My experience here was beyond my expectations. I had a pretty rough ride getting surgeries, braces, implants, crowns, over extended time lines for the final run with the implant and crown procedures at another office that let me leave their office looking horrible. My last stop, after 3 years of  many oral proceedings, was in Dr. Brauns office. I was so frustrated by the time I sat down after going thru all this I unloaded just exactly how I felt. Dr Braun was so professional in letting me vent and spent extended time and care letting me know he was there to fix whatever needed and would not let it be until I was 100% satisfied. I was glad he showed sincerity but I was a bit skeptical after all I had been thru. He is so true to his word and went to work immediately removing the horrible mess I left the previous office with, and in a matter of weeks I was in total shock at the quality work and results. My wife, kids, and any one I know is referred to his office. The office staff as a whole is so family friendly and professional. Quantity is always good in any business but Dr. Braun and his staff put quality and care first. I will choose a company with these types of values over any one every time. Thank you very much Dr. Braun and staff.

Throughout the years, I’ve had several dental procedures done, with the attendant anxiety, but Dr. Braun and his staff are so professional that any worries are dispelled. They are exceptionally competent, friendly, and informative at each step of the way.  Highly recommend them to any newcomers to NB area or to old-timers as well!

Such a welcoming office! Esther at the front office was very nice, offered me coffee and bottled water while I waited for my appointment. Lisa and Ellie were very friendly and fantastic at taking care of my teeth. Dr. Braun was also very personable and answered all of my questions! It is so convenient that they are open on Saturdays!

NB Dental Arts was recommended by a friend. Have been extremely pleased. In the short 1.5 yrs I have lived here, they have graciously and expertly treated me for a broken tooth, then a crown, then a crown (old) that fell off, then a fractured root on a molar and now my dental cleaning. They always made room for me when I had a problem and treated me like family. I commend Josie (dental assistant) and Lisa (dental hygienist) for going above and beyond. Josie has “been with me since day one” and she has always been very friendly and professional. I just had Lisa for a dental cleaning and she went out of her way to get my dental stains gone and amidst Covid 19, that was difficult for her to do within the new cleaning parameters. I recommend NB Dental Arts to anyone needing a dentist who follows you for the years to come. Dr. Braun came in and greeted me on my first visit, even though he wasn’t the dentist treating me at the time. I don’t write recommendations unless they are good and these guys are the best!

This was my first visit to the dentist after the coronavirus lockdown. I was impressed by the changes they have made to further improve safety. There are changes both to the procedures and the equipment they’re using.They screen you before they let you in the building. You go directly from the outside to the treatment room. Once in the treatment room they have changed procedures to curtail the spread of any possible infection and also acquired new equipment to control airflow. Everyone uses personal protective equipment. I felt safe. They are doing a great job.

The staff at NB Dental Arts is beyond phenomenal. From the check in, to the procedures and even the follow up after the visit is above and beyond what I have had in the past, and dental offices I have been to in the past are not bad at all. Dr. Braun and staff not only care about the patient, but they take pride in the quality of work they do is well. I had a several detailed questions about some of the work I needed and they were more than happy to explain everything in as much detail as I wanted in a language I could actually understand. On a side note they have a sense of humor, and that alone helped me to relax and know that I am dealing with professionals who see me as a person and not a paycheck.

You feel like you’re at home when you step into this office. This is especially important for me as I’ve had not-so-positive dental experiences in the past and a certain degree of dentist office anxiety. Those fears are allayed when you meet Dr. Braun’s charming, competent staff and experience his calming chairside manner. Dr. Braun is patient, knowledgeable and is a fantastic explainer. It seems important to him and to his team that you are armed with enough knowledge to take ownership of your dental health. We can’t say enough great things about Dr. Braun and his entire team. Try them out and you’ll be just as pleased.

Let me start off by saying this is the greatest dental facility I’ve ever gone to! I’ve had very bad experiences at other places and was hesitant about going again even though I know I needed to. I addressed my previous concerns and issues and with ease they took care of me! I’ve dealt with a few different staff there and they have all been amazing and comforting! Randi (I hope spelled correctly) in the front works her butt off to make sure my insurance is doing their job to getting the work needed, done! Dr. Braun is a funny and great gentleman, he was very careful and dealt with me easily. I can honestly say (I hated going to see the dentist previously) that ever since I came here I don’t get much anxiety anywhere near like I did the first time sitting down in the chair. I have a few more visits and I’ve never been more excited to get the work done ever in my life! I recommend this facility to everyone in need of a superb dentist and staff. I cannot thank them enough for the amazing work they’ve done so far.

If you are looking for a super dentist that has great work ethics, great understanding, and superb professionalism, then this is the one for you.  The staff that he has assembled are above any I have every come in contact with.  Dr. Braun goes out of his way to make you feel comfortable.  He explains what he wants to accomplish with your dental procedures and then he proceeds to do it.  I have always been afraid of dentists and therefore, have not visited one in quite a few years.  Because of Dr. Braun, I have been to see him numerous times this year and am very pleased with the work he has done. My outlook on dentistry has greatly changed. I highly recommend him to any one that wants a good quality dentist. This is as good as it gets!

I love this place!! It is so hard to find a good dentist, who is gentle and kind, who has awesome dental hygienist AND a great office staff!!!! I feel like I hit the jackpot when I found this place. Even though I have to drive an hour to get there, I will continue to be seen by Dr. Braun. He also has another dentist working with him now (not sure how to spell her name), but had a great experience with her as well. I’m a dentist-phobe and I can’t say enough good about this office.
