I had dental surgery on my lower jaw with Dr. Lim yesterday. He is very proficient and professional at what he does. He is knowledgeable and he prepares you in advance on what to expect during surgery and after. I was very fearful of the process after-all it is called ‘surgery’. I have to say that the whole procedure had considerably less pain and stress than I have prepared myself for, thanks to Dr. Lim and his excellent crew. Stephanie and Jennifer were professional and helpful, and provided enough preparation and care to make the process as effortless as possible.
Today Dr. Lim called me himself to make sure I am alright, and he gave me his personal cell phone number just in case I need anything over the weekend. He did not have one of his staff members make the call, he called himself. In today’s world it is hard to find such service and professionalism. Thank you.

Had to come back to see the Doc because I had a toothache. The receptionist was super nice and I was able to see the Doc for an emergency appointment on the same day. Sure enough, I cracked my tooth in half and had to have the roots removed. He put an implant in the hole and a temporary tooth. Great job and a really cool staff.

I needed to get some gum grafting done, so I asked my insurance company to recommend a good place. They directed me to the Newport Beach Implant Center. I could not have been more pleased with my experience at this office! It was clean, professional, and the staff were all very nice. Dr. Lim fixed my gums and I am extremely pleased with the results. Thank You Newport Beach Perio & Implant Center!! I will forever be grateful. When I was a small kid I had a horrible experience with a dentist. I had such fear and anxiety, I became the worst dental patient ever. My teeth were in terrible shape and pain. I needed to face it and get this dental work done. I was recommended to see Dr Lim because I needed some extensive implant and Perio work. I was terrified.. Dr. Lim and his entire staff were so kind and had such thoughtful compassion for my needs. They had great patience with me. They explained everything to me before and I really appreciated that. They took time and not rushed me. There was some pain but nothing like I expected. My fears of the dentist have faded. I’m still shy of injections, but who isn’t. Not my favorite thing to have, but I can manage it now. After having 4 implants, crowns root canal and all that work done, everything healed beautifully I have to say it was worth it..my teeth are beautiful and my fear is gone. Dr. Lim is awesome. The office staff of New Port Beach Perio Implant is amazing. The very best customer service. They worked around my needs and my time. They were so helpful in every way. I highly recommend New Port Beach Perio and Implant Center and can actually say I look forward to returning. Thank You from a grateful patient who lost her fear

A friend told me about this place because I had tooth pain. The office is very nice and the X-ray equipment is digital. It turns out, I had a broken tooth and needed an implant. The staff worked through their lunch break to accommodate me so I surprised them with a lunch delivery. My surgery cost was not as high as I expected and the service was top notch. I will definitely recommend my friends and family to this dental office.

I had met Dr Lim around 10 years, my first major implant in 2008 for my upper right, it is very smooth, and after 8 years, I came back for the upper left, because I know I am in good hands. Dr Lim is very soft-spoken and explains very carefully what he did, I am very please with a result.

Dr. Lim is nothing short of a lifesaver! I was in California visiting my mom when a skittle yanked my filling right out. It hurt so badly and I totally panicked being an ocean away from my dentist. My mom called Dr. Lim and explained what happened. They got me on THAT day. The office staff and my dental assistant couldn’t have made me feel more welcome. I was blown away at how updated the office was. We are a little behind here in Hawaii so I’ve never seen such updated equipment. Dr. Lim was gentle and professional. If I could afford to fly to Newport every time I needed to visit the dentist I would! Much Mahalo to Dr.Lim and his team. They are as good as it gets.
