I started out bringing my daughter here after problems with her pediatric dentist. Dr. Mark fixed her problem and we have been coming to him every since. I have referred multiple people here. Dr. Mark, the hygienists and the office staff make you feel welcomed and they help with the fear of coming to the dentist. The office is super clean and welcoming. I also noticed you never wait more than 5 minutes in the waiting room to go back. Selma is the best she helped me with my own fear of the dentist. I told Ronnae the hygienists she is a kid whisperer. My 6yr daughter didn’t cry once. I also love Jessica and Ladonna. Actually I have to say everyone in the office I’ve come in contact with have been amazing. If your looking for 5star dental care for children and adults this is the place….

It’s one of the best dental care units that I’ve seen in a long time. The workers are kind and compassionate the dentist is very informative and comforting. He goes at your pace. Allowing you to take a break and breathe when needed. The facility is very clean, lighting, carpets, hallway, exam room. The workers has very good hygiene and smells great.

From Deborah, the receptionist to Dr. Mark himself, and everyone on his team … both my hubby and I have never experienced a finer dental practice. And I assure you, with my complex needs, I used to dread every dentist I’ve experience but not this one, folks! In addition to excellence and proficiency they all have such stellar attitudes there at Bear Family Dental… They are patient, thoughtful and, very importantly, not at all judgmental. I was skeptical of all the good reviews. I was wondering if some of them were planted but I went to this dentist anyway. Whatever they are doing, other organizations should copy it. From start to finish their entire staff absolutely makes you a priority and is incredibly polite. The care I received was excellent and almost painless. I first came to Family Dentistry earlier this year and I have had nothing but a positive experience. Dr. Wieczorek and his staff are always extremely friendly and will do all they can to make you feel comfortable. Dr. Wieczorek takes the time to get perfect his work. I’ve had 2 crowns done at this office and they look and feel no different from my natural teeth. I’d recommend anyone looking for a new dentist in the area to give Family Dentistry a call!

Dr. Mark Wieczorek (nick name – Dr. Wizard) is the BEST! Our family (N. Wilmington) followed him from Chadds Ford to Bear because he was the only dentist took my son in during a snowstorm on one Friday afternoon for an emergency toothache call. My son was 5 at the time, 15 now. Dr. Wieczorek’s office is super clean and has the best staff team. My daughter loves to go to their practice since she was 3. They are extremely gentle with toddlers. My son was totally glued to the TV with cartoons on when he was little. We actually had to pull him out of the dental chair after each checkup.

I knew they were out of network but what I found was a place that makes me feel like I am a person not a number. The doctor really spent all the time I needed with me. My 6 year old son had his first visit ever to the dentist today. Dr. Mark and Crystal were amazing! My son has some sensory issues and they made him feel very comfortable. He can’t wait to go back! Came in today as a new patient. I am very nervous about dentist visits in general. Start to finish, I was so relaxed. From the women at the front desk, the girl who did my xrays & cleaning, to Dr Wieczorek who took the time and explained what was needed. Finally, the woman who I dealt with when I checked out. I can’t praise Dr. Wieczorek and his staff enough from Deborah, Office Admin. who was courteous and helpful regarding Insurances to Karen the Dental Asst. who made me feel very comfortable as I was really fearful. Everyone was extremely knowledgeable in their duties. Dr. Mark explained procedure and options every step of the way. Gentle as a kitten he extracted my tooth with little to no pain. I was very impressed with his skill and demeanor and believe me I went in with a yuk mouth and emerged with marked improvement. I’m actually looking forward to the next appt. I am not one to give out compliments freely but I was very impressed with the practice as a whole. My only gripe is the Practice is Out of Network for me but it’s worth coming out of pocket a little for such professionalism. The facility was very clean and I would recommend this practice to any and all seeking a dentist.

You have to stop in and check out this dental office! This is an amazing, fresh, brand new, state-of-the-art facility. And while you’re there, make an appointment at the front desk with Debra. She will take your information and get you scheduled for your first exam! You are going to like the staff and love this place!
