My experience was great. Simple and clean office. I haven’t been to the Dentist for years. The receptionist was super friendly and helpful she went above and beyond to be transparent about what my costs would be upfront. The dental assistant took care with my X-rays then I spoke to Dr Kim about the condition of my teeth and he examined them. He’s very friendly and answered my questions and concerns. The assistant then performed my cleaning with care and told me when I would find discomfort. She was super gentle and very professional. I will definitely be back.

Dr.Kim was really great! I got a cleaning which i dread because they always hurt,but he was gentle and careful while getting it done. Best cleaning I’ve had thus far! Gave me options and listened to my concerns and needs. Very honest & knowledgeable. His staff as well was great. Polite and courteous! Definitely will Recommend and continue to go back! Best dentist around!!

He is very professional. My procedure was a broken front tooth, with a very difficult break and he had to replace a 20 years aold filling . He gave accurate and detailed information about the operation and he was also very skillful when it came to it. His stuff was polite, helpful and welcoming. I highly recommend Dr Kim.

I had a very great experience with Dr. Kim! When making the initial appointment, the staff was willing to work around my schedule, even offering to stay open a little late to see me. The receptionist was very polite, friendly, and accomodating while I had to wait. I appreciated that the staff went out of their way to make sure I understood the scope of work that would be covered by insurance, so I knew exactly what to expect in terms of payment before I even had my visit. When I was finally seated and prepped for the doctor, he arrived within minutes. He was very friendly, professional, and well-spoken. I was not seated very long, and in that time he provided more thorough care than any of my previous dentists. I would highly recommend Dr. Kim to anyone!

Dr. Kim is brilliant and provided an amazing, knowledgeable visit. He explained everything you needed to know and worked diligently while making it a comfortable (physical and mental) experience. Staff around him were extremely welcoming and more than competent, just a wonderful atmosphere. I have a lot of problems with my teeth but I left confident and with my dignity intact. I could not have chosen a better place.

Dr. Kim has really good manners and is a gentleman. He is very knowledgeable among some of the other dentists I’ve had in my past few years. He constantly engages with you and tries to conversate with you throughout the dental process and keep your engaged. I enjoyed it. As you usually get very little patient to doctor interaction these days so this was much appreciated. I’ll be back without a doubt. He didn’t try to upsell me anything but was honest in telling me what I needed.

Very good at communicating what needs to get done and what it may cost, no frills. More of a serious demeanor, he won’t joke with you, just business. Some may like his personality, because he’s real and serious, some may find it standoffish and cold, he is caring and sensitive and good, just not there to make you laugh or have a good time, just dental work. He’s personable and kind, but serious.

Dr. Kim and his staff were AWESOME and the place was great! I booked my appointment with him the same day I saw him and I filled out all of paperwork online. I walked into the office with 5 minutes to my appointment and was greeted by 2 lovely staff members! They already had my paperwork printed and ready, all they had to do was scan my id. I signed off my paperwork was correct and they took me right back. I was in the waiting room for all of 5 minutes! THAT NEVER HAPPENS. The assistant took my xrays – she was so nice and accommodating. She took time to explain each step and make sure I was comfortable. The doctor came in directly after – he was the one who actually cleaned my teeth and went over my x-rays. I haven’t had an actual dentist clean my teeth in years. It’s always an assistant. He did a wonderful job. He took time during the cleaning to explain things I could do better (like floss, use a different type of tooth brush, and make sure that the buildup never gets to a point when I could have gum issues). He went over the importance of each step of your teeth cleaning routine. It took about 45 minutes from door to door, including the rescheduling of my next appointment. They even checked my insurance for me in relation to a second procedure. I highly recommend this doctor

I went to Dr. Kim for general cleaning. Upon arrival, the receptionist was not there for some time. There was a delay from my appointment time to when I met with him (roughly 45-50 minutes), but it appears to be an isolated incident. Dr. Kim has excellent bedside manners. He was very polite, engaged, and patient when I met with him. I get apprehensive during visits, but he very calmly talked to me (e.g.; about his background, recommendations for oral hygiene, findings from his assessment of my teeth) as he did the cleaning. Afterwords, he even stayed a few minutes longer to answer all of my questions. Would definitely recommend him. He is Ivy League educated, military background, and extensive experience
