Awesome place to have dental work done. Professional service and staff.My experience is just what I expected from an establishment that I was not recommended to and there was no catchy advertisement to get me in the door. If I had my way they would move into a facility the size of FedEx Basketball Center and all of the great and good dentist around the area would work for them.

I went in today for a dry socket after getting my tooth pulled somewhere else. The other place was no help but new image took care of me right away. After being in constant pain for about 4 days, I’m doing so much better thanks to new image. A special thanks to erica, who personally took care of me! Love y’all!

I went in today for a tooth extraction. I have never had a tooth pulled before. The procedure done by the dentist was excellent. He wasn’t very talkative, he was all about business. He was done so quick. I belong here now!!!!!! I should have gotten his name to give him a shout out. I highly recommend.

Before today, I was super afraid of the Dentist. I had to have my Tooth extracted today and Dr. Lyons did a great job! Painless…. like literally painless process. Everyone in the office is nice and did a great job as well!

After looking for an emergency dental appointment for a couple of weeks, Dr. Lyons accepted me the next day after contacting her. I was in extreme pain. Her staff was swift, accommodating and eager to help me. They used empathy while I waited, informed me of the wait time and performed an extraction with no issues. As soon as I was seen, she said “let me numb the pain.” I’ve been feeling better since I left the office. I appreciate the care, professionalism and bed side manners of the entire staff. I’ve found my new dental office. I strongly recommend Dr. Lyons and New Image Family Dentistry.

I came here to have work done that wasn’t done by my previous dentist. For it to be a Global Pandemic in full effect and TN being the worst state for Covid Transmission, any delay I experienced is expected. All staff observed Covid Prevention Protocols every time I was ever in the office. I have underlying health conditions and my safety is my main priority everytime I have to come outside of my home. I still received excellent service from both dentist and the front office staff. I couldn’t be more satisfied at the point and will definitely remain a patient.
