Hello there! I want to share my review here because My first visit was amazing! Dr. Steve Tassone has a great office, very clean and I felt comfortable being there! By the way, they have massage on that chair you sit on when they do x-rays and dental work!!))) All assistants of Dr. Steve were very professional and very friendly. I have been to 3 dental offices, looking for a specialist who I can trust to make my smile better. And I’m very happy I found this place! Consultation is free, but Dr. Steve Tassone was very attentive and took his time to listen to my needs. I can’t wait next week to start the treatment!

Thanks to Dr Tassone at “NEW SMILES” I now have a beautiful smile. My teeth were crooked and crossed over until Dr Tassone suggested that I have my teeth straightened using the Invisalign clear braces system. I am so happy with the results. Our family has been going to New Smiles Dentistry for over 25 years. I can see why he has been voted “Best Dentist in the South Bay” for the last 7 consecutive years. As someone who dreads going to the dentist, I have found Dr. Tassone to be a godsend. Not only is he the consummate professional with excellent technical skills, but most importantly for me he is a superb communicator with a chair side manner that is calming, reassuring, and logical so that it engenders trust so I can relax. He is never hurried, takes the time to answer every question fully (I ask a lot) and always explains what he is doing and what to expect next. My fear of dental pain dissolves and I find myself trusting him to get through the process with a minimal of discomfort. I have never known him to be anything but upbeat, positive, and cheerful and he genuinely cares about people as is evident by the things he does for others outside of his practice. His upbeat attitude carries over to his entire staff who are cheerful, friendly, and buttoned down to a T. When you walk into his spotless office you feel welcomed and I give the highest recommendation to Dr. Tassone and his team. Thank God his is still reasonably young and won’t retire for a while.

I was recommended to dr tasssone by my dermatologist … I had been a patient of another dentist for over 30 years but my last visits with this ‘other’ dentist results in my crown falling off…. 3 times! So I decided to get a 2nd opinion from dr tassone … i explained to him my ‘guilt’ at having to see another dentist i offered to pay for the xrays and consultation because i told dr tassone that if his recommendation was something other than simply re-cementing the crown (which i would pay dr tassone to do) — then i would go back to my other dentist to do the work (since i had already paid a small fortune for the crown) well, dr tassone is sooooooooo gracious! he did not want me to pay for the full set of xrays (took at least 20 minutes to do by his very capable assistant) or the consultation … dr tassone has ‘class’ ….and integrity i’d HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend you see him

I had an amazing experience despite needing to get a filling…lol! I walked in and was greeted by name and with smiles from the receptionist. The doctor was running a few minutes behind schedule however, Michelle checked in with me to make sure that I was okay and kept me informed until i was called back. This showed me that they respected and were considerate of my time. Dr. Nemeth was amazing! There was no pain during or after my procedure. I had a front baby tooth that required extraction and I decided on veneers. As any good yelper, I scoured the internet for a veneer extraordinaire. Dentist veneer pictures left me skeptical. I found Dr. Tassone through patient’s before and after’s and I was sold. Dr. Tassone is sweet with excellent bedside manners. Beautiful office, easy parking and his staff is downright pleasant. My dental work: tooth extraction, bleaching, gum contouring and bridge for my soon-to-be missing tooth. Visit 1- Consultation, X-rays, and discussion of my expectations for veneers. We looked at photos of veneer shapes while Dr. Tassone offered his professional input. My visit was free and 1.5 Hours. Visit 2- Wax up (mold to create 3-D veneer model) OPTIONAL and worth it. Included bleaching trays and bleach. It will be two weeks to receive the wax up from the lab. My visit was $395 and 1.5 Hours. Visit 3- Wax up 3-D model viewing. Reviewed a model of my teeth/gums covered in the veneer style I picked. I held the model at different angles and inspected it. I was provided the treatment cost and payment options. My visit was free and 2 hours. Visit 4- The worst visit to date. 1 Tooth pulled, 8 teeth prepped for veneers, 2 teeth had gum contouring. My visit was 7 hours. No pain, no gain! Painful and payment day lol. Visit5/6- Extra visits due to my tooth extraction.

