Okay where to start well 10 years ago Dr. Jui removed my bottom wisdom teeth and she was amazing from the moment I walked in to her office just her presence put me at ease. Let me tell you I panic when I get my teeth cleaned so my anxiety level for this was off the charts. The surgery was a breeze and her staff is AMAZING…So fast forward to today and here I am with gauze in my mouth and my last two wisdom teeth gone. In 10 years all I can say Dr. Jui and her staff are still AMAZING. I think the quality of her work and the care she shows her patients is amazing she is one of a kind and now that I have no reason hopefully to ever go back I am kinda sad. More doctors, dentist or any of those in a medical profession need to take a lesson from her! So if you are trying to decide on an oral surgeon look no further you will not go wrong with Dr. Jui and her amazin staff!!!!!!!!!!

As someone who works in the grievance department at a dental insurance company, I’ve heard of many extractions that have gone bad. I went to Dr. Jui because she was recommended to me by our Dental Director. Dr. Jui completed the extraction of my wisdom teeth in no time and made sure I was comfortable the entire time. No need for me to go under. Her staff was kind and knowledgeable. I think it goes without saying that I would definitely recommend Dr. Jui for your oral surgery needs.

I thank my lucky stars my ENT Dr. at UCI recommended Dr. Vivian Jui. During my consultation Dr. Jui explained in detail how she would approach the surgery which greatly eased my apprehension.  I was having two enormous tori (bone growth), which covered the roof of my mouth, removed.  Dr. Jui’s idea of making a stent to protect the roof of my mouth after surgery was brilliant, and worked well. The surgery could not have gone better, and the aftermath was much less painful than I’d feared.  I greatly appreciated being able to text her with questions/concerns and she always replied right away. If you need oral surgery for any reason I highly recommend you see Dr. Jui.

Dr Jui and her staff are 5 stars ! She makes an unpleasant situation ( bad wisdom tooth ) so much better.   Easy to schedule , quick efficient pacing and all the Info you need for home care ! I won’t go anywhere else for any oral surgery –
She makes a tough day get a lot better with her work ! I take my family to her also . Highly recommend her practice to anyone who needs excellent oral surgery ! Super fast recovery time & affordable !

DR. Jui and her office are absolutely amazing! I had a wisdom tooth bothering me and they were able to get me schedule right away for a consult and an extraction.  Their staff is so friendly and Dr. Jui made me feel more comfortable with the procedure explaining every last detail and answering all of my questions.  It has been a few weeks since and everything went well.  Will definitely recommend!

I was referred here by my dentist for an extraction and possible bone graft. During the initial consultation, Dr. Jui was very thorough and answered all of my questions (wasn’t rushing me at all) as I was quite nervous about the possible procedure. Everyone in the office was so kind. Esther helped me figure out my insurance and cost options. I had to wait for the next calendar year as my insurance was changing and they never once pushed me to schedule. Prior to the procedure, they called me to answer any questions I had and to go over the procedure to help calm my nerves. It made it very easy to trust them. They even called later that day to make sure I as feeling OK! I never even had to take anything other than the antibiotics and Motrin. The surgery was on Friday, I followed all the instructions and returned to work on Monday. The area is still tender after a week but the swelling went down after day 2. I got my stitches out and everything seems to be going as planned. I have been going to my dentist for over 25 years so you can imagine it is hard for me to trust going to another provider when it comes to my teeth and I cannot thank Dr. Jui and her team enough! They were so kind, professional, through, patient and beyond knowledgable. THANK YOU!!!

Dr. Jui was recommended by several friends and the orthodontist my kids see.  She extracted 4 wisdom teeth from my daughter.  The consultation was great.  She told us everything we needed to know.  She sent us home wth RX to fill and a info sheet on what to expect and how to be prepared. The day of the surgery was easy.  She worked quickly and my daughter recovered at home and we followed all her instructions. The office even called that night to see how my daughter was doing. One week later the stitches were removed and that office visit was easy.

Had all 4 of my wisdom teeth taken out with Dr Jui! She was really friendly and funny when we had our initial consultation. I was put under and I think the surgery went pretty well since I haven’t had a problem with it! It fully healed in around 2 weeks.

Dr. Jui and her staff are amazing. I needed to get two upper wisdom teeth removed. I think I was there a total of an hour. The worst part was getting the IV put in for the anesthesia. As far as recovery, i would recommend getting the ice packs they sell there. Its $10 each, i got two because of freezing time. I went to have stitches removed and it turned out they only put them on one side which i thought was interesting. i was able to eat the next day. just tender when i yawned. Overall great experience. I love Julian! and Dr. Jui is funny. Thank goodness i wont ever have to have my wisdom teeth removed again but if I did i would most definitely come again. Thanks everyone 🙂

Dr. Jui is awesome! My dentist referred her for my wisdom teeth removal and I was very happy with the process. She is extremely accommodating. Since I wanted my wisdom teeth out before thanksgiving they came in early to squeeze me in. Really appreciated the type of care I received from her.

I recently just got my wisdom teeth pulled and Vivian did a wonderful job. The staff is so nice and really make you feel comfortable. I really hate when it comes to the dentist or having to work on my teeth. She had a concern about a tooth. It grew into the nerve and she said it could maybe be damaged. She insured me that the risk was very small and even followed up multiple times after. I had really bad pain still, 6 days after the surgery. I was concerned so I called. They got me in within the hour to check out what was going on. All in all, my experience was very positive and I recommend you go to her!

Dr Jui and her office staff have been nothing but a pleasure to work with. I have had several procedures with Dr Jui, including a major oral surgery, and they all went textbook well. On several different occasions she has gone out of her way after hours to make sure that I got the attention that I needed, and that I was comfortable with the procedure and the results. Every other dental, orthodontic, and facial surgery specialist, both within her same specialties and in complementary disciplines have only had great things to say about her. Myself and several family friends I have referred to her, have had nothing but great things to say about their experiences as well.
I cannot recommend her highly enough, she is superb.

Dr. Jui is really easy to talk to, and she’s also very good at what she does: After my wisdom teeth were removed I only had swelling for about half a day, which I hear is very unusual. Would recommend without reservation.

Absolutely amazing!  I was nervous getting 1 tooth pulled, when I explained to Dr Jui why, she empathized with me and comforted and encouraged me!   The day of surgery, again Dr Jiu and her assistant were encouraging and explained everything as they proceeded.  Overall great experience!   Julian (front desk guy) was exceptional in explaining fees, and contacted me after surgery to ensure all was well.  I will definitely recommend Dr Jiu and her staff!  PS they’re dog lovers, you simply can’t go wrong with dog lovers

When I visited my dentist she told me I had a tooth within a bridge that had split in two.  The pain was unbelievable and I would not wish this on anyone.  When I visited with Dr. Jui she explained in great detail what needed to be done. I consider myself a good judge of people and was very grateful having been directed to her by my regular dentist, Dr. Ip.  Since I am a “big chicken” I elected to be sedated for the extraction.  So on June 1st, Dr. Jui and her very caring staff got me in and within 45 minutes I was done.  My husband drove me home and with antibiotics and two 600 mg of Motrin I was back to normal.   I will have Dr. Jui do the implants and extremely happy that my dentist recommended Dr. Jui.  She and her staff are AWESOME!!!!
