I went to New Face Dentistry and had a cavity filled by Dr. Binh Nguyen (spelling). He was absolutely fantastic! I was so nervous, being my first ever filling. Dr. Nguyen made the experience wonderful for me. He took his time and I left feeling taken care of to the “enth” degree. I will recommend him for dentist work to every person I know!

Wowwww… Dr. Nguyen is the best doctor for me in my history of seeing a dentist here and abroad. He is so kind, very professional, he is very dedicated, and sincere with what he is doing. He can very well relate to the patients he is caring with. He is awesome. The entire staff is very nice and welcoming. You can feel wonderful visiting the clinic and the fear of seeing a doctor is gone with the nice attitude of the people you are dealing with at the clinic.

First visit and really enjoyed my experience. Went in for a cleaning and felt I left not only with a cleaning but also more educated on dental hygiene, reading dental X-rays and learned about their services. I’ve had my teeth cleaned at New Face Dentistry twice. This time I needed a filling. The treatment I received was top notch! The office staff was courteous and professional. The dentist, Dr. Binh Nguyen, was superb. He filled my tooth without any pain or discomfort. He patiently listened to my concerns about a couple of capped teeth and offered useful suggestions. His assistant, Allison, was attentive and helpful as well. The equipment is state-of-the-art, well kept and not messy! Between the high technology and great techniques it was a painless, pleasant experience. Also, there was no waiting. I recommend New Face Dentristry and will be back for my next cleaning.

I started to post a review but I read some of the previous postings. So this is a response. I have to say that I have been going to this practice for several years and yes, i have seen some of the changes in staffing. Being a small business owner myself, I understand the challenge with finding consistent personalities. The office manager is a bit tough but she really does the best to help. AND she is not the one working on my teeth. That is the most important thing… excellent care and you get one on one attention. It is not a clinic, you see the same doctor and hygienist. Some times the charges are confusing because of the crazy changes in the insurance world but they have always worked it out. We need to support these small health care type of businesses. Ashlie and the docs are extremely meticulous and good!

I love this practice. Everyone is so nice and warm. Dr. Rana is my dentist and she’s great. She’s very attentive to detail and answers all of my questions. The hygienists are very thorough and my mouth feels incredibly clean each time I come. Dr. Binh seems really nice, as well. Normally people hate going to the dentist, but I love going to mine!

I’ve been going to New Face Dentistry for a long time. They were recommended to me by my hairdresser when I was complaining about an experience I had with a very dirty dentist office and a dentist that didn’t seem to care about their clients. I fell in love with the office as soon as I entered. So CLEAN and light and airy and has a modern vibe. The staff is very friendly and quite funny. There have been several occasions that I have been in the dentist chair and I have to stop laughing in order for them to do their work, I blame Dr. Nguyen for his great sense of humor and the comedy duo he has with his hilarious assistants. Everyone is so funny, and they clearly have fun and you can tell they love what they do. I’ve never had to wait long at all before they bring me back for my appointment and there’s always parking right outside the door. I know that going to the dentist is a huge stressor for a lot of people, but I look forward to it. It feels like I’m visiting friends or family when I go to their office. I’ve had issues with my gums in the past and my teeth are more healthy now then they have ever been. My dental hygienist Kaitlyn has given me great advice over the years and just in the last couple of months I started using a waterpik with her recommendation and my gums are healing.I know this isn’t new technology, but I never thought to use one in the past. It has made a huge difference in my gum health. Dr. Nguyen is always happy and that no doubt is infectious (dare I use that word?) to his staff. Dr. Nguyen is very thorough and cares about his patients and you really feel like a friend and not a number when you’re in his care. He has helped me tremendously with mouth guards and other health issues related to my teeth. I had to have my first crown ever made. I’ve heard of most dentists having to make a temporary crown and then you have to come to come back to get the real one weeks later…… NOT at this office. He makes it while you are there with a state of the art machine. Dr. Nguyen is constantly learning about the latest in technology and continuing his education in all areas related to dentistry and health. So if you hate going to the dentist, your current dentist is BLAH or looking for a new one……. You need to try out this office. I genuinely love this group of people and I think you will too!

I absolutely LOVE coming here! Dr. Binh Nguyen is the best dentist EVER. The staff is nothing short of amazing. They really individualize care depending on patient situation. It’s not a secret these days that dental work is expensive- Alisa was so instrumental in helping me get through all of my dental work financially. Equipment is state of the art, the latest in dental technology. I have recently moved to Nashville but still plan on driving back to see Dr. Nguyen! If you haven’t found a dental office in the Atlanta area yet– I highly recommend coming here!

I LOVEEEEEE this dentist! I’ve been going here for two years. They are highly qualified, amazing customer service, and they do same-day crowns. The staff is always pleasant and they are so clean with Covid protocol. Temp checks, blood pressure checks, air sanitizers in every room, masks at all times.