I was really happy my first visit with Dr. Stephen Tassone. He was replacing a crown kept having pain he would text and check up on my pain level he ended up having to do a root canal. I originally went to a well known dental office in Beverly Hills to inquire about getting veneers and a crown lengthening (removal of excess gum tissue). After paying a few thousands for the gum surgery I was not impressed! I decided not to get my veneers done there. I found Dr. Tassone online and went in for a consultation. He redid my gum surgery for 1/4th of the cost! and I also got 4 veneers done for the same price of 2 veneers in Beverly Hills! My gums look great (much better than what the other guy did!), and my veneers look amazing and natural! Dr. Tassone is a perfectionist and does an amazing job at delivering professional high quality work! The staff is also very professional! Wendy does an amazing job with the temporary veneers! She does a great job of modeling the temps to look very similar to the permanent veneers. No one will ever know that they are temps because she is that good at what she does! BOTTOM LINE: Save yourself some TIME and MONEY and avoid Beverly Hills dental offices! Dr. Tassone will provide the same quality of work if not better for a reasonable cost! Don’t be fooled into thinking that Beverly Hills is the only way to get great veneers! I am so glad that I found Dr. Tassone!

I have always known that Dr Tassone was a wonderful and caring dentist but this week he and his office staff demonstrated why they have been voted the best in the South Bay. On the way to work this week, I tripped and fell and broke/chipped my two front teeth with lip and gum damage. After I assessed that there were no broken bones, I immediately called Dr. Tassone’s office. He said that he had a busy line up but if I didn’t mind waiting, he would fit me in. This was an immediate relief because I didn’t know the extent of the damage, my teeth were a mess and I couldn’t do anything until I was seen by a doctor. When I arrived, I didn’t wait long at all. Both Dr. Tasssone and his staff were concerned for my well being and they took me back to do x-rays and gave me ice packs. Next, Dr Tassone gently worked on realigning my teeth and correcting my bite. After that he had his amazing assistant Wendy, bond and repair my teeth. He also made an afternoon appointment with a specialist to examine my jaw further. I was able to leave that morning with my smile beautifully repaired and the security of knowing that all my injuries were being expertly addressed. I can’t say enough about the superb treatment I received from Dr Tassone and his staff. His fast response alone was a major blessing. If you want a superb dentist, go to Dr Tassone. The level of caring, expertise and professionalism at New Smiles Dentistry is unparalleled.

We left our previous dentist a couple of years ago due to various reasons but mostly because they always pushed services on us that seemed unnecessary. We sort of neglected our dental health for a little while because we were so frustrated. We found Dr. Tassone just this year and have been 100% happy with him and his staff. I’ve needed a couple of crowns replaced, these were quite old. The procedures went great, as great as dental work can go! I know Dr. Tassone has us as patients for life now. Not all dentist offices have front office staff that are this way at all. The office is bright and you just feel like you are in a good place.

Steve Tassone is absolutely phenomenal. I ate some holiday goodies (my bad)and cracked a tooth. In desperation I called Michelle on Monday morning who is an absolute angel and she told me that Steve was on vacation. Steve called me while on vacation referred me to another dentist but I refused because I know and trust Steve. It would just be a few days till I can absolutely smile. I got an appointment for Thursday morning at 8 AM and there was Steve smiling at me but I could not smile back. After an hour and a half I walked out of his office and smiled like I normally do. Smart Smile is right between kick boxing and Party City can’t miss it. When scheduling my appointment I was expecting for it to be months out like other practices, but to my surprise it wasn’t! Interior is fresh, vibrant and laughter flows throughout the halls and it was an amazing experience. Having knowledge in the dental field as I’ve worked in ortho I knew what specific questions to ask prior to booking my appointment. I stated that I would like to have the following completed: X-rays, Cleaning, Updated retainers, possibly Invisalign to correct UR8 and trays for whitening! After speaking with Jennifer she assured me that the Dr. would be able to address all my concerns. I arrived to my appointment and after sitting in the chair the Amazing hygienist Jenean (sorry if I butchered your name) asked what I was seeking out of today’s appointment. I explained and to my surprise the Dr. was not available to see me when that was the main importance of my important. I was only disappointed because when leaving work early you have to capitalize on your time to make sure all is taken care of. At the end of the appointment my hygienist apologized and reassured me that on my next visit the Dr. will be present. I look forward to having all questions answered upon my return regarding corrective retainer or Invisalign.
