Dr. Cho’s practice is one of the most efficient practices I have ever experienced. Not only is he knowledgeable, his staff is also. The protocols that NHP Orthodontics has implemented since the pandemic is very impressive. It shows that they are taking all the necessary precautions to keep the staff and patients safe with adhering to all the rules and regulations. This is very reassuring that like every detail to this practice Dr. Cho has taken the time to have everything well thought out and executed. Knowing that The smiles of my two children are in the hands of the excellent staff and a great doctor is priceless!

Absolutely amazing! Great location, beautiful office. But most importantly, Dr. Cho & his staff are the kindest, gentlest, most professional group around. They all get along so well, and it shows in everything they do. There are constant smiles, laughter, and sometimes the most offbeat conversations ever! And the music is ALWAYS good!!! Run, don’t walk…you won’t be disappointed.

Best Orthodontic office ever. My daughter and I are the patients here. They are extremely kind and answer all of our questions in such friendly/professional manner. All of their staffs will treat you like you are their friends or in some cases, a family member. My daughter loves to go here every 8 weeks or so and does not get intimidated by any of their staffs including Dr. Cho. Dr. Cho should be very pleased with his staffs because they are the ones who make the office environment this pleasant. I wish I can write each of their names and praise them. Dr. Cho and his team are amazing! Dr. Cho has perfected my smile twice, he has alway been so patient, and understanding. Him and his girls have always made me feel comfortable, and welcomed. I started going there when I was 12 for braces, and chose not to wear a retainer, years later I went back for Invisalign to straighten my teeth once again. I wouldn’t have thought twice about going anywhere else. They are the best!

Dr. Jay Cho is not only an excellent orthodontist, he is so nice!! My daughter needed orthodontics and then when I needed work, I used Dr Cho also. I had extremely crooked teeth on the bottom. Without pulling any teeth, Dr. Cho was able to straighten them. I must also say that his staff and office staff are such lovely and wonderful people. I would definitely recommend his services.

Gave this place a try because of the good reviews,,,boy, I was pleased. Place was very clean,,was greeted with a smile from the beginning to the end of my visit. Dr. Cho was very professional, very welcoming and easy to talk to. My daughter who is shy felt comfortable with him. Place seemed very busy,,yet All my questions were answered without being rushed. Glad I chose this place for my daughter braces.

Highly recommend Dr. Cho! He and the staff are super friendly, welcoming and genuinely caring. My daughter started seeing them when she was 8. We started with consultations that were VERY informative which eventually led to her starting her Invisalign treatment. They’ve been great along the way and it’s made such a difference. They’re highly experienced and are super passionate. Super easy to contact them for any questions, issues, appointments, changes, etc. It’s an efficiently run office…never a long wait. No matter what, we’re ALWAYS treated in a nice and respectful manner…with a smile!

The staff and Dr. Cho always make you feel welcome. Each visit is a pleasure. We made our decision to go to New Hyde Orthodontics after visiting two other orthodontists. The minute we left the office, we knew we’d found our ortho. The staff was just so happy and pleasant. You could tell they enjoyed their work, their patients and each other. It was just such a positive environment, we couldn’t imagine going anywhere else. Now almost two years later, we still feel the same way and we are so glad we made the choice we did.

My teeth was never perfect but they were not the worst out there. I was still unhappy with my smile until I came across this beautiful office. Inside the office, it is very modern, clean, and a flat screen tv while you wait on these comfy couches! When I was younger, I used to dread going to any kind of doctor appointments. why? Because of the cold treatment and long waits. But not here! The staff here are just WONDERFUL. I have NEVER met such a friendly, outgoing staff. The number one thing I liked about the staff is, they are not pushy! They take the time to explain the procedures, treatment and etc. The Doctor is also such a friendly, nice man and is a perfectionist. Each time I went for an adjustment, I could feel and see a small change. Now I am so happy with my results. I HIGHLY recommend this place if you’re looking to get a brighter, straighter smile with REASONABLE prices!!

New Hyde Park Orthodontics is a great practice. Dr. Cho is a smart orthodontist who goes above and beyond!! He always makes my daughter feel comfortable during her monthly visits His staff is simply awesome who always makes sure their patients are comfortable and well taken care of. We actually came across Dr Cho by accident. I was searching for an orthodontist on my plan and he was nearby. It is the absolute best choice we have ever made. I cannot recommend them highly enough. When you walk into the office you are greeted by the warm smiles of the staff. Everything about the office is welcoming. There is coffee and tea. The kids see there names up on the computer screen and get to check themselves in. The office is modern and beautiful with comfortable couches. There is often something special going on, like pajama day or a funny contest of some sort. The wait is minimal, we are usually in and out quicker than I would like because it is such a great office to visit. Dr. Cho is a fantastic orthodontist. My 16 year old wore braces for a couple of years and now has a gorgeous smile. We could always contact someone from the office day or night if there was a problem. Now my 10 year old has braces and in a few months he has a completely different smile. He looks amazing. Dr Cho and his staff are great with the kids. Understanding, sweet and fun. And I particularly like that Dr. Cho even on a short routine visit will always come out and shake our hand and give us an update on how the treatment is going and what to expect next. When you go to New Hyde Park Orthodontics it’s so much more than a doctor’s visit. You really feel like you’re hanging out with friends.

