I came to Dr. Nestman for an off-center midline that required a complex series of procedures involving mini-implants drilled into bone, surface filing, tension springs, standard braces and Invisilign. He is highly skilled and up to date on modern methods and materials. The staff is consistent and professional, and the busy office is very efficient with scheduling, billing and record-keeping. You can hear him explaining the finer points to the assistants in technical terms, then he explains it to the patients in layman’s terms. I’m finally happy with my teeth and I’m happy with the experience

It’s always a little nerve racking when you are looking for an orthodontist. You never know what you could expect especially if it’s your first time around. There’s always doubts of the necessity of the treatment or will my child be comfortable with the care that is given. Dr. Nestman and his friendly staff has always made my family feel that there are options for treatments and seeing what is a good fit for my child and what works for them. His office provides an atmosphere that is inviting and comforting. One thing that I thought that was very considerate was that Dr. Nestman himself will do follow up calls personally to make sure his patients are doing well after the first initial visit. My daughter had almost knocked her tooth out when she banged her knee into her mouth while jumping on the trampoline. He called after she was treated to make sure she was doing better. We are almost at the end of her treatment and he would call to remind her to keep her rubber bands in place. These first-hand calls makes us feel like she was more than just another patient. There’s a sense of warmth during our visits and knowing your in favorable care with his wonderful and friendly team

The BEST orthodontics office I have EVER stepped foot into! It feels like a family in this office. I have been to sooooo many different Ortho offices across the country and Nestman Orthodontics was the only one I trusted to actually go through with the procedure. The moment I walked in, I was greeted with such a warm smile from Patsy… and instantly I knew that I wanted to be a part of their Orthodontics family. I actually look forward to my appointments because I feel like royalty walking into the office and being greeted by every single person in the office. It is the best costumer experience I have ever received from any business honestly. I have saved up for my braces my entire adult-life, so choosing the perfect place was crucial to me. Orthodontics work is truly an art. I loved how easeful the entire process was, and I never felt as though I did not know what was going on with my adjustments. Growing up so self-conscious of my smile, this was a big deal for me! After less than 1 year into the braces process – I went home to visit family, and everyone was commenting on how ‘happy’ I was, and how they have NEVER seen me smile so much! I never understood the severity of the lack of confidence I had within myself because of my self-consciousness my entire life over how my teeth looked… until I had a smile that I was proud to show. I smiled with my lips closed, or with my hand over my mouth my entire life. I never knew what a big difference a smile that I would be proud of would be in my life….but I can honestly say that it changed the quality of my life drastically. I know that there is so much more to life than the physical appearance, but to be able to rewire my subconscious programming of hiding my teeth my entire life was a massive change in my confidence! I loved Nestman orthodontics so much that I was committed to drive 1.5hrs to make it to his office due to an unexpected move half-way through the process. HIGHLY recommend this amazing Ortho family! I needed to have a permanent retainer replaced. Dr. Nestman had preformed my consult, a quote and had replaced my permanent retainer in less than an hour! I have a deep bite, as my previous orthodontist had issues lining the retainer up correctly. Dr. Nestman was spot-on without any issues with enlightenment. I am 100% satisfied, I couldn’t happier with his work. Clean facility and friendly staff; I will be taking my daughter here to get braces within year or so!

Hands down the best orthodontic practice in the front range, period. Dr. Eng and Dr. Nestman went out of their way to make my son Jackson feel at ease with the whole process. I don’t like seeing my son in pain (what parent does?) but they bent over backwards to make sure everything went smoothly every time which put both my son and I at ease. The office staff and the dental staff were always professional and empathetic. When my youngest son needs braces I know where I’ll be taking him. If your child needs orthodontics you don’t need to look anywhere else. They are quite simply the best out there. Give them a chance. You will be so relieved that you did.

This was my first time I was able to make it to my daughter’s appointment here. The day she got her braces off. And i must say, this place is so much different. Super friendly, kind, respectful. Myself and my wife were able to attend while she got her braces off and I am amazed at how comfortable and friendly Dr Nestman is. The receptionist, Laurn is absolutely wonderful and friendly. Seriously Dr. Nestman and his team are top-notch. My son had his braces done with them and then humbly it was my turn — oofta! — as a middle aged lady getting braces is *no*fun*! But Patsy and Lauren are so sweet and accommodating in coordinating schedules, setting appointments and giving gentle reminders for things — they are just delightful to see. I often saw Daisy when I went in for adjustments and she has the gentlest hands in your mouth and is simply the sweetest person. Dr. Nestman did an amazing job working with me to meet my deadline for removal and my teeth look *amazing*! I had my braces removed 2 days ago and will honestly miss seeing their kind smiling faces. What a great team…take your kids there (or yourself!) you will be in competent, generous hands.

While I was visiting for vacation, I reached out to Nestman Orthodontics to see if they had any Orthoplackers (flossers) they texted me right away and welcomed me into their office and gave me several flossers free of charge.
