I had a cleaning and some fillings done today, and I want to share how impressed I was with the friendliness of the front desk staff, like Veronica, and dental assistants, and, of course, the work done by Dr. Riley. I’ve been a long-time patient of his, and he’s always in a jovial mood. I absolutely enjoyed having my teeth cleaned by Sydney. She has such great energy and I loved that she was educating me about how important it is to floss. Even more so, I liked that she explained the whole process to me of what she was doing and why. Did you know that plaque can get into your bloodstream? Yikes! And kudos to registered dental assistant, Amy, who helped Dr. Riley while I was having cavities filled. She has a pleasant personality and always made sure I was doing OK. She was quite competent in completing some work that Dr. Riley instructed her to do. Also, a big thanks to Dr. Riley for putting me at ease for a pain-free experience. I didn’t event feel him injecting my gums with novocaine. I know we all have choices to go when we need a dentist, but I highly recommend New Heights Dental. PS: I’m going to be getting braces next month at New Heights for an even better smile 🙂

I absolutely love this establishment.EVERY single time I have been, the following has taken place: I have been treated respectfully, my charges have been explained in thoughtful detail, and wait time is minimal. The office is outfitted comfortably, so even if I had to wait, it wouldn’t be an excruciating experience. All the staff is awesome. Sebastian gave me some advice on flossing that will make you do it daily no matter how tired you are: “Why would you wanna go to bed with breakfast, lunch and dinner in your teeth?” Or something like that 🙂 Highly recommend to anyone!

I started going her because one of my friends told me about it & every time I go Carmen is so kind and makes me feel comfortable! She is very thorough and explains everything so I know what’s going on. 10/10 recommend

My Visit could have not been more Wonderful. I was greeted  as soon as I arrived. My procedure started on time Dr Riley and Jennifer made me feel safe and comfortable.The energy and comfort I received was outstanding. I think this might be the nicest medical office staff I’ve ever encountered. From the assistant, Carmen, to the dental hygienist, Margaret, to Dr. Mo and Dr. Riley, and the patient coordinator, everyone was so kind and helpful. I appreciated the emphasis not only on kindness but on education – using impressive technology to not only talk me through what needs to be done with my teeth, but to show me. You don’t usually associate the dentist with a positive experience, but it was surprisingly pleasant! I’m glad I found them.

The entire staff at New Heights Dental was amazing!  They took great detail to keeping everyone safe and clean.  Lori was super nice and awesome during my initial consultation.  Miriam Cromwell did my cleaning and was amazing during the whole process and made sure I understood what she was doing.  would definitely recommend 110%!

The staff and dentist are super friendly and helpful! I felt like they listened well to my concerns and answered my questions thoroughly. Their hours are also very accommodating–even with COVID.  Aaron did a great job removing my sublingual retainer and getting me set up with a removable retainer. He even helped me get it all taken care of in one visit so that I didn’t have to return with my kiddos to pick up the new retainer. I also want to add that the insurance coordinator is hugely helpful, and the people at the front desk are very friendly and professional. I’ve been going here for about a year now.

New Heights Dental has such a welcoming atmosphere. The office is very clean and organized. The front staff greets you upon arrival with smiles and friendly attitudes. Excellent communication, Dr. Patel made me feel comfortable while explaining things to me. I never felt rushed, he was engaged through the entire procedure with me. I was a little anxious for a procedure and Carmen, Corina and Abraham made me feel calm. Sebastian was gentle and patient for my teeth cleaning process. Before beginning Sebastian made sure I was feeling comfortable. Juli was so kind and attentive explaining the financial part so easy for me to understand. Overall my instincts were right about New Heights Dental. Their approach to oral health is advanced, using modern equipment making me feel at ease and my procedures fast.

Every time I visit, the new experience I receive offsets and replaces my negative experiences from the past with more traditional, factoryline dentists. Dr. Riley and his team really go out of their way to make sure you are comfortable, fully informed of each step in the process and they make sure you walk away with such a positive experience that you will eagerly want to share it with anyone who will listen. They are truly transforming their industry one personal office visit at a time. I couldn’t recommend them any stronger!

I had an amazing experience at new Heights dental Dr. Riley and all the doctors are amazing and made me feel really comfortable. I never had any  problem  Understanding my treatment .the patient care was awesome. they treat their staff well and the music is great .I will definitely be recommending to my friends and family. Most honest and friendly dental office I’ve ever been to.

Love this place ,all the staff is helpful and welcoming they make me feel like they known me for a long time and they are very patient and gentle with me knowing my anxiety and fears I have of coming to the dentist office especially a young lady named Amy she is always so loving and caring and speaks to me in a calming and soothing voice that calms my nerves.I would recommend this place to anybody who is afraid of going to the dentist. Have had different procedures done and the cost is always very affordable..

