I broke a tooth, and even though I felt a tad closer to my neighbors (it’s the South after all), my California upbringing encouraged me to fix it, and fix it soon. I needed an expert; and Natural Smiles of Orlando came to the rescue :). The dentist and staff treated me like royalty. Seriously, is that red carpet lining the hallway? I felt no pain, and before I knew it, new tooth arrived, ready to eat. I strongly recommend this dentist. Five Bites.

I was amazed how my first visit with a cleaning went so well. The staff was so caring. The Dr. and staff were very professional. I was glad that they could get me in so soon after calling them and because I didn’t have dental insurance they were able to help me with a plan that I could buy and afford. I have been recommending them to my friends and feel that they will do a great job with them too. Thanks everybody, no cavities and I’ll be back in 6 months.

After going to multiple dentist over the years I’m happy to say I finally found the Best Dentist in Orlando. I have had many issues with my teeth and this office has gone above and beyond multiple times to redo my teeth and made them look magnificent. I always have a wonderful experience. Dr Mercado is very knowledgeable, detail oriented and takes his time to explain everything in a simple medical wording…exactly as stated on the practice mission “extended family”. Recently I referred a patient for a Non Urgent consultation but it was bothering a little bit; I provided the patient the practice address by text message and surprisingly ended up seen Dr Mercado within 30 minutes…that’s awesome! “highest standard of service ” A+

I have been going to this office since I moved back to Orlando. I am very particular when it comes to my dental professionals and I recommend Dr. Mercado’s office to all my friends and family. Not only is Dr. Mercado and his team extremely professional, they are also very thorough and patient. They take the time to fully explain the procedures and try to help you maintain comfort throughout your time with them. My husband now goes to this office as well. I came to have my teeth cleaned and I loved everything there! The place was organized and cleaned. The receptionist was very nice. The dental hygienist (Meli) was awesome. She was gentle on my teeth. I did not feel any pain at all, just some VERY mild discomfort because my teeth needed serious cleaning! The dentist then came to look at m xrays and he was very informative and nice too. Everything here was excellent. Give this place a try. You will not regret your experience here!!

I’m talkin’ from the west coast to the east coast new. So, like you.. I decided to look for a dentist via Yelp.. as well as Googling up one. Thankfully I came across Natural Smiles Of Orlando & wanted to try them out because of the great reviews. As soon as I called with questions I was greeted with a smile over the phone! Magdia (I’m not sure how her name is spelled) answered all my questions & I always felt she was happy to help any time I called – so this made for a good first impression. When it was finally time for my appointment, the great customer service didn’t stop over the phone. I felt very welcomed & everyone there is So friendly! Even the doctor! I also have to say the dental technician is such a ray of sunshine, she is great! Not only that, the place is clean & well updated. I also love the location & there is plenty of parking available. The reviews realy did prove this place to be 5 stars.. & I would give them more stars if I could. I will highly recommend this dentist to anyone I come across. I will look forward to my next visit when the time comes :).

I hadn’t been to the dentist in YEARS so when I finally went, I was obviously nervous and waiting for someone to tell me I have a million cavities. Of course, I’ve gone to the entrust regularly in the past; however, the experience hasn’t always been pleasant. I decided to go to Natural Smiles of Orlando since my fiancé has been going to this location for years, but with a different doctor. She visited Dr. Jorge Mercado and said nothing but great things. So, I decided to schedule an appointment. Their staff is extremely nice and knowledgeable. When we were done, they sat and went line by line with me to show how my insurance was applied. I have so much confidence in Dr. Mercado and his staff that I decided to get my wisdom teeth out after putting it off for so long! He’s been the only dentist that I have met where I’ve had 100% trust in performing the procedure for me. It’s been a great experience and I’m glad my family and I now have a doctor that we don’t dread seeing!

Not only did they get me in that same day, within the hour, but everyone from the front desk receptionist to the dentist was great! I’ve been going here for a few years. Dr. Mercado and his staff’s personable and friendly demeanor put you at ease during your visit (Also, there are funny tooth-related comic pictures everywhere.) I had an emergency situation with my insurance recently, and was able to get a filling the same day, right after my regularly scheduled cleaning. They really go above and beyond to make sure patients are taken care of and happy.

Im so lucky to have found this practice. I had the hardest time finding a dentist that would do a teeth cleaning for me while I was pregnant without getting X-rays. I was able to get in for my much needed cleaning. I honestly haven’t been to a dentist in years and I was quite embarrassed but they took away all my embarrassment immediately. I felt very taken care of and my teeth feel wonderful. Not only did they put me at ease but I also wasn’t talked down to for letting my teeth go uncleaned for so long. I was actually empowered. They explained everything so it was educational. It was completely refreshing. I can’t wait to have my baby so I can go back for a complete cleaning with X-rays. Their hours of operation are spectacular too. I can get my cleanings when most places are closed. Every single person was friendly and informative. Thank you thank you for helping me get back to the dentist.

I have been to Shine Dental Studios twice and each time has been an excellent experience. The staff is very friendly and accommodating which is nice for me, whose schedule is constantly changing. The dentist took his time to explain the procedure to me and made sure to answer any questions I had. There is also tons of parking which is awesome because most office buildings located downtown and the surrounding area don’t have that !!
