First of all, I began a relationship with the front desk over the phone before ever coming to the office. Every single staff member I spoke with over the phone was exceptionally great and professional. Karina stood out because  I personally felt that she went above and beyond to get in contact with my insurance company and laid out all the very closely estimated costs so I knew what to expect coming in. She even mentioned to me that if I went with an office that my insurance is contracted with, my insurance would cover more.  Now, that’s honest. The other girls went out of their way to take time to call my insurance as well, but Karina was most detailed. Dr. Au was my dentist. He was easy going and very professional. He introduced himself and opened the conversation by asking what I came in for. He was all ears and listened to everything I said. He even read my chart (more than half the time, doctors and dentists never read the million pages of paperwork they make you fill out). I yelped this place and even though it was an 1 hour drive with LA traffic, it was well worth it. I read all their reviews and I was very happy to have selected this office with awesome customer service and professionalism. Dr. Au, I felt that he did not cheat me, but was looking out for me, my teeth, and my financial costs. He was honest and treated me for exactly what was essential. He was very educational and knowledgeable (it doesn’t hurt that he’s a USC graduate). I threw a couple questions at him. I was honestly wanting to know and he fired back with all great answers and even backed it up by research. My registered dental assistant, Lynn, was awesome. Very friendly, thorough and honest as well. She even stayed on top of suctioning. One thing I really dislike about going to the dentist is swallowing whatever product they’re using or the buildup  that they cleaned off my teeth. She kept my mouth dry. I’ve only been to three dental offices, but this has been the best experience with cleaning. She even  gave me some pointers on how to maintain good home care and showed me how to floss. Thank you New Vision Dental for taking good care of me. I will be referring my wife, family, and friends!

The front desk ( especially Stasha and Angelica) are all super kind and helpful! The office manager, Karina is so knowledgable with my HMO plan and also helpful with explaining to me the payment options that are available in the office. They’re always so patient when I call to make an appointments and when I check out post- appointment. Dr. Au makes me feel so comfortable and I trust him with all my dental health needs. He is so down to earth and I witnessed a few patients laughing and giggling with him while I was sitting in the chair. That made me feel at ease. I typically hate getting numbing shots but I never feel a thing when I get them here! I’ve gotten my teeth cleaned by Carmina and she is incredibly thorough and very gentle. My favorite part of my appointment is being able to watch Netflix movies in the reception area with a beautiful flower arrangement in the center of such a gorgeous office. I would highly recommend New Vision Dental to all my friends and family!

I have been a patient of Dr. Au for 10 years. As a parent, I now bring my two children ages 6 & 4 for their dental care and teeth cleaning. From the moment my family walks into their warm office to the treatments each of us receive to when we schedule our next appointments, we are treated with the most amazing, quality care. Their entire staff is very helpful and gracious and make us feel truly taken care of from start to finish. They are also very accommodating to our busy family schedule and go above and beyond to make each office visit a steller one. They also take our HMO insurance. I highly recommend New Vision Dental! They are simply THE BEST!

It has been a great experience to be a patient at New Vision Dental. I only have good things to say about this office. First of all, I love the layout of the office and it is very clean. The staff is excellent and very friendly. They greet you with a big smile as you step into the office. This gives me a warm, good feeling about this office. Dr. Au is an awesome dentist. He will take good care of all your needs and concerns about your teeth. I am very happy that I have found this office to go to. Now I have a great dentist that I can give my trust and confidence to work on my teeth.

Let me start by saying I absolutely hate going to the dentist, I had a bad experience some years ago and have not gone back since.  My gums started bothering me a month or so ago and I could not ignore it anymore so I made an appointment. The office staff is super sweet, they understood I was terribly afraid and took the time to make sure I was comfortable every step of the way. The dental assistant Stasha was so sweet and understanding and patient with me and very Thorough. Once she finished with me I had the pleasure meeting Dr. Au he was amazing , polite, and also very understanding and gentle. Helped with my Phobia of going to the dentist. Maybe now I won’t wait years to go back to the dentist. Lol.

I’ve been coming here for the past few years. I love this place. Just had my 6 month checkup, cleaning and teeth whitening. Dr. Au is my dentist and he is amazing, very humble, & down to earth. I like the fact that we can relate with each other and carry a non dental conversation while he’s working on my teeth. We talked about sports and overall life in general. Stasha was my hygienist and she was wonderful, gentle and very caring. She did a great job on my cleaning  and whitening. The office manager, Karina was very professional, knowledgeable and did a great job explaining to me how my dental HMO plan benefits work. I highly recommend New Vision Dental to all my friends and family!

