First of all, I NEVER write yelps, but I felt a strong need to write one about this office. Doctor Agarwal is more than an orthodontist she is truly looking out for the well being of her patients. She cares about everyone around her. She’s very close with her staff and extreamly knowledgable. She relates to you as a mother. She hours on is to do what’s best for everyone. Always upbeat and positive. I absolutely love this office I have never experienced anything like this before. So yes, if I could give this review 10 stars I would but it only allows me to go up to 5!

I have been a patient of Dr. Agarwal since May 2014. After 2.5 years of treatment, I can say that I could not be more pleased with my results. I used to have a giant overbite with completely crooked teeth. I’ve always been sensitive about my teeth as an adult, but felt right at home with both, with absolutely no judgement. Dr. Skuben is a pro. I had to have two crowns placed, and the whole procedure was seamless. I’ve been a patient of Dr. Agarwal for a couple months now, as I had braces put on my bottom teeth to address some overcrowding that was affecting my bite. I have already noticed a huge difference in just over a month, and both Dr. Agarwal and staff have been super accommodating scheduling me in to address any issues I’ve had. I finally found a fair price for my braces! I’m so happy with the whole experience- the staff are courteous, kind and cheerful, and the atmosphere is calm and soothing. The front desk immediately greets you by first name and offers any type of refreshments. The doctors also greet you with a warm welcome right when you walk in. The stations are very clean and not cluttered at all. Putting on the braces was not a tedious process as they used custom fit braces that molded to your teeth immediately. I was able to eat solid food within a couple of days. The staff made sure that the brackets were maintained at every checkup and were also very speedy at the checkups. They use innovative tools to make the process more streamlined and painless. They are also very flexible with their appointment times. If you need to cancel last minute, they will make sure to schedule another date immediately and will follow-up via text and calls as well. They are also very accommodating to my brother’s college schedule as he goes to go school in NorCal. Overall, the staff is professional and I would recommend this place to anyone. Dr. D and the rest of the staff have changed my future because I have a straighter smile. If you don’t believe me, look at my before and after to see for yourself!

Dr. Agarwal is also the sweetest, coolest dentist I have ever met! You never sit around waiting for long like at other offices I have been to. Even my wisdom teeth removal surgery was SO fast and painless and I felt so taken care of. Best Orthodontist in the Newport/Costa Mesa area! First and foremost, let’s start with the office environment. The office is very clean and welcoming. The examination rooms have these beautiful wallpapers and lovely lights on the ceilings that make you feel at ease. The staff is very kind and courteous. Now let’s talk about the professionals. Dr. Divya is the sweetest person in the whole world and to put the cherry on top of the cake, she attended Columbia University’s College of Dental Medicine (Ivy League), so she really knows her stuff. My son and I both needed braces and Dr. Divya laid out a comprehensive plan for each of us. I explained my goals and she helped me achieve those goals using a calculated approach. Moreover, I knew my son needed palatal expansion and I didn’t even have to tell her, she knew right away and she laid out a plan to improve his smile and facial posture. In the past I always dreaded going to the dentist, but Dr. D and her staff were always so wonderful and welcoming that I always looked forward to our visits. I came in to Dr. Dyvya to get braces on my bottom teeth. I had braces as a child but my teeth had shifted again so I wanted to get them fixed. The team here is great and very helpful. They send out text message reminders for appointments which is very helpful with my busy and constantly changing schedule. They worked with me on pricing and were able to give me clear braces for a price I could afford– making monthly payments. I just got my braces removed today after 5 months of treatment and my teeth look great! They gave me a permanent retainer on my bottom teeth so my teeth will not shift again. I do not recall exactly how I found Newport Mesa Orthodontics but I can say I am thankful I followed the path that led me to the beginning of my transformational journey. I got my braces, what most people would consider, late. I had been to other Orthodontist’s in the past but I would leave the office feeling worse! My case was very rare and I knew this as an adolescent. I was told time and time again by “professionals” that my smile will not ever be perfect even with the recommended procedures.