I have been going to Dental Heights now for over 5 years. The doctors are awesome. I am quite fussy and precise about my services especially when it comes to my teeth. This team of experts is really awesome; polite and professional. I normally work with Dr Riley but on this last visit Dr Patel and Abraham did my crown and I must say they provided exceptional service. If you want to work with expert dentists I recommend this team. They will answer all your questions and work around your schedule …did I mention they are open on Saturday’s too, making services available for any schedule. I highly recommend this team of experts whom are also a very inclusive and diverse group allowing for powerful collaboration and relentless dedication towards the needs of their customers. Came into the office no insurance front staff was very helpful in informing me on there own insurance plan. Once I was all checked in I was sent to the back for the remainder of my visit (staff moves very fast) Lori the assistant took my X-rays with no discomfort at all, Doctor Pater then informed me of the treatment I would need. I am very pleased with this clinic and will definitely refer my friends and family here. The staff was very nice friendly helpful and understanding.

Dr. Riley and the staff…shout out to Carmen, Aaron and Becca, who are absolutely AMAZING! I was on the hunt for an honest, caring dentist who would take care of my dental needs (an implant to be specific). Using top notch technology. Dr. Riley was very forthcoming with me and gave me a treatment plan to move forward. I felt like I met an angel today. Dr. Riley is one of a kind and his staff is second to none. Thank you for everything. I will come here for my dental needs from this day fwd.

I was pretty nervous going in but I was greeted politely by the front desk, her name was Conner I believe. My doctor, dr. Patel, was funny and pleasant and did a really good job. His DA, Laura did an excellent job with my tooth and also made sure I was very comfortable during the procedures

This is an outstanding Dental Office from the moment you enter the office the waiting area is super clean decorated very nicely and the staff that greets you is pleasant, courteous & super friendly !!! The wait time is usually minimum. The techs are 98% so nice to talk to and they make you feel relaxed and cared for. A shout out to Amy , Karen & Dr.Patel. A first class operation. You will not be sorry you chose New Heights Dental & Braces.

The hygienist and the dentist MD are very welcoming and great smiles ready with a welcoming smile and talkative with great enthusiasm. the only downfall is the front desk and the assistance taking pictures of your teeth are needing one to feel more welcomed with conversation and a brighter smile. Felt a little unwelcome but managed to pass that – other than that the actual contact with hands on to a patient with the hygienist and dentist MD AWESOME! Cheryl

I usually do not do surveys or give feedback unless I do it in person. However, to each rule or habit there is an exception and that occurred today with Dr. Riley, Amy and Aaron. I had minor surgery done on a sever cavity that was quite big and dangerously close to costing a tooth. This was handled in such a professional and caring manner, that I never felt the Novocain being applied in the region. Now, I realize that this is not unusual because of the numbing agent, but……..I felt NOTHING!!! Along with this, the care given by the technicians was absolutely amazing. Too bad that you do not have the option to give more the 5 stars!

I absolutely love this place and all the people who work here! I have been seeing Dr. Riley for years, and have never trusted a dentist more. He never tries to sell me any unneeded procedures, and I always learn so much through the way they explain dental health. Today, I thought I needed new retainers and instead he just cleaned them. They are like new! People genuinely care about your experiences here, are upbeat, and the place itself is beautiful with state-of-the-art technology. Amazing experience every time!

My appointment for my semi-annual dental cleaning was today.  This was only my second time at New Heights Dental and it was actually a very pleasant experience.  Sebastian August, RDH was my hygienist today and I was impressed by how courteous, professional and humorous he was.  He took his time, answered all of my questions and shared a little about himself. The cleaning wasn’t as anxiety provoking as I have experienced in the past, really quite pleasant. Should the day come I need dental work (probably won’t be long!) I would not hesitate to have New Heights Dental perform the work.  I was quite pleased with my appointment with Sebastian today.

Another great checkup experience! The scheduling was quick and courteous, the pre-screening was all online, and the staff was upbeat as always. Wasn’t sure how much the usual routine would change due to the global pandemic, but from the start I was put at ease by all the safeguards they have in place. Met with dental hygienist Sebastian and he diagnosed an issue I was having, gave me the rundown on treatments, and I was out in the normal time. Will definitely keep coming back.

Hi as a newbie here with the NEW Heights Dental I want to send a shout out to Karen on making feel welcomed and at ease while having my appointment last week and had some work done with the Great Doc Patel && Amy they both worked on my teeth and the process was long but everything came out good !! I plan to continue to be a member of the customer family of New Heights Dental and will recommend my friends and family to come check there great work they do here. Thank You for all the hard and good customer service you all give !
