felt right at home here. The staff is awesome! Super laid back, funny, and easy to talk to. They are also great at their jobs! I naturally have ‘good’ teeth so sometimes other hygienist would just say “keep up the good work” but here they suggest small things that can make a big different, just because I have good teeth doesn’t mean I can’t have great teeth! Dr. Provine also did some dental work that was certainly over due, she did a perfect job and the best part, my teeth weren’t even sore after (that was a first)! I highly recommend this practice!

The awesome woman at the front desk that helped me plan my next three visits and finances (I’m so sorry I didn’t grab your name!). I literally left today shaking in fear, in love with humanity for being there for me, paying one hundred + dollars LESS than I anticipated, and a full bag of goodies and samples. I felt so cared for (almost pampered), educated, and thrilled by technology (that laser! who knew!). I am the worst dental patient ever and I honestly would only go to the best of the best. My previous dentist was wonderful, but his location was a bit of a commute. Friends highly recommended Dr. Brickey and his staff. Being that their office is only minutes from my home and work, I figured I’d give them shot. I was skeptical. Finding a good dental practice is a bit of a gamble and to willingly leave a good practice is somewhat foolish. Well…I’m glad I did! The atmosphere is friendly and professional and the conversations are engaging and personal. Everyone takes the time to make sure you’re comfortable, educated, and well taken care of. They give encouraging and honest advice, plan and perform procedures that work within your comfort, and they don’t give you the run around. Dr. Brickey and staff truly enjoy what they do and it shows in their work and their actions. They are phenomenal and their work is impeccable.

For my entire life I dreaded going to the dentist. As a child, I endured many cavities due to a fever I had as a baby. In adulthood I was often shamed by hygienists for not brushing properly or flossing enough. Finally, I tried one more time with a new practice – Natural Smiles Dentistry. Dr. Brickey came highly recommended by a few friends, so I took a chance. Amazing!! Dare I say I now look forward to cleanings? First, the women working with Dr. Brickey – from Lori at reception to the hygienists who have the pleasure of staring down our throats – all remarkable, friendly women. Conversation goes straight to climbing, travel, … life (not my teeth and gums). Although the feedback does come eventually, it’s kind and nonthreatening. Secondly, Dr. Brickey is so cool. What other dentist sidles up next to you with a cup of coffee to chat about your teeth. I always felt like I had to fib about my coffee and wine habits. 🙂 And it helps that Dr. Brickey is an amazing family man, has a good sense of humor and has a strong desire to just be a good human! As far as my smile goes, I literally got new front teeth – veneers built onto my existing, ground down front teeth. I went from rating my smile a 5 to a 10. Loving your smile is so important. I really got such a confidence boost from that transformation. Now I live in Vermont and when I’m in Utah, I make appointments to see Dr. Brickey. He’s just that good! Thanks, team!!