Fantastic experience for us!  Our family saw them and they made us feel welcomed.  The staff and doctors at New Vision Dental are outstanding.  Very professional, thorough, and, most importantly, pleasant. The office is clean and comfortable with a television in the waiting room.  My 8 year old son needed two cavities filled recently and they made him feel at ease.  They took their time with him and let him take breaks whenever he needed it. His fillings worked out fine and he kept laughing at how silly his lips felt (from the numbing meds). He did great during the experience and I give credit to the doctors/staff for facilitating this! Also, get the Oral-B genius toothbrush they sell (you can’t purchase these in stores. Can only purchase these at dentist offices).  We ended up getting one because my kids need help brushing. It comes with different brush heads so both my kids can share the one toothbrush.   This thing is so cool – we connect it to the Oral-B app on my phone and its keeps track of the brush time so the kids know how well their doing and when they reach 2 minutes of brushing. Definitely worth getting one.

After a year and a half of wearing braces I’ve come to terms that braces are like pregnancies. I was so excited and looking forward to braces and having a beautiful smile that after a year and a half of wearing them, I was so ready to get them off!! The hard work of flossing, water picking and going thru brush heads frequently was all part of the process. I can honestly say the work, the drive, and use of sick time every month to see the Ortho was so worth it!! I could not have had a more wonderful experience with my braces and have New Vision dental to thank for. The staff became like family to me. Their warmth, kindness and professionalism made that experience even more pleasant. Thank you new vision dental.

Dr. Au and his staff are amazing. I have gotten a lot of dental work done, over 20 visits to the dentist and this is hands down to the best experience. We did a root canal on the spot and I felt zero pin. I was worried the needle for the novacain ee would be painful, I couldn’t even feel my face let alone anything he was doing. Did I mention it was done in 45 mins? I come back for the crown in 2 weeks. The cost was a little expensive because of major work and my HMO insurance that is not the grestest. I shouldn’t of changed from PPO to HMO. I had no choice because the change was through my employer. I’ve done all the research for you and the perfect 5 stars speak for itself. Thank you, Dr. Au and your wonderful staff for taking great care of me. Looking forward to seeing you in 2 weeks!

Back for my regular check up and cleaning appointment last week! Office does not disappoint. Everyone is caring and friendly. Kristie did an excellent and thorough job on my cleaning. Doctor Au is very knowledgeable, kind honest, gentle, and conservative. Since my family and friends have been coming here for the past 5 years, they have exceeded our expectations. They have never pushed any unnecessary treatment on us. I like how the doctors here are not just focusing on treating teeth, but giving advice about preventative ways to maintain our oral health. BTW, I’m a cash patient with no insurance yet prices are very reasonable. Thanks again for a consistent great dental experience. I have been referring friends and family members to go see Dr.

After not visiting the dentist for years, I decided to give New Vision Dental a try after being highly recommended. Best decision! The entire staff at New vision dental is awesome! All of the assistants are friendly and very informative. Merrick is incredibly nice, patient, and informative. Hugo manages the appointments and he did a great job in working around my work schedule. Dr. Au is the best! He is passionate about his work and it’s evident when you see the end results. Thus far, I’ve had several visits with Dr. Au and his team: First visit: X-ray, exam, and cleaning. Dr. Au explained what procedures I needed and then performed the cleaning, the entire time he explained what he was doing and why he was doing it. Awesome! Finally a dentist who not only cares about what he is doing but cares about having his patients feel informed to ease any anxiety. Second and third visit: Deep cleaning and replace existing metal fillings with composite fillings. Virtually painless! Once again, he explains everything that is being done and ensures you are as comfortable as possible. For those of us who feel anxious about visiting the dentist, this truly helps with the entire process. He makes you feel at ease and relaxed the entire time. My teeth look great, I feel great, and if you visit New Vision Dental , you will too. Thank you Dr.Au and team!!! You guys are the best!

New Vision Dental saved my crown! The team and Dr.Au were so friendly and supportive during my appointment for a crown that unexpectedly fell out the day before. I was so scared and really nervous about going to a  dentist, especially this being my first time to their office. The experience went smooth and easy. The office was clean, they treated me great, and they were encouraging even while I was squirming during my deep teeth cleaning, lol. Oh yeah, I needed a deep cleaning. Getting two major things (fixed crown and deep cleaning) accomplished by a dentist I met for the first time is an excellent sign he is good. Thank you Dr. Au and team. I also plan to schedule my 4 y/o son for a visit. I will be back definitely and a regular customer. I highly recommend this dental office!

I came here through a referral from a friend and they did not disappoint me. Dr. Au communicated extremely well and made it very comfortable for me.  I do have to confess, I am not a big fan of the dentist since I am a very nervous patient with anxiety. His staff was very friendly and made sure I knew what was going on the whole entire time. Michelle was the dental assistant and she was so polite and gentle. The facility is very clean and they have Netflix playing on their screen TV that makes your time go fast. There was a little bit of wait time, but that’s a good thing seeing they’re busy was a good sign. The office manager, Karina was super friendly and very knowledgeable with my HMO dental plan. I did have a few cavities filled with a deep cleaning and some gum treatment. The last time I had a dental checkup was over 3 years ago. I was expecting for Dr. Au to tell me that I needed major work, but he was very honest and conservative with his diagnosis. I will refer all my co-workers, friends and family to New Vision Dental. I truly have a lot of respect for them and will continue to look forward to my future visits. They are so kind, gentle and deliver the best customer service with quality work!