My daughter has been a patient for over a year and we are beyond happy with the treatment/plan/staff/visits/etc. During this time, masks are required and they take your temp before you walk in. They are following all the guidelines perfectly and I feel very comfortable taking my kids into the office. There are 2 offices, one in New Hyde Park and the other in Bayside. Both are amazing! Honestly can’t say enough positive things about Dr Cho and his entire staff!

Dr.Cho and his staff at New Hyde Park Orthodontics is amazing. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone who is trying to get straighter teeth and a better smile. I’ve been going to New Hyde Park Orthodontics for about 3 years now and I have nothing but good things to say about them. Everyone there is friendly and will answer any questions you have.

I had such a great first time experience at NHP Orthodontics this evening. Dr. Cho, Lauren, and entire staff were extremely helpful and made me feel very comfortable with my future procedures. I cannot wait to start so that Dr. Cho can fix my smile! This is by far the best orthodontics office I have went to thus far (I have been to a lot!)

There are no words to describe how wonderful Dr. Cho has been with my children. We started coming here about 5 years ago because my kids were slow teeth losers. I was worried. Dr. Cho made me feel so much better about what was happening and his plan for them was slow and amazing. Non-invasive was the best part. And the office staff….. the most amazing well organized machine of ladies I have ever met. I have never been to an office that functioned as perfectly as they do. Warm, welcoming, organized and friendly. Wish my office was like this. If I could give 100 stars I would highly recommend them.

I would have to say Dr. Cho is the warmest, nicest Ortho I have ever met. His staff are just as nice and welcoming and I’d have to attribute it to the leadership here. The finance girl is accommodating and on the ball. The only negative is the parking situation. If you park underground, you better take notes cause you may end up in another building.  Also note where the entrance/exits from the garage are. They are unmarked and you may not find your way back.

I have had braces for a very long time. So when I lost my retainers I had no idea how bad my teeth would shift. I hesitated to go to an Orthodontist because of the fear to wear them again. My parents told me my mouth is worth the price of a house. LOL so I was afraid to go to someone who wouldn’t be able to do the job right. So when I came out of my pediatric appointment and saw his office I decided to go in and I’m happy I did. The staff are so sweet and provided me with info without feeling pressured. to make an appointment. I went with my gut and decided to make an appointment. The day I meet Dr. Cho he was all smiles and asked me what he could do for me. After telling him my past and my fears he confidently said this is what I can do. I asked if I was a candidate for Invisalign and when he said yes my heart skipped a beat!!!! I never felt pressured to do anything. Which I loved! I trusted him and his team. Now my teeth are looking better then ever. I still have a few more trays to go but loving the results so far!!! P.S. he referred me to a dentist Dr. Seid and thanks to him my teeth and gums are healthy. Thank you so much Dr. Cho for taking such great care of my teeth. Lastly I have to say thank you to his great team without them Dr. Cho practice wouldn’t be the same!!!

My family has been going to see Dr. Chow at New Hyde Park Orthodonics  for a couple of months now, and we’ve had great experiences during each visit… The staff is super duper amazing ..They are all so very personal and professional. The office is   so modern and inviting..I’m so happy that we found this place I wouldn’t want to bring  my family anywhere else.. New Hyde Park Orthodontics has changed my life. I went from being embarrassed to smile in pictures and in person to loving my teeth! I am so happy every time I look at my wedding pictures and see myself smiling with straight teeth! Dr.Cho and everyone at New Hyde Park Orthodontics made me feel welcome and always take an interest in their patients. It is a wonderful office with friendly and professional staff who really take the time to get to know each patient. There is a very strong sense of family and you can tell every person is happy to be there!

The most efficient, super friendly doctors office I’ve ever been to. As a grown adult, I never imagined I’d be getting braces, but Dr. Cho made the decision easy and the office staff is so welcoming and friendly! They are very accommodating when it comes to making appointments and rescheduling when needed. The ladies who work in the office are so sweet and a pleasure to speak with. I would recommend New Hyde Park Orthodontics to anyone looking for an orthodontist in the Queens/LI area.
