From our very first visit, Dr. B and his staff have been kind, friendly, and accommodating in terms of making payment arrangements and scheduling appointments. Dr. B is good about making time to communicate with parents about their child’s progress. Knowing how busy he is, I truly appreciate that he would take the time to update me after my daughter’s appointments. My daughter has an incredibly beautiful smile and that is in part due to her commitment and the commitment of Dr. B and his staff. Dr. B is a caring and experienced orthodontist. My son’s teeth look amazing after getting braces and follow up care with Dr. B about five years ago. After my son was done, I took my daughter to Dr. B and we experienced the same professional orthodontic work. My daughter goes back for retainer checks and I can count on Dr. B and his staff to be thorough and comprehensive in their check up. We never have to wait very long at the office and appointments are easy to schedule.

I had braces twice in my life as a teenager and then in my early 50s. I went to Dr. Botzbach for the 2nd time around. I wish my parents had found an orthodontist like Dr. Botzbach the first time and I would probably not have had to wear braces again. I was a difficult case, had to have gum surgery first, then Dr. Botzbach had to expand my upper pallette before straightening the teeth, so that when he did straighten them they wouldn’t in 5 -10 years all go back to where they were before. I can’t say enough about his expertise, skill and knoweldge in Orthodontia. I interviewed 4 Orthodontists in South Orange County before embarking on straightening my teeth again as an adult. Dr. Botzbach was the clear choice with his extensive knowledge and how he approaches difficult cases. Whether you are a child (and your parent’s are paying for this ) or an adult, go to Dr. Botzbach for the best results. I have a wonderful smile now, a thousand times better than the first time my teeth were straigthened!!!

No one wants to have braces, but if you’re going to make the investment then you definitely want to see Dr. B and his amazing staff. I’ve been seeing Dr. B for more than two years and have always been pleased with the quality of care I received. His office is an exemplary example of the way healthcare should be provided. I’ve never sat in the waiting room for more than a couple minutes before being called back. He takes his time to counsel you prior to any procedures and makes sure you’re informed about all your options. There are some things that you will take chances with in regards to your children, but you shouldn’t leave their smile up to chance. That is why we began going to Dr. B. Everything from the waiting room, to the consultation, the application of the appliances and adjustment visits are treated with a special kind of care. Firstly, the office is very family friendly. Our 5-year-old always wants to go with her older brother when he has an appointment to play the classic arcade games that are in the waiting area. No quarters or tokens are required, so you don’t need to go digging through your car for change. Even adults will enjoy a friendly Mortal Kombat dual while they wait for the youngsters. Secondly, the office itself is immaculately clean and organized. Nervous about your appointment? Why not try relaxing on the balcony next to the calming water fountain until it’s your turn. Thirdly, the care Dr. B and his staff put into applying and explaining the devices is excellent. Our son was nervous before his first appointment, but everyone made him feel very comfortable. The applying of the braces was painless, and he always looks forward to going back for new wires (the slow and constant movement of the teeth can be slightly painful though). The results are speaking for themselves too. Our son’s severely crooked teeth are slowly moving into the places where they should be. We thought so highly of Nellie Gail Orthodontics that we decided to drive 45+ minutes, past countless other orthodontist offices, to seek our treatment there. I highly recommend that you seek out Nellie Gail for your orthodontic needs.

I can’t say enough about how wonderful this office is, from the warm caring staff to the very talented Dr B who transformed my daughter’s smile. I wasn’t sure what to expect when we first came here, since my daughter’s case was a bit complicated. Throughout her treatment, Dr B was always patient and explained every step of what’s needed to be done. Pam and Mariana ran the front office so well, always accommodating our hectic schedules and making sure the office ran like clockwork! My daughter’s braces came off just in time for her Prom. I just got my braces off today and I just wanted to write a final review about how much I love this office! This is my second time around here. I had braces a couple years into high school. But I was too afraid to get my wisdom teeth removed, resulting in my smile getting tweaked :/ . I want to give a great review to Dr. B, he’s always so professional with great, shall I say, “bed side manner.” He always asks what’s new and genuinely cares. Very happy with Dr. B and staff. Our oldest was a unique case as he was missing a few teeth. He just got his braces off and the spacing was kept to bond the fake teeth done by Aliso Shores. My 8 year old daughter loves Dr. B! We consulted with 3 other orthodontists, all of whom suggested extensive and expensive work (including expanders, braces, and headgear) for my daughter’s front crossbite. First of all no one will ever say that getting braces is the most pleasant experience of their life…The truth of the matter is this… Braces suck major balls!!! There is absolutely no escaping that… Considering that I was 29 whenever I got my braces on and I am almost a year in, this is also round 2 for me.. I had to wear braces for 4 years from 18-22…I’m a little glutton for punishment.. That and I should have done the corrective jaw surgery whenever I was younger but c’est la vie….I’m getting it done now… So now that I have got that out of the way… Braces suck… So bad…. Very true…. But having the right Orthodontist matters…. Dr. B and everyone that works there is nothing short of amazing… Very professional and knowledgable of all options available to a patient for any specific case… They definitely make the braces suck a little less because they are genuine human beings that care about you..