I had a very pleasant visit at New Vision Dental today. I felt like the team was working hard to make sure I felt comfortable and received great service. The office is very clean and smells so good. They seem to have very new equipment and use newer technology. For example, the X-ray machine is digital and they use oral photos so you can visually see what’s going on in your mouth. My Dentist Dr. Au, was very down to earth and friendly. He never seemed rushed and made sure that I had all of my questions answered. I felt that he did an excellent job trying to make sure my teeth were clean. I can tell that he knows his dentistry as well because any comment he made about certain teeth were in line with comments I had heard from my prior dentist. He is definitely not the type who will tell you that you have a bunch of cavities. He is more on the conservative side. Additionally, the office was very transparent with all of the charges. Whenever I see a clean fancy dental office, I’m always a little nervous that they are going to try to up-sell me or add on extra charges. They answered all of my billing questions and with my insurance I was able to have normal X-rays, cleaning and fluoride application with no cost. The only thing I had to pay for was the images because they are not fully covered under my plan. They also do offer teeth whitening, unfortunately that was not covered under my HMO plan either so I had to pay for it. They use Rockstar which is organic and I felt no sensitivity what so ever. My teeth got two shades lighter! I am super happy with the results. The only slightly inconvenient thing is that it took me 3 weeks to get in for an appointment because they are fully booked out 3-4 weeks. I don’t blame them, the office is always so busy every time I go. Their customer service is great, super friendly and Dr. Au is amazing! He is also a USC graduate! Dr. Au is the best dentist I have ever had. He has a gentle hand coupled with excellent dentistry skills. I remember the first time he took care of me, I honestly didn’t even feel the injection. He also took care of my mom and extracted a couple of her teeth that were causing her pain and infection. afterward he had dentures made for her and my mom has been doing wonderful eve since. thanks to his excellent services!

My teeth have been so problematic this year. With difficulties with a previous root canal and ongoing tooth pain, I was not looking forward to yet another appointment. After a super costly visit to another Pasadena dental practice and being told that I needed yet ANOTHER root canal, I was really depressed about the treatment plan they gave me. I called New Vision just hoping for a less expensive treatment plan. The intake call was thorough and the receptionist was super sympathetic. At the time, I was weirded out by how much information she needed before I came in. But because she listened to me, the staff was prepared for all my needs and made time for any potential procedures! (woah…that is so classy…) then there was parking that was easy. what a relief. Dr. Au was so friendly and funny and educated me without dumbing things down. My hygienist Lynn was so pleasant and it was so nice to see how much she aimed to do a good job and learn from dentist. IT WAS ABSOLUTELY PAINLESS. I mean, I had never had such a excellent care. I didn’t even feel the syringe when he was administering the anesthesia. Then Sasha took such care to make sure my temporary crown was perfectly placed and would not cause potential discomfort. The office manager was so professional and pleasant. Very competent and professional. They were such a nice team and you can tell everyone enjoys their job. Honestly, THE IDEAL DENTAL EXPERIENCE and the treatment plan was waaaaaay more reasonable.

Dr. Brandon Au and his caring staff! They have been so wonderful to me during all my visits these past few months. I had lots of work done before getting my full set of dentures and they always treat me with such special care and great attention to detail which make my visits relaxing and fun. I  chose Dr. Brandon Au at New Vision Dental several years ago after carefully researching a long list of dentists offered by my new Medicare Advantage dental plan. His dental training impressed me, as he is a graduate of my favorite dental school, the University of Southern California; & he keeps current with the most advanced technology in the field. I’m very picky about dentists, as my mother was a dental assistant who always made sure we got the very best dental care we could afford. New Vision Dental has even supported my community choir by sponsoring ads for our twice-a-year concert programs. Recently, while I’ve been facing some very challenging medical problems, the entire staff has been incredibly kind & supportive, which means a great deal to me. The office is beautifully decorated & extremely clean; & the atmosphere is peaceful & relaxing. The parking is convenient & free. I highly recommended New Vision Dental to those looking for excellent dental care.

Came in for my first appointment finally! I promised I would post an update review once I went in. And honestly, I am very surprised for the exceptional customer service I received and how extremely friendly everyone was. Stephanie, the receptionist, as I mentioned, is a sweet heart and I’ve never had any issues with her. Anna, the x-ray tech, was super nice and quick. She got the job done and got it done in a timely manner. She was answering all of my questions and was totally very helpful. Dr. Au was my dentist, he was super gentle, polite, and sweet. I have a follow up appointment coming up with him. Karina, I think she is the supervisor, was very professional and I almost felt like I was treated like royalty.  She was extremely nice and I have absolutely no complaints about her. She has been very accommodating to my schedule. Over all, I am very satisfied that I chose this dental office. Everyone is professional, friendly, and quick. Just how I like it! No one wants to spend too much time in the dentist office. This office ROCKS!
